Chapter 3 - Darkness

Amidst the darkness and the very quiet sound and the door that wrote strange words, I was curious about the room behind that door.

But there are words that frighten me that are abyss, I will wait until the sun is bright so that I can read all the writing on that door.

I fell into a deep sleep I dreamed of the memory of the demon lord who was speaking to a woman with shiny purple hair and red eyes, that face was very familiar with the painting that was in the throne room.

And the woman was holding a baby with pitch-black hair, and the demon lord showed her silly face to the baby.

Suddenly I woke up in the dream because there were drops of water falling on my cheeks, my eyes were still faintly in sight because only a little light had entered the cave.

The cold walls and floors pierced deeply into my skin, I thought of making my dark skill to help me see in the darkness.

I focused the skill into my eyes and when I managed to I could see in the darkness by holding back and gathering the light that entered my eyes and let out that light towards the object I saw and closed reproach from the light so that the light does not spread.

As I looked around the cave was quite large and there was one door that was high up to the ceiling, I saw ancient writings that I also did not know what the meaning of the writing was.

But the only word I understood was that Abyss somehow I could tell what it meant, I used my analysis skill to that door but there was no useful information.

When I pushed the door, but it didn't move at all, I saw a round hole in the middle of the door, suddenly there was a whisper in my ear.

I was shocked by that voice, that cold and smooth sounding voice stuck in my mind, that voice told me to enter the black sphere.

I was confused what black sphere, I suddenly remembered I could make a black sphere out of my skill, I tried to make a black sphere and put it into that hole.

When I entered the black ball I immediately disappeared and a strange and quite loud sound came from the door, suddenly the door opened and a heavy, cold air rushed out from inside the door.

Behind that door was a darkness I could not see with my eyes, a void and void that made my body tremble and I had difficulty breathing due to overwhelming fear, when I wanted to get away from there suddenly my body was sucked in by the strong wind, I fell down until everything became dark like my eyes were closed.

after a while I woke up with no injuries at all when I had fallen from a height, when I again examined my body a terrible figure came up to me.

The form was much more sinister than a monster, its form was pitch-black with irregular shapes and the sound of agonizing moans heard from the monster.

Not given the time to think he was directly attacking me with his sharp nails, I dodged the attack and directly used my knife and threw it.

But the knife even penetrated from his body I was confused why it could penetrate when he attacked again I hit his body with my hand but my hand even penetrated through it and my back was attacked with its claws to bleed which is pretty much.

Panicked and hurried in the darkness I ran and thought about what I should do, I remembered that the level of my darkness skill already level two should be the greater the darkness I can remove.

I made a ball in the body of the creature until it covered the whole body of the creature, I reduced the size of the ball to make it shrink inside the ball I named the technique Dark Compress and I ate the ball.

And I felt the power that flowed after I ate the creature, I saw my status my experience rise rapidly, I said, I was shocked because when I slaughtered a human it took half the population to level up but by eating the creature it had already filled one-fourth of the exp bar.

And around me there were also many similarly ugly creatures and I used my dark skills to eat them, after I have eaten so much I leveled up to level five and have started to slow up.

I walked towards the deeper inside of the room I used the dark skill around me that was half-spherical so that I could feel the objects and shapes of the ground touching my skill.

The spirits of the dead and trapped living beings here, I don't know why they can be trapped here but they are very useful to be my strength hahaha.

During the journey I fought and ate a lot of monsters and suddenly my surroundings became a little bright so that I could see and behind me there was like a thick black curtain that was an area that was I passed by earlier, and the Border between the two rooms was very clearly visible as it was separated by a pitch-black curtain.

I looked around from the place, and the room looked like a big cave and in the middle of the cave was a bright blue flame.

The path to the fire was circular and descending around the cave and I was at the top, and as I looked down there was a larger and stronger astral being.

I looked at my status and I was already level 7 and the other skills had already increased Analysis lvl 2, Gluttony lvl 3, Dark Element lvl 3, etc, Magic Buff lvl 3 and Void Seed still lvl 1.

Before continuing on the journey I thought of a new skill from my darkness because the Dark Compress would not fit with the body of the creature.

The reason the creature could be trapped with the Dark Compress technique whereas my blade couldn't possibly be made of many particles and be able to connect and disconnect, it said,  I had to create a technique to be able to break off those particles quickly and eat them.

I made a slash with my hand and took out my dark skill at the end of my finger, a sharp sickle-shaped darkness appeared and struck the wall like a deep enough slash.

I had already determined my way of fighting, I continued on my way until I met one astral big enough that he cut off the astral body to fit enough with the Dark Compress technique and ate it until all of his body was eaten.

My whoo exp increased a lot I was glad that I kept eating all the astral things in front of me until I was on the ground and I saw a blue flame that was the size of my fist.

I formed the fire but nothing happened because it looked suspicious I ate the fire, instantly my body was hot as if it was being burned from the inside, the pain I felt was like hot liquid going into my body, I rolled on the floor until I fainted
