Chapter 7's
A few minutes after Grace called someone, a luxury car stopped at the playground, the car door opened and came out a handsome 40-year-old figure. The man wears expensive suits, expensive shoes, expensive watches, expensive Pomade, anything he wears is expensive.
his gait was very authoritative, his back was firm and his eyes were sharp, his red hair and beard added to his agility.
but originally he was a friendly person, of course, to some people only
"Welcome Mr. Grayson." Grace and Rise bow to the person.
Grayson, a Slayer rank s who now works as the head of the Surabaya branch Slayer association.
"Hello, twinstar." Nicknames of the Randell brothers, Grace Randell and Rise Randell are young Slayers who are given the nickname twinstar because they are talented.
"So the problem is, a high school boy entered a 1-person capacity portal by accident, is that it?" After speaking in a friendly tone, Grayson now spoke in a serious tone.
"Full sir, my brother is a witness" Grace said followed by a nod of Rise.
"Why can a fool enter a portal whose level of danger is unknown, moreover he is not a Specialist."
Rise spoke justifying Grayson's words.
"That guy stopped my friend from entering the portal, but..."
"But what?"
"The man stumbled over a rock and finally he entered the portal."
Silence filled the place, not long after laughter came out of Grayson's mouth
"Maha." His laughter was very loud, but the laughter soon disappeared and was replaced with a loud shout.
"STUPID!" That loud shout gave Grace and Rise goosebumps.
"Haaaah, this is the first time I've heard of an incident like this, the portal itself won't open if he manages to solve it."
"I think we should let that guy out sir." Grace's Proposal
Grace's proposal left Grayson shocked
"This was an accidental occurrence, and the portal was already closed, at least the citizens would be safe since no monsters came out."
Grayson stared intently at Grace's eyes, though Grace felt threatened by Grayson's gaze, but Grace remained calm. Finally Grayson sighed and replied.
"I think you're right, Grace, then I'll go."
"Wait, Mr Grayson why would you agree?"
"If the portal is not cleaned for 24 hours then the monsters in the portal will go crazy and come out of the portal to prey on the citizens, and we do not know what the level of danger is. At least we can assume that person sacrificed for the citizens."
"But-"
"Safety of many citizens is more important than 1 unknown person, besides there is no guarantee of safety for that person, that person is just a human being, not special"
Finally, Rise was speechless by Grayson's words.
"Well, if you have nothing to say, I'll get out of here, I'm a busy man!"
""Well sir, be careful on the road!""
After Grayson left, Rise cried. It surprised Grace
"Why are you crying Rise?"
"If I had warned my friends to stay away from the portal, it wouldn't have entered the portal."
"Here you are, what has passed, let it pass, then let us pray for the brother."
"Good."
They both prayed for the man, so that the man could calm down and forgive the mistakes of Rise and her friends.
Unfortunately, they don't know what that guy is doing.
If they knew, they would immediately attract their pity
