"Hoooo, Malyshka!" Daryl half yelled as Nania almost passed the campus gate.

"What else?" The woman turned and found that her husband was walking towards her.

"It seems Mahira hasn't come yet? I'll just take you inside." The man grabbed his hand, then took Nania into the campus area.

"No, Dadd. I'm fine on my own too, it's normal." Nania.

"Be quiet. The ones in your stomach are my children. I have to leave you alone?"

"Not alone." Nania chuckled at her words. " Every day I see people, right?"

Daryl did not respond, he just walked pulling Nania towards the faculty where he received lessons during his lecture.

"Why is the road so far? Just make me tired." And all the way from the entrance gate to the faculty stairs he continued to grumble.

"Every day you do this?" He said, looking back.

"And you said you never did me, the first day of college was the same between my designs, remember?"

"really?" Daryl's a little whimpery.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Hmm. .. It doesn't seem like that time has come this far." She flicked her shoulders, while Nania just laughed.

"It looks like you're pretty famous here huh?" Daryl spoke again as they passed through the classrooms before reaching his class Nania.

"Not really. Why why?"

"That's them looking towards us constantly. It's because you're famous." Daryl glanced at the people around them with a look of dislike.

Nania frowned, and she also looked around them. And the woman throbbed when she realized something.

"It's not because I'm famous, Dadd" he said.

"Then why? Though we're ordinary, nothing flashy at all?" Daryl sees his own looks as well as Nania's.

"Yes because of you." They arrived at the front door of the class.

"Me?" Daryl pointed at his own face.

"Well, how can they not see, the man I've been delivered to you?"

"meaning? Can't a husband take his wife to campus? Is there such a ban?"

"Not."

"Want to?"

"Don't you feel like you're always the center of attention?" Nania looked at her husband's face.

"Times?"

"Ish, don't realize what?"

"Why could that be?"

"No idea, maybe …."

"It's because I'm handsome, right?" Daryl touched his own chin while smiling.

Nania pulled one corner of her lips up.

"It must be true because of that, ahahaha." The man laughed.

"Narciss." Nania rolled her eyeballs.

"It must be true, what else? Because I'm Nikolai? It could, too, and soon it'll produce a little Nikolai-Nikolai from here." Daryl approached while touching Nania's stomach and rubbed her gently.

And even though the other students were paying attention, it had no effect on him.

"Good morning, Nania?" A 35-year-old man passed them by.

"Eh, good morning, sir?" Nania answered her greeting.

The man smiled as he walked into the classroom.

"Who is that? Your classmate?" Daryl looked suspiciously.

"Not."

"Then who?"

"Lecturer. Haha." Nania laughs at catching a suspicious gagat from her husband.

"Lecturer?" Daryl.

"Yes. Lecturer of new design."

"Seriously he's a lecturer?"

Nania nodded her head.

"There was a lecturer that young?" Daryl was still looking at her suspiciously.

"Directors should be old? You are-there is a thing." Nania laughed again. "Usah ah, I'm in first. Shame on the lecturer who came." Nania almost went into class.

"Wait!" But Daryl held his hand.

"Otherwise Dadd? You want to take me to my seat too? Shame on me."

"No!"

"Yes, why then?"

"Did she know you were married?" The man asked.

"Not yet." Nania put on a smile.

"What?"

"Handest, Dadd. Let alone marriage, I'm pregnant just a classmate on tofu. Haha." Nania laughed again.

"Hufthc …." The man breathed his breath in the air.

"Udah huh? I went to college first. You have to work too, right? There go!" Nania rubbed Daryl's face before she finally entered the classroom that was about to start her college eyes that morning.

"Does the doctor say that my mother has no hope?" Regan turned to her mother, who was lying on her recovery bed to rest after her chemo session that afternoon.

"It's not hopeless, Mr. Regan. It just takes more patience to wait for the results."

Regan fell silent.

"Trust me, nothing is impossible if we work diligently. Just have to be patient."

The man sighed and exhaled slowly.

"Good, Sir. You can bring mom back tomorrow at the same hour, huh? Make sure all the medicine is taken as recommended, and remember to pay attention to food intake."

The chemotherapy sessions on that day ended.

"It looks like I'm not strong anymore, Gan." Mella stared out of the car on their way home from the NMC.

"What are you talking about? Not strong what?" Regan splits her concentration between her mother and the usual heavy traffic.

"His "treatment. It's been this far but still this way?" The woman with a soft look.

"Patience, Mom. We are all working on. It's just that time isn't for a moment. It's pretty complicated."

"Say it's hard to cure, Gan." Mella looked at the son.

"Who said?" Regan then chuckled. "Any disease has a cure, and it can be cured. It's modern times and anything can be done to heal Mom."

"But the cost is great, Gan."

"Indeed."

"Are you capable?"

"We can do it, Mom."

"Don't sell your grandmother's house. It was the result of his struggle during work, Gan." Mella crept her son's arm.

"What is this mother talking about? Don't worry about it because I'm capable enough to treat Mom. After all, NMC is specifically for the health needs of Nikolai Group staff, so we get the convenience of this matter."

"We're not lying, Gan? Don't let this mother hurt you." Mella convinced herself.

"No, Ma. Believe it."

The woman was silent.

"For now, just focus on the treatment. About the cost and everything else let me think."

"You should be calm with your life now, not taking care of Mom. I'm sorry, Gan?" Mella spoke again after a while.

"The child's obligation to care for his parents. Why are you apologizing?" Regan turns the car on the road to their house.

"Yes, but it shouldn't be like this."

"Maybe it's the way."

"Why don't you get married soon, Gan? Your age is enough to …."

Regan laughs.

"Mother seriously. Maybe Mom's age won't be long, and we don't know if Mom will be able to see you get married later. Or …."

"Mom's gonna be cured, I'm sure."

"Your fool is there?" Mella kept asking, while Regan laughed again.

"Answer to calm down."

The man was silent for a moment.

"Gan?"

"There is, but I can't bring it to you yet." He finally answered.

"Why?"

"It's not possible."

"What reasons?"

"She .. is still in school and her parents are free to let her have a boyfriend."

"What?"

"Yes. I'm in touch with a schoolboy right now." Regan looked at her mother with a smile on her lips.

"Schooler?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"THE SMA?"

Regan nodded her head.

"Why can?"

"Don't know. That's it."

Mella was silent again.

"If it was time I would have brought it to Mom. In the meantime, let's try to get healing, huh? And you have to hold on for me, and my future mate." He stopped his car when he arrived at the yard.

"If she's still in high school, it might be a long time for you to get married." Mella with a sad tone.

"Maybe. Because he had to go to college and all that. But don't worry, 'cause like I said, you're gonna get well and see me get married."

Mella looked at the son.

"Or do you want to see her now?" regan said later.

"Could you?"

"Later I will try. Now, shall we go in? You have to rest a lot, don't you?" He then got off and walked around to open the passenger door, and helped Mella out of the car. And then they both went into the house.
