Episode 74: Mami Leon is angry
Valerie couldn't believe what she had just seen, her son's temple was injured and it didn't seem like a small wound. After bathing Leon she wanted to call Elena but she tried to hold back her emotions that were about to explode.
It was only when he was in the room after the crying session because of Leon's reprimand, that he called Elena.
"Hallo?" Answer Elena across.
Without Basics Valerie spoke. "What happened to my son's temple?"
Elena breathed in there. He should not have allowed Leon to be taken before he was cured but he could not refuse Valerie. He knew Valerie's reaction would be more horrendous compared to him.
"Elena!"
But it wasn't Elena who answered that Rey took his wife's phone and spoke.
"Leon fell on Kindergarten, that was Valerie's accident." Legally.
"Not intentional? You're kidding!"
Darren who heard Valerie's clasping from the bathroom then came out immediately. He saw his wife calling.
"The wound was deep and you said it wasn't intentional? Who did it? Leon couldn't have fallen on his own!" Asked a lot of questions, Rey closed her eyes.
"We have spoken with the foundation. Leon plays with his friend and accidentally falls. Yu Ra had already dealt with it and the wound could heal without leaving a trace. I'll make sure of that."
Justjust wonderful. Is he really his father? Valerie suddenly boarded apitam hearing Rey's words. He almost cursed but Darren shut his mouth.
He grabbed the phone and pressed the red button. Phone connection disconnected.
"What's wrong?"
"Leon's hurt, I want to make sure but Rey makes me emotional!"
"That kind of thing was filled with Valerie's children, the one who became a teacher no more than a student. Something like the accident that happened to Leon, who wants it? there aren't. They must have been surprised, too, I'm sure. Then who wants to be blamed? the kid that played with Leon? Rey definitely doesn't want to prolong this matter."
"But--"
"Okay, we'll talk to Lawyer Jeong and Doctor Yu Ra."
Valerie speechless. He lowered his head. "I don't want to talk to either of them! I want to hear directly from Leon's school! How's the chronology going to get my son hurt,"
"Valery-"
"About no? Don't we not deserve to know? I've been taking care of Leon since the baby!"
"I know, but--"
"No, no. You better go with Leon downstairs. I'm going to sleep!" Valerie moved up to the bed shrouding her body until it was all covered.
Darren got him out of the room.
After Darren exits the room, Valerie takes back her phone and calls Elena but it is Rey who picks it up again.
"Asking for the CCTV footage of Leon's school, I wanted to know where their teacher was not paying attention to the children playing. We don't know this was a true accident or omission! If you can't, let me take care of myself!"
After saying that, Valerie turned off the phone.
"I know you're his parents, but as his foster mother I want to know the truth."
Valerie had forgotten the reason she cried earlier. Her bedroom door was tightly shut, she suddenly felt bad for her husband in anger. He should have been calmer. His emotions were useless, he realized that and regretted it. Valerie intends to go down to meet Darren and Leon but she undoes her intentions. He was afraid, his emotions had not stabilized well and remained until he finally fell asleep.
