The Spirit Hunter System

The Spirit Hunter System
Preparation Completed

Night, two days later.

A freight truck escorted by several black cars reached the headquarters of the Wings of Freedom. It made many members, even the higher-ups of the group become confused. They had absolutely no idea what had really happened there.

"So it's come ..."

Opening the front door, Adam's figure walked out with a flat expression on his face.

"What this truck brings is your order, Chief?"

Behind him, Matt could not help but ask. He feels weird. It was rare for Adam to buy something like that. Not to mention, from the escorts, what was brought this time was not a cheap item.

The figure of Mr. Donaldson and some of his subordinates got off the car. Looking at Adam walking towards him, the man laughed.

"I've brought your order, Mr. Adam."

"Definitely packed well, right?"

"Of course, everything is neatly packed. The beautiful toy is ready to use at any time."

Mr. Donaldson showed a professional smile. He then led Adam to walk up to the stopped truck. The man then pointed towards his men.

"Open door! Me and Mr. Adam want to see the stuff."

"Good, Boss!"

The cargo back door was opened, instantly displaying a neatly arranged pile of boxes. The members of the Wings of Freedom also approached out of curiosity. But they only saw because the chairman did not give orders.

Adam lightly jumped. Getting into the cargo hold, he saw a pile of boxes. Opening one of them, he saw a neatly arranged rifle.

Taking one M16 rifle, Adam observed its quality. Although he did not know much about firearms, at least he had a smithing skill, so he could tell whether the material was good or not.

Adam then looked towards his comrades. Raising the corner of his lips, he said.

"Since insurance has arrived, I will announce that ...

You can have fun at the next party."

Hearing Adam's words, the members of the Wings of Freedom fell silent for a moment. A moment later, they immediately shouted excitedly.

"OOOHHH!!!"

As members, they all knew that Adam intended to attack the Golden Dew. Despite not knowing the exact reason, they wanted to help. Adam refused them out loud. It made them disappointed that they felt useless.

Unlike other groups where many will run when there is a battle, Wings of Freedom is more united and wants to face opponents with each other shoulder to shoulder.

Not to mention, since they had been helped a lot by Adam, they really wanted to help Adam! Although a little, at least it proves that they are not the type of ungrateful people.

It was also that made Adam finally decide to buy a 'toys' from Mr. Donaldson. They usually do everything the traditional way. But guns are still needed as insurance, only used when really desperate!

"That's right ..."

Mr. Donaldson muttered softly when he heard the simultaneous scream filled with fighting intent. He had not expected, other than Adam, even the subordinates also seemed so compact and powerful. Rivaling the elites who had gone through many battles!

Ignoring Mr. Donaldson's surprised expression, Adam said.

"Wait for what else? Help me move things to the basement! Organize everything neatly, make sure not to damage it."

Adam said in a half-joking tone. He returned the MQ6 back to the box and closed it. He then told the people to transport him.

"Do you not intend to examine them one by one, Mr Adam?"

"No need." Adam shook his head. "Even if you're a black trader. You are very famous for your honesty in business. So ... I'll trust you too."

Hearing Adam's remark, Mr. Donaldson nodded in satisfaction. The man felt that he was not making the wrong relationship. The young man before him was truly trustworthy and reliable.

After that, the Wings of Freedom members moved boxes containing 'toys' along with ammunition. As they move the goods, Adam invites Mr. Donaldson to come in and rest. However, he refused and wanted to supervise the transfer of goods. So, finally Adam could only agree to it.

After moving all the goods, Mr. Donaldson finally said goodbye. Therefore, after escorting Mr. Donaldson and the entourage away, Adam immediately went to the basement to check everything. After being convinced that no member was trying to retrieve or hide the weapon, he locked the room.

Adam then calls Shawn, Matt, Randy, and Brock into his room.

Adam sat down in his chair and told the four men to sit down. After they sat down, without further ado, he asked.

"In addition to the key I brought, there were two other copies. Black Wings and White Wings, each got one. So decide ... who should take it?"

Saying that, Adam put two keys on the table.

In the Black Wings group, Brock immediately looked at Randy and shook his head. Clearly, he meant that the burly man did not want to carry the key. After all, although it seemed trivial, it was a task with great responsibility.

"Then I'll take it."

Randy said with a special smile. Shawn and Matt looked at each other. After a moment of thought, Shawn finally said.

"You better take him, Matt."

Shawn looked more humble than usual. After being trained by Adam, he began to feel a gap between his friends. Although they were still familiar, he became less confident of no longer being able to become the strongest and lead them.

"No. I'm not very good at storing important things like that. As you know, I'm too free." Matt immediately denied. "You better keep it."

"But I—"

"You lack confidence, Shawn."

Not Matt, but Adam spoke. Of course, the young man could see the change in Shawn. Therefore, he chose to call them all.

"I ..." murmured Shawn.

"Everybody has their own flaws, Shawn. In addition, everyone also has their own advantages.

Example Brock. Honestly, you're not so smart. You are not good at doing many tricks. But in the fight, you are very good. You are also endowed with a strong body even without much training. What I admire about you is being able to accept flaws.

Even you admit that you are not smart, but you still know what you have to do. Can distinguish between right and wrong .. that's enough."

"Thank you, Chief."

Praised by Adam, Brock scratched the back of his head. He had an embarrassed expression that did not match his face.

Adam looked back at Shawn.

"I know you doubt, Shawn. Therefore, I will give you a chance.

Follow this mission. If you do feel you are stagnant and unable to move forward, I don't mind if you choose to step down from the chairmanship of the Black Wings.

I know the responsibility is heavy, Shawn. But I believe you are actually capable of doing it."

Faced with the gazes of Adam, Matt, Randy, and Brock ... Shawn. He seemed to think hard. After a while, the man finally said.

"I understand, Senior Adam."

Looking at the four of them, Adam finally said.

"You can go."

"Good!" answer them in unison.

After the four of them left, Adam sat quietly and closed his eyes. No one knows what's on his mind.

The ring! The ring! The ring!

At that moment, Adam's phone rang. Opening his eyes with a flat expression, the young man picked up the phone.

"How's it?"

"They agreed. You can do it anytime, Mr. Adam."

Taking a deep breath, the young man then said.

"Understand."
