BRACKET
"Bring the other one. Hid. You coward." Jihan passed after stepping over the body of a man lying on the ground.
Eight residents of Jihan, who had lured a bag of gold coins, fainted shortly after chugging a thousand percent potion made by former Kumari Kandam Physician Sanjeev Rajak. That potion, Vakr, turned out to actually make anyone's inner death open in a matter of seconds. The residents who fell unconscious counted as survivors. While the victim did not survive? Forgetit.
"This is bad, Princess."
Jihan looked at her bodyguard. "really? Worse than this scratched paint of my nails? Say."
"The families of the unsaved victims began a search. Even some of them were on their way reporting the loss of their family to King Lagaam."
"Huh, just troublesome. Why look for useless people?" Jihan pulled Vakr out of her pocket. "There's no other way."
"Is it okay, Princess?"
"Of course it's a problem. Wh why? Want to replace me chugging this?" Jihan shook the bottle of Vakr potion.
The burly bodyguard did not reply, only hurriedly looking down feeling his heart that seemed to be exploding at any moment.
GLUE
"Let's get this over with quickly and get back. Leaving that old bastard alone felt like it made me not calm," Jihan said as she exited her carriage.
Ten seconds passed, as strong as the next second. But Jihan saw nothing. Be it on land or in the air, everything seemed normal in Jihan's eyes. But in the thirty-sixth second, those pitch-green eyeballs began to catch what they were looking for for a week. Instead of being afraid to face each other with all the terrible figures, Jihan actually felt the sensation she had just felt for the first time.
"It's amazing." Jihan muttered looking at the invisible figure standing not far from her. "Why are the lowlife even frightened?"
Jihan asked her bodyguards and servants who had been following her for a week. Of course no one can give an answer. But their minds are compact to say if Mr. Daughter is really lost sense. Fear is a normal response shown by people who are also normal. So it was only natural that some of them fell unconscious and even jumped into the abyss without hesitation.
And vice versa. Awe is not a response shown by normal people. Like Jihan's response at the moment. It felt like the bodyguards and servants of Jihan were turning right, leaving her to seek disaster alone. But the uniform they wear instantly makes them realize that their life and death have been left to a lost mind who is now leading the way.
"Stop."
Jihan's bodyguards and servants were simultaneously silent on the spot, following her orders. Jihan looked at the edge of the cliff, where there was only a rock the size of a horse-drawn carriage there. Of course ordinary eyes can only see that, in contrast to artificial eyes that have been contaminated with Sanjeev Rajak herb. The hard-earned Jihan was looking around and the victims were there, sitting staring at the sky.
"I'm six hundred and three years old."
Jihan coded her bodyguards and servants to stay away. "It's lucky you're alive."
Lipito, or more famous with the call of Gaana it ended his activities. "We are immortal."
"Oh, really? All I know is that there's one like you who eventually dies and becomes ashes leaving a foul scent."
"That's because he's still a kid."
Jihan started to get interested, and subconsciously stepped closer.
"Aren't all kids stupid?"
"Hm? Yep. If nurtured by parents who are also stupid," Jihan replied.
"You came to make a contract?"
"Go away. We promised not to make a contract with you."
"Promise? On whom?"
Gaana was an angelic young woman with amber-colored eyes that pointed to the sky. "He."
Jihan looked up. "What?"
"A man who claimed to be your lover in the past, Firdoos Shyamali."
There was something that suddenly hit Jihan's kneecap so hard, that it made her fall over the sharp grass. Jehan's bodyguards and servants ran to him, and rushed him back to the horse-drawn carriage. Along the way Jihan continued to cry while swearing at her heart that was increasingly unwary of being gnawed at memories.
Meanwhile in the Sitaara Kingdom, Sanjeev Rajak who was stripped naked and imprisoned in the tower again managed to escape. Jihan's uneasy feeling was now answered already. Contrary to Jihan who was on his way back from Lagaam Continent, Sanjeev was just about to start his journey there. While downing his own homemade potion, Vakr, Sanjeev drives his stolen horse towards the harbor.
"Cumari Kandam, I'll surprise you with the new birth of Gaana."
Sanjeev's thunderous laughter disturbed the friendly drizzle, teasing the still very fresh Daxraj Natesh navel, even disturbing the peaceful rest of his opponent who had not even turned ten days old. The beginning of a future war of destruction has been recorded. I don't know when exactly the apocalypse will again shake the land of Kumari Kandam but one thing is certain, the war is really going to happen.
"You came to make a contract?"
"Yes, my Lord." Sanjeev buried his face to the ground.
"Hmm this is the first."
"Hamba is willing to pay whatever it takes" said Sanjeev.
"Of course the holy soul."
"It is with pleasure that the servant will give it as much as you wish, My Lord."
"Ten thousand holy souls every month."
"That's not a problem, my lord."
"Hey, man. Think before you answer."
"If you have any doubts, the servant will bring ten thousand saint souls before you right now."
"Sometimes the arrogance of men amazes me."
Sanjeev raised his head slightly. "So, do we agree, my lord?"
"What do you want?"
Sanjeev grinned. "Kumari Kandam's Destruction."
"The right choice. The task of annihilation should be given to men, not women like Sannidhi Hessa. Right?"
