THE TEARS OF KUMARI KANDAM

THE TEARS OF KUMARI KANDAM
THE CHAPTER 95

"You seen him?"

"Yes, Princess. He entered the Mook Forest," replied one of Jihan's guards.

"Are there any humans who can walk that fast? Really a strange tribe."

Previously Jihan decided to chase after Sayee who ran towards the southeast, but in vain. Each Jihan took a step, Sayee was like walking a hundred steps. Jihan had doubted Sayee who might not be human. Because it is impossible for humans to walk that fast, there will be no humans who want to go there, Mook Forest. But somehow the belief was getting wild, making Jihan unknowingly already at the mouth of the door of Mook Forest.

"Mr Princess, I don't see her anywhere. Should we go back? Presumably going further would be dangerous," jihan's bodyguard hurled.

"Yes, you're right. But my gut didn't say anything." Jihan gave her maid the code to open the window curtain. "It's morning but what's the fucking sun doing?"

"Daughter, we'd better get back. If the woman is not a human being, being here will only cause you other problems."

Jihan was silent, taking advice from her bodyguard. "alright. We're back."

Yet. The voice of a woman's scream that suddenly echoed broke the silence of the haunted forest made the steps of the stallion following the coachman suddenly filled with doubt.

"Did the voice come from the southeast?" Jihan asked her bodyguard.

"No, Princess. Instead the voice came from the east."

"So hurry to the east."

"As per your orders, Princess."

The horse-drawn carriage continued its journey eastward. I don't know what's waiting there, but the unrelenting goddamn belief that's plaguing Jihan really refuses to leave despite being berated. The voice of the female cry that Jihan hoped was not the devil was getting louder and louder. The horse carriage slowed down, and the voice of the woman's cry turned into a cry, a cry that Jihan fortunately knew. Jihan got off her carriage, followed the direction her bodyguards pointed out.

Seen Sayee was crying for a man who was face down right in front of the portal set during the day. It turned out that Sayee's speech was not the speech of prisoner Kumari Kandam who had lost his mind. The man dressed as Daxraj Natesh had not turned blue, but somehow Sayee cried as if the man had turned blue. Jihan ordered her bodyguards to immediately take the man in black to the northern palace*Kumari Kandam before turning blue.

North palace* or better known as the rowdy palace, is the most visited palace. Since there was a hospital, the academy concocted medicine, as well as a garden of rare herbs. The Royal Physician also stayed here because in addition to being responsible to the patients for twenty-four hours, he also taught at the academy.

"No, Princess. Not to the north palace but to it." Sayee pointed into the portal.

"Then hurry up there, you fool." Jihan pulled the man's foot into the portal with great difficulty. "Why do you just stay there? You think crying can solve the problem? At least do something even if it's something your God does."

Sayee did not reply, only pointing at Jihan as she moved from her prostration. "How did you get in there?"

"What?"

"Not just anyone can get in there, Princess." Sayee touches the portal and immediately bounces into Jihan's bodyguards and servants.

Jihan probed the overcast day spot. "Don't tell me this place is just a bastard made like paradise."

Sayee shook her head in response to Jihan. "That place is the dwelling place of our tribe, Princess. Dirty creatures and relics of the dead will not be able to pass through the portal in any way."

Jehan pointed at himself. "And I'm not one of the two you mentioned?" Jihan shook her head. "Even their dwellings are strange."

"The fact that you can get through that portal is the answer, Princess." Sayee is back nearing the portal. "Daughter, I'm sorry to continue being shameless but beg your help once again."

"You don't see this?" Jihan pointed at the bandage on her hand that started to seep blood. "Hey, you guys, get in here."

Jihan's bodyguards and servants seemed hesitant to approach the portal, and the doubt did not end up being mere doubt. Their fate was even worse than Sayee's. They bounced quite far despite only their fingertips touching the portal.

"Huh, shit," Jihan added. "Well quickly tell me what to do before the devil comes back to possess me."

Sayee nodded enthusiastically. "There. There's a white tent. Please take the Vice-Leader there, lay him on one of the beds, and please change his clothes for a new one."

Jihan did not reply, only looking at the half-giant man annoyed. It's certain, though, the blood on Jihan's left hand wrapped in bandages will not only seep but flow profusely because it has to drag the man half-giant into a tent that is twice the distance from the Kingdom of Sitaaara to The Kumari Kingdom of Kandam. But what's okay, Jihan has agreed to Sayee's wishes, and again, the demon Jihan talks about will not be able to possess her in that sacred place.

"What's? Medicines concocting? Me?"

"Yes, Princess. You just need to mash it until smooth, then mix it with warm water and drink it to the Vice-Leader."

Jihan sighed harshly in response to Sayee. "Alright, mention the ingredients."

" ... This plant is in a green tent. Then this and this plant is in the blue tent, and the last plant is around the maple tree."

Jihan did not reply, only wiping the sweat on her forehead as it passed.

"Daughter, Wait," Sayee added hesitantly. "That maple tree was guarded by Balavaan."

"Room?"

"really. The giant lion the pet of the late leader. But you don't need to worry, Princess. Balavaan is harmless to anyone who makes it through this portal. An-"

"Sad. It's so annoying to be a straight guy. Make sure this is the last time you act shameless, Sayee." Jihan continued her steps.

...•▪•▪•▪•▪•...

"Get out of there."

Jihan grinned in response to Murat. "Why don't you come in here, brother?"

Spontaneous Aswin again held Murat who was about to approach the portal where the wandering tribe lived. Aswin could not bear to see King Kumari Kandam's Councillor bounced for the fifth time for insisting on dragging Jihan out of the portal. There really was no one who could penetrate the portal, neither the ones Jihan brought nor the ones Murat brought. Where it means if among them all only Jihan is clean from all kinds of worldly dirt.

"Advisor, relax." Aswin still held Murat.

"Whatdidyou say? Calm down? In the midst of a situation that clearly means this? He must have killed the one who contributed to the war of destruction as His Holiness Bheim said."

"His Majesty Braheim only said to save that person, Counselor. He did not mention Princess Jihan at all," replied Aswin.

"He was never prejudiced against me. We are brothers." Jihan shaking. "From that, let her go Aswin. Seeing him bounce around is really comforting."

"You!" exclamation Murat.

"Advisor." Aswin pressed his hands together to hold Murat.

"Tell me. Did you kill him?"

"Who? The people whose bodies you found at Maan*? At Daant* residence*? Or at Lagaam?"

Maan* is a tree that has a function like a preservative. In the reign of King Kumari Kandam I, maan is widely used to store animal meat during the Muslim sacrifice.

Daant* crocodiles that usually inhabit rivers that are still not touched by humans.

Murat did not answer, his breathing grew irregular, and Aswin again mounted the horses, preparing at any time to hold Murat.

"I told you I didn't kill those you found in Maan or in Daant's quarters. It was Sanjeev Rajak. Then I didn't kill anyone in Lagaam either. They turned crazy after downing Vakr* and jumped into the abyss. Why is it my fault? Isn't it their own fault" Jihan added.

Vakr* is a herb that can make a person's inner eyes open.

"Damn it! You crazy woman! Killing your neighbor still doesn't have a little guilt!"

Jihan ignored Murat's call, and intended to continue his activities around the wandering tribe's residence. But the sudden arrival of Kumari Kandam soldiers who managed to capture Sayee and two of Jihan's bodyguards made Jihan undo the intention. Jihan turned to approach the portal, seeing Sayee and her two bodyguards being forced to stand before Murat. Murat interrogated them, no, rather looking for denial.

"Say. Did he kill that guy? I mean Aryesh Farorz?"

Sayee shook her head at Murat. "The Princess saved him."

Spontan Murat turned to Jihan who again treated him with an irritating grin.

"Thanks to the Princess believing in her servant, the Vice-Leader was still saved" Sayee added.

"Then where are you going?"

"Pursuing the slave tribe," Sayee replied.

"What's? You mean your tribe's out there and not in there?" Murat pointed at the portal.

Sayee nodded, and gradually began to cry. "If you do not get a trust like a slave, a tribe of travelers can not tread the earth for purposes other than traveling. If that happens, then there will be no more nomads."

Everyone who heard Sayee's testimony compactly rounded his eyes.

"Tribes of travelers cannot be destroyed. If we are destroyed, who else can help King Kumari Kandam to level his justice? Please release the servant. Servants must immediately meet the slave tribe and stop them."

"wait. I don't get it. Stopping it? Stop from what? What are they going to do?"

Sayee's cry became even more so, and it took her a long time to answer Murat's question. "They're going to kill our leader."

Again. Everyone who is now hearing Sayee's testimony, again compactly round his eyes.

"Hamba can feel it. They're already in there." Sayee appoints the Kumari Kingdom of Kandam.

Spontaneously everyone followed to where the trembling forefinger was pointing, and soon Murat ordered the soldiers to send a sign on Braheim. The orange fireworks shot up into the gloomy dawn sky, and soon a distant bell rang out, this signal was captured by Kumari Kandam soldiers in the kingdom. Then Murat, Aswin and all the soldiers immediately jumped onto their respective horse saddles.

"Stay there."

"Happy," Jihan replied as she walked away from the portal.

"And do something to your wound so as not to disturb my view."

Spontaneous Jihan stopped her steps, then turned to look at the sister's back that was getting smaller. "Sad."

...•▪•▪•▪•▪•...

Orange sign, is a sign that means if the enemy managed to enter the kingdom. Immediately after getting the mark, Braheim immediately ordered to gather all the inhabitants of Kumari Kandam Kingdom in the hall. Bheim then placed soldiers at each entrance, making it impossible to escape even if it was just an ant.

"There is an enemy among us."

Silent. The suppressive voice following the naked gaze actually had the power of embracing silence. Everyone who was crammed in the compact hall held their breath. If the leader of the wandering tribe was the most feared of the demons, then King Kumari Kandam was the most feared of the humans. And which madman dares to be the king's enemy?

"So whoever doesn't have an identity, meet me on the Tamaasha stage*" Braheim said.

Tamaasha* is a giant beheading tool often used to punish criminals.

While Braheim was busy threatening, the figure who was peeping at him from a distance grinned at Braheim's insolence. It turns out that the enemy that Braheim is looking for is already in the new palace, precisely in front of the door of Vinder's bedroom. Satisfied with the glint of his dagger, the figure entered Vinder's bedroom, stepping over the corpses of the guard soldiers lying on the floor covered in blood.
