The Secret Bride's

The Secret Bride's
Episode 117: My decision

The message went to Valerie's phone, the woman was in the bathroom. Darren who just walked into the room found his wife's phone ringing. He approached, looking at who was sending the message.

LarryWang

The name popped up, multiple voice messages and text filled Valerie's ponse screen. Darren turned to look at the bathroom door and looked back at his wife's phone. The bathroom door was open.

Chequelek

Valerie is fully dressed. She looked at her husband in confusion. "What's wrong?" ask her.

Valerie's eyes fell on her phone in Darren's hands. She approached her husband, holding his arm.

"You okay?" ask him again at the man who is still loyal to look at him and tightly grip the smartphone in hand.

"Hm, there's a message from Larry." Answer Darren.

Darren handed the phone and walked out of the room. Valerie then turned to look at the clock on the nightstand. At 12:00 p.m. This evening? Sighs he keeps his phone without seeing a message from Larry. He's out after Darren.

"Darren?" call him.

Valerie walked towards the small library in her apartment. There, her husband was sitting there staring. Smiling, her lips cracked at the behavior of her lover.

He sat next to Darren, approaching and getting closer. Her free hand hugged her husband's arm. "Larry said what?"

The priest did not answer. Still faithful silent. Got a brilliant idea to flirt, she dropped her hand on Darren's chest, playing the buttons of a cream-colored sleeping shirt.

EHEM

His throat suddenly itchy. She threw her face aside, and kept Valerie's hand away from her chest.

"I haven't read Larry's message. Because you've read it, so you're the one who said it. What say?"

"Hm?"

“Larry said what?”

“Larry meet. he said there are important things he wants to discuss with you!”

“Oh, your friend needs a playmate again. Occasionally take him out, don't just take Hyuk.” Syndicate Valerie. Larry did not complain to her, he just guessed because all this time Larry rarely met alone with her husband.

“Larry too busy,” reply Darren.

That's not true, Larry is not like before, now he rarely plays for the club. Valerie chose silence, she did not speak and simply shook her head.

“You permission?” ask Darren

“If allowed.”

“Allowed, but don't go to the place yesterday, remember you-“

“Thank you!” exclaim him spirit. She smiled and apologized for cutting off her husband's words.

A beautiful night filled with flowers. Valerie enjoys every second with her husband. She knew very well that her husband was jealous of her best friend. But he can be sure that whatever happens he will remain his wife to heaven with the permission of the creator.

Before dawn came, Darren woke up from his sleep. Sweat flooded his forehead and part of his body. Sleeping clothes were wet, he stepped towards the wardrobe and replaced it with a new one. While the wife is still sleeping, be thankful that the wife is not awake.

The sky was dark without stars, different from the sky yesterday. I don't know when her tears fell. The man who was always cold and stiff was shedding tears. He does not know until when this happiness is in his arms and if the creator wants it to rise then how he is. He shook his head to keep bad thoughts away and testified that marriage was based on an interest in good and not bad or illegal.

Nor does he know until when his wife's memory will return or be buried forever. Darren only hopes that if the time is right, he does not want a separation but rather the determination of the wife to accept it and forgive the mistake because as a husband he does not protect himself from evil and slander.

Darren knows he sinned and begs for mercy. When his voice sounded soft, footsteps could be heard from the room leading to his place. He hurried to wipe away the tears and turned to stare at the source of the sound. Valerie looked puzzled, she stood there and did not come any closer.

"Did I wake you up?" Darren asked still in a raucous voice after crying.

Valerie looked at him continuously then she nodded her head slowly. "You okay? You want to be alone?"

Darren's turn, he's shaking. "No, sit!"

Valerie had not sat down yet, she kept staring at her husband. "I won't be naughty," with her innocent face she said that to Darren. That sincere look filled Darren's heart.

"I know."

"Then what are you crying about?"

"My incompetence!" Honestly he said.

"Your incompetence? From what things?"

Valerie always sees her husband as a confident person in anything. He's a man who knows what's good and bad.

"Keeping my wife's honor in front of my mother and the people."

The man understood, his wife knew more clearly than anyone.

"If my husband talks about my pregnancy caused by his mother's plans, then I'm sincere and grateful to him. It's over, being angry at you isn't the right thing."

Darren doesn't dwell, he feels it's right to hide past problems but he's also afraid when they open up in his wife's memory. Is it true that Valerie cannot bear the mental burden of the torture inflicted on a traitorous business partner?

"What are you thinking?" Ask him again. Valerie thought the matter was over. Repeatedly she said that it had already passed and that her husband should not think about it anymore and become a heavy burden on her heart. However, it seems he was wrong. The burden of being a husband is very heavy.

"Yesterday, I couldn't decide to punish my mother or not but now it seems like she has to account for all the wrongs she's done to you." Obviously but it got a fight from Valerie.

"Don't insult your mother by talking like that. Punish? What kind of child would speak disrespectfully to a mother who has given birth and fed and drank to grow? Don't say anything hurtful, I know my husband doesn't want to do that in his heart."

"Well what can I do to keep my chest from hurting?"

"Praying, the things that are always taught to us. A husband is the head of the household, I follow your decision."

Valerie hugged the man tightly. He was certainly hurt but he had given up everything to the omnipresent creator. This was already a fateful suratan that he had to go through.

The woman wanted to end her husband's pain.
