Chapter 108 (Season 3)

"Hmmm, how am I supposed to be?"

"You think I'm not?"

"Sister has good fighting skills. And I'm not."

"You're still pretty good, Alan's brother taught you, right?"

"Yes, but I'm still not sure, after all, is Alan's teaching going to work?"

"You doubt Alan's brother? He taught me a cool Ganjur technique, so I don't doubt it."

Norga did not speak anymore, only staring at the portal in front of them. They were very nervous because this was their first official portal cleanup. And again, Alan did not accompany them. They should be able to without relying on Alan.

But, not only the two of them, there was a man named Satria standing guard. Satria from Slayers' office is tasked with keeping track of time, drop items and helping a Slayers who is in a precarious state.

"Don't be nervous you two can do it!" Satria encouraged Alex and Norga.

The two of them inhaled and exhaled several times before finally entering with a bold move.

As Alex and Norga touched the portal together, they felt a strange sensation as if their bodies were being forcibly pulled into the portal. But the sensation only goes for a moment.

In one blink of an eye, they were already in the wilderness.

Alex and Norga gulped. They step up little by little and stand by.

They then heard the sound of bushes. At lightning speed, Alex and Norga face the noisy bushes.

They approached and intended to check, but they were too scared.

"Norga, you're the one who checks."

"Why me!?" Norga couldn't take it.

"Don't fight the older ones!"

"The old man should be braver!"

The two of them were fighting and arguing. Unknowingly, out of the bushes came a small and cute wolf cub.

The wolf boy approached the two of them and his tiny claws touched Alex's feet.

Alex, of course, was shocked and jumped straight back. As he looked down, he looked directly at the wolf boy's eyes.

Cute eyes and able to melt the heart of people who see it in one look.

"It's funny!!" Shouts Alex.

"Eh, puppy?"

"Dog from where, this looks more like a wolf."

"For me it's the same."

Alex and Norga continued to observe the wolf cub. They continued to see the adorable behavior of the wolf cubs until they did not realize that behind them, there was a giant wolf.

The wolf child looked at the giant wolf and immediately stood up with both feet. She's like hugging a giant wolf behind Alex and Norga.

"Woah, can this wolf boy stand up? So cool!" Norga said astonished.

"Hmmm, she wants to be hugged?"

"Where do I know."

The more you see, Alex realizes that there is something behind them.

Alex quickly looked back and all he saw was the mouth of the giant wolf that was about to eat it.

Alex is surprised and reflexively jumps to the side while pushing Norga.

"Ouch, why s-ah..." Norga wanted to protest because it was pushed suddenly, but did not so after seeing the figure of a giant wolf.

"Damn! Grandmother's!" Norga Shouts.

"Prepare!" Alex said as he lifted up his wedge and shield.

The giant wolf stood back to his son. The wolf growled ferociously.

The wolf advanced first and jumped towards Norga. As a protector, Alex stands in front of Norga and withholds the wolf's attack.

Unable to hold back, Alex is thrown and falls to the ground. His hands were shaking and numb now.

Meanwhile, Norga took advantage of the opportunity even though he was worried about Alex's condition.

However, the Giant Wolf realized that Norga was preparing to attack him silently and the giant wolf swung its sharp claws towards Norga.

The speed of the giant wolf was faster than Norga. It made Norga feel that death was getting closer to him.

But, Norga suddenly recalled the time he fought with Alan before coming here. As usual, Alex and Norga attempt to defeat Alan.

Alan was wearing a regular sword, while Alex was wearing a regular jambur and Norga was wearing a regular double hammer.

Alex and Norga usually attack Alan with all their strength. As usual, Alan very quickly repelled their attacks. There was a time when Alex was attacked by Alan and immediately collapsed.

Norga quickly seized the opportunity. He slid behind Alan and attacked quickly.

Alan wanted to attack, but Norga's attack almost hit Alan. Norga thought that he would finally attack Alan for the first time.

But Alan quickly moved his sword from right hand to left hand, then he turned his sword and held it upside down.

As a result, Norga's double hammer collided with Alan's sword, making a loud noise. Norga's excitation was smashed in a second, his mouth wide open and within him shouted 'WHAT!? HOW CAN YOU DO ANJ*NG!'

But, he suddenly lost his balance quickly and fell. Apparently, Norga fell because his leg was kicked by Alan.

Norga then with great annoyance woke up, but Alan pointed the tip of his sword towards Norga's neck. Norga immediately held his breath and goosebumps despite having experienced this before.

Meanwhile, Alan smiled and said "Lumayan, but that was so useless against a faster enemy. If your enemy attacks faster, try to fend it off."

Norga remembered those words and tried to practice them.

He crossed the double hammer in front of his chest in time and his claws clashed against the double hammer.

It was impossible for Norga to clash with a giant wolf. Norga was pushed back and hit the tree hard. But his body could still endure the pain.

"Sister Alex, dodge!"

The newly resurrected Alex was instantly startled by the giant wolf charging at him. The wolf jumped and was about to pounce, fortunately Alex lowered his head and protected himself with a shield.

Even so, the wolf used Alex's shield as a foothold and leaped firmly. The ground that Alex was stepping on was instantly cracked and his hands were barely able to move.

"Sister Alex, are you okay?"

"No... I'm not okay." Alex replied in a limp tone. Norga looked at Alex's hands and feet. His legs and hands trembled violently and it felt like he would collapse after this.

"Hold Alex, don't collapse even if you can't help it."

Alex stared intently and sneered "'Birtihinlih kik Ilix, jingin simbrik miski ki tik bisi minihinnyi' You think easy, bangs*t!?"

"Yes sorry... That monster won't let us drink the potion that Alan loves, so what should we do?"

"Even running is impossible, this wolf has incredible speed."

"Then..-"

Norga thought for a moment before his mind came to a halt as the wolf cub walked forward and barked cutely.

"What did the wolf boy do?" Alex was confused.

"Where do I know?"

The wolf boy barked a few times until it finally stopped. The area became silent for a moment.

The wolf then walked slowly. Norga immediately prepared to attack again, but on the other hand, Alex felt no danger from the wolf.

After being close to his son, the wolf bit his son's fur and left.

Alex and Norga were immediately dumbstruck and confused. But they were also grateful for not having to fight against such a terrifying and powerful enemy.

On the other hand, Alan who was lying on a soft sofa in his own room stared at the golden ring in his hand.

He then took a deep breath before inserting the ring into his sweet day.

Instantly, his eyes closed forcefully and he entered in a 'sleeping' condition'.
