The Wanderer's

The Wanderer's
Lowest Point

Lisa and I went up against the bandits who were getting closer,

they are far more numerous than us. They march with

their weapons were ready in hand, and their gazes were full of lust

diabolical.

I saw Lisa clasping her sword tightly, her eyes full

with determination and determination. A cold sweat ran down his temple, yet he

not wanting to give up.

In my heart, I know that we are in a very good position

unprofitable. But I can't just give up. I swear it

will save Arin and protect Lisa,

The battle began, a clash between us and the group

the bandits could not be avoided anymore, they attacked in groups making

lisa and I had a hard time dealing with it.

Their swords and spears swung in a fierce motion

coordinated, trying to knock me and Lisa out. Every attack we avoid, he said,

another attack is approaching us.

Lisa and I tried to survive as best we could. We shifted

and dodged the attack with the speed and expertise we had, however

the number of bandits continued to move forward and their attacks became even stronger.

Attacks that arrive alternate rapidly, however,

leave a little gap to breathe. I try to avoid and block

as much as I could, but their movements were too coordinated and

their speed is incredible.

I see Lisa in danger. However, suddenly the sword bandits

slid in front of my face, and I quickly stepped aside, making

the distance between me and Lisa is getting further and further.

My gaze met with Lisa's, I could see

his worries.

The battle got more intense, but eventually, the,

excess numbers prove his strength. I was pushed to the ground, feeling a sense of

pain all over my body.

They surrounded us with mocking smiles, feeling

happy because of their success in cornering us.

I saw Jack running quickly towards Lisa who was

he was too busy surviving a bandit attack. “Lisa, beware!” I screamed loudly

commemorating Lisa. However, when Lisa turns Jack's body around with a punch

it hit Lisa's stomach hard, sending her crashing away.

Lisa's face looked surprised and hit as she was thrown.

His body swung uncontrollably, making him lose his balance.

His hair fluttered in the air, creating a shadow that flashed swiftly.

An expression of pain and helplessness flashed across his face.

Suddenly a male figure jumps up and catches Lisa before she

landed on the ground. The man was Gerald with a worried expression he looked at

his sister was in pain in his lap.

“Lisa!” Gerald yelled trying to make sure his sister

doin' fine.

The bandits were shocked including Jack when

seeing Gerald's sudden arrival, some of them were frightened. However,

Jack smiled sinisterly and said. “Wah... Look who's coming. The hero

and the leader of the knights Warenburg.” Jack clapped his hands with an expression

snooty.

Lisa opened her eyes to see the figure of Gerald in front of her, she then

smilingly. Gerald who saw Lisa's face let out a sigh and laid down

lisa's body was on the ground carefully.

An angry expression painted Gerald's face, his usual face

full of kindness and tenderness is now filled with anger

smoulder. Gerald's forehead wrinkled, revealing a deep unease.

Gerald quickly took out his greatsword and

darting towards the bandits surrounding me. In one powerful slash the

the bandit crashed far away, he then extended his hand to me. “What are you still

able to fight?” ask Gerald.

I took his hand and stood up. “Ya, just relax

this is not how.” My answer.

Gerald stood beside me, the two of us preparing to do

counterattack. “Alright, let's go forward!” with one message from Gerald, we

sped forward.

The battle started again, Gerald easily slashed

with Gerald's fighting ability greatly benefitted those of us who initially lost

sum.

Seeing his subordinates one by one we defeated, Jack began

he felt himself cornered. His arrogant smile started to look faded, he immediately

escape from the battlefield.

Seeing Jack run away, Gerald yelled at me.

“Seva! Don't let him go, go after him!” Then he stood behind me

stop the remaining bandits. “Let me take care here.”

I answered with a small nod and ran after Jack.

Following the tracks left behind by Jack, I traversed the forest

it was heavy and passed through a flowing river. He ran fast too, I thought.

After running far enough away, this chase action stopped

in a large meadow. I saw Jack standing back against the light

reddish from the rising sun. He held a dagger with a jewel

golden in the handle while the other hand held tightly to Arin's arm.

Jack's face flashed with an evil smile filling his face

it is dirty and full of wounds. His expression of satisfaction could not be hidden,

because he realized his power over Arin's life.

“Let go of him!” I yelled at Jack, but he just replied

with laughter only.

“Detach him? Hahaha, if you seriously want to.

save this girl, let's go ahead.”

Arin looks scared at Jack's hand, but he tries

to keep looking strong.

I try to get close to them but every time I step up,

the dagger in Jack's hand was getting closer to Arin's neck.

Jack smiled with a smile full of arrogance,

grasping Arin's arm tightly while exposing the dagger with jewels

the golden glitter in his hand. “Come, go!” Jack shouted with

loud noises.

Realizing that I attacked directly would be high risk

and potentially endanger Arin's life. I looked around me then

I saw a fist-sized stone lying on the green grass.

In one quick move I took the stone then

focusing all of the physical strength on my right arm. That moment felt so

slow down, I only have one chance to save Arin, with

quickly I threw the stone towards Jack creating a loud bang.

The stone slams quickly into Jack's face, leaving him to lose

equilibria. This opens up opportunities for Arin to save himself. “Arin! Run!” me

yelling at Arin.

Arin quickly pushed Jack who was in pain

running as hard as I can towards me. Jack realizes that Arin is out of his grasp

directly throw a dagger at Arin and shout. “Fucking boy!”

In that short time, I ran towards

Arin stretched out my hand trying to grab it. When Arin's range is already

near I immediately pulled his hand and threw it in the opposite direction.

However, the dagger that Jack threw hit right on my chest, my body

instantly feeling limp, my legs could no longer support my weight. Meantime

fall to the ground.

I could hear Arin screaming out my name,

but I couldn't respond. Slowly my eyes began to fade, until finally

everything's dark.

.

..

...

The dark...

I'mfrightened...

Brother Ani, help me...

I felt myself drowning in a deep darkness, I

trying to achieve something but there is no result.

Is this the end? Am I just gonna die? How

with Arin, will he survive?

Last thing I remember, Paul's dagger stuck

right in my chest. With such severe injuries, there was no way I could survive.

I closed my eyes, allowing myself to grow

drowning in this darkness.
