Chapter 135 (Season 3)

Before the attack on the night market. Along with Johan who came to the night market. Alan, Alex, Norga, and Cindy also went to the night market to sample some food. Well, I can't say a few.

In fact, they buy a lot of food. All of their food booths roamed one by one and they ate it all. Luckily, there was one rich man among them, who was none other than Alan himself.

Alan POV.

"You're not full yet?" I asked those who had eaten a lot.

Everyone answered "Not yet!" it made me think, 'does their appetite increase?'

After all, we have a big and lively night market. It's night, but we have to make the most of our time here. They don't go to school either, so they can sleep at any time.

"....guys, you feel something weird, don't you?" Cindy's face suddenly became rather grim. Alex and Norga shook their heads.

"You feel it, Cindy?" Cindy's instincts are sharp too huh? Maybe because there was Arnima dwelling inside him.

"You guys," I spoke firmly to them. "Hold my shoulders tight, we'll move!"

"You guys wait here, okay? Don't go anywhere and stay together!"

They all nodded with mixed expressions, Alex had confused faces, Norga with her innocent face, and Cindy with her worried expression. I went to the place where the enemy was with [Spirit Walker].

They seemed to be the assassin type since they were on the roof of a tall building. Or maybe a sniper? Or even a bomber? Considering they seem to want to make a big mess in the night market.

I reached one of the roofs with 3 people fighting. Two against one, plus that one is female against two men?

I immediately appeared in front of the two men who were repelling the little woman. Without wasting any time, I directly hit the two.

Surprisingly, the heads of the two instantly broke? That easy? Are they just amateurs who want to screw up?

If so, then I'm a little disappointed. I thought they were from-

"Eh?"

I noticed the emblem on the all-black uniform they were wearing. The emblem belonged to the Necron organization. What the hell are they doing? Why are the members weak?

"Hey, you-"

I just remembered there was a woman behind me. I don't intend to talk to him. So I went straight to the other roof and slaughtered everything.

After a few minutes, I felt something strange. All are weak, none challenged. Even the one in front of me now could not launch a single attack on my body, even though I only dodged slowly. But, it seems easier to interrogate him.

On the other hand when Alan went to slaughter the Necrons. Alex, Norga, and Cindy who were waiting around the city forest heard a noise from the bushes.

The sound made the three of them shudder instantly.

"What's that sound?" Cindy said in a slightly trembling voice.

Alex, gently, said, "i'll check it."

His courage suddenly appeared. Mumpung behind there is the idol of the heart, he also acts cool.

Alex slowly approached the bushes and opened them. Alex was immediately greeted with a knife that almost hit his eye. Fortunately, Alex was able to dodge the knife immediately.

"Enemy?" Norga instantly became wary and pulled out his hammer from the Inventory. Alex also immediately pulled out a wedge from his Inventory.

"Ehh?" Everyone could not withstand the surprise.

Slowly, there were three small children, all of them girls. They are unique because they are similar. Although their hair was of a different color; the one holding the knife had dark brown hair tied to the ponytail, the one standing behind him was a shoulder-length black hair, the other one was a long white hair that was unraveled.

Their bodies have scars and bruises. They are also not in good condition. One more thing, they seem to be running away from something.

"H-hello? Why do you guys hang around with knives? That's dangerous." Cindy softly spoke and approached the three little children. However, the girl holding the knife immediately shouted.

"Don't come any closer!"

Cindy did not stop and was about to reach the little boy. The little boy swung his knife and made Cindy's hand hurt.

"Cindy!" Alex moved quickly to get rid of the knife even though it was too late because Cindy's finger was bleeding.

"Come on!" The little boy with brown hair was intending to go with the other little boy. Norga was intending to intercept them, however, there was suddenly a group of people in black uniforms surrounding them.

There is one of them that is different. Wearing a black uniform as well, but wearing a red mask. With a firm and strong posture, like a leader, the man told them to arrest Alex and his comrades and the three young children.

"Where did they go? Did they leave me?"

It's okay, they left me. But do they know the way home?

It makes me feel like something is wrong. When I looked carefully, I detected footprints on the ground. Thank you for [Eyes of Sage].

I walked along the trail and within 15 minutes, I was getting into the woods and I found an unused warehouse.

The footprints end here. Suspicious, that's why I'm going in.
