Two Men

Two Men
Rangga Story.

I only stayed one night in the hospital. No one knows about the Kania family. It's both of them's deals.

The suit of Rangga's return from the hospital, the two start a new life. Less open cania, although still not fully accustomed. Slowly, but surely. Everything will go according to the circumstances.

This morning Rangga woke up early, preparing breakfast because Kania was still bathing after dawn prayers and exercising for a while. In this house there is no regulation that requires only the wife who cooks. Because, both are involved in all homework activities.

Rangga cuisine is quite simple, only chicken curry with chicken katsu. One of the menus is quite heavy, but filling. Kania went downstairs in a hurry, finding her husband ready at the dinner table with two plates of food.

"Breakfast first, Nia." Rangga welcomes the Wife as sweet as possible.

Kania feels guilty. Walk quickly and pull up the chair in front of her husband. "I'm sorry, Mom, I was working on some paperwork last night. So, sleep a little late."

Rangga is no problem. "No pa-pa. The important thing is that you keep your health. Never bring work home again. It's not okay, but your rest is disturbed."

Kania nodded in understanding. "Yes, Mum." Kania took a spoon. Seeing her husband's cooking that was quite tempting tongue. It was like a five-star chef.

"Pray first." Rangga led the prayer as usual. Kania raised both hands, said a prayer with her husband.

Eating at the start. Kania tells how much work needs to be done lately. "I'm gonna throw up to see him, but I'm sure Mas's busier than I am."

Rangga just smiled knot.

The taste of Rangga's cooking is delicious. It tastes right with thick curry. Kania only ate this once. "Mas, sunday's not out of town, is it?"

Rangga who was chewing was instantly speechless. Spend the first meal in the mouth, then say, "I have to get out of town on Wednesday. But, it seems like this one will be a long time."

Kania stunned.

Rangga let out a rough breath. It is a little heavy leaving Kania, but this is the risk of work that needs to be undertaken. "I have to monitor several branches of the company's children. I also have an appointment with one of the clients for fashion designing."

Kania understands. Staring fixed Rangga who does not seem tired, although a myriad of jobs are taken. "Mas, isn't it too tired to take care of a company with a boutique? I just saw him tired."

Like earlier, Rangga chose to spend the first food in the mouth. There is no tired word in the dictionary of his life. Because he was used to it from childhood. "Actually tired it exists, natural because of humans. But, I am used to achieving things with hard work from small. It's common."

Kania speechless. All this time never much know how Rangga really is. What happened in childhood? or about the burden that the man bears. Maybe not yet, but I will know.

Kania was interested in this sentence of Rangga. Bringing curiosity to Kania's soul. "Sorry, yes, my mother." Little doubt. However, it remains to be said.

"Don't hesitate. You're my wife." Rangga seemed to be able to guess the contents of his wife's heart.

Kania thought a few more times about this quite sensitive discussion. It could be possible to bring up the past. It's just that, if he doesn't know the husband well. How will they start a new life? Therefore, it is mandatory for Kania to know as much detail as possible Rangga's life actually.

Waiting while chewing food. Kania's expression alone had represented that, there were a myriad of questions in Kania's mind. Just wait for time to hear about the question.

Rangga spent half a glass of water. Keep it back and say, "No pa-pa. I know you're gonna ask this." So calm Rangga faced his wife's question. He took a long breath. "Next …."

The man who now wears a black suit also thinks of a series of sentences that can be dedicated to Kania. Don't get the wrong answer, you can misunderstand too.

"I'm Dad's real son, but from a different mother. Brother and I live happily, I'm the boy who brings bad luck to Dad." It was obvious that Rangga looked sad. His tone was full of sadness. "In addition to being born with a disability, I was also hated by Dad because there was no chance to continue the company. Brother wanted to make his own company, but Dad said that there are no better children than Brother."

Kania listened well. Every one of those words was full of pain, but Rangga told it without any burden. Maybe to hide.

Remembered of childhood. Take a deep breath, exhale slowly. Do not get carried away until it is difficult to accept the situation again. This is more dangerous. "Sister, also full of pressure from Dad. Whatever you want is given, but not about love and work. Brother who incidentally a writer must give up that talent to be harbored. As for me, it's hard on my own to be able to achieve higher education with my condition like that."

This breakfast is full of stories from Rangga. A fact that is completely unknown to the public and neatly hidden. It's totally beyond belief. Mr. Gani who looks like a fair and wise leader also turned out to have his own dark side for his children. Who would have thought, the two children were mentally suppressed and had to obey.

"Sister, I rebelled. Repeatedly protesting and opposing Father, but because of my cleverness in this matter. Finally, my brother was helpless. Until sometime Brother came with hope to Dad, asking for blessing to marry a girl from the lower circles who is also different belief with us," rangga continued to remember the journey of their lives.

"Honestly, I don't know Mas Rangga. All I know is Mr. Gani only has one child, his brother Mas." Here Kania is telling the truth. Everyone did not think Mr. Gani had two children.

Two corners of Rangga's lips were raised upwards forming a smile. It doesn't feel strange anymore. In fact, even at home his father did not consider the existence of Rangga. Let it. "Maybe it's because I was born disabled, so I'm ashamed to admit. As soon as I can be perfect, Dad just publicized who I am."

Kania chest tight. It feels pierced by several sharp needles and can tear the heart. So hurt.

"Then, what happened to her brother Mas?" Kania. A story he never heard from anyone.

"Obviously you're against." Rangga immediately replied.

Kania had guessed. The criteria for Pak Gani's son-in-law is indeed high and must be in accordance with his selection. Obviously it won't be that easy. "Is it true that Mas's brother died in an accident?" The rumor circulated several years ago, and is believed to be the cause of the death of her husband's sister.

Rangga wanted to laugh, funny. His father was so powerful that the news was juggled as sweetly as possible.

This is where Kania begins to suspect. Rangga's reaction was unusual. "Is there anything else that the public doesn't know, Mom?" I dare to ask further.

Given that Kania was his wife and there was no way that the woman would gossip with the others. Rangga sure revealed this fact. "It wasn't an accident, but my brother died by suicide. Plunged from the top floor, the place I now wear. And, it was midnight when it was raining."

Kania rounded both eyes, really not counting. "Astag." His mouth was gaping wide, completely beyond belief.

Rangga tried to calm himself. Kania's surprise is not how much with something to say next. "And you know what's more surprising than that?"

Kania shook her head. "No, Mas. What other facts are there."

Stomach bowed lethargic. Resisting mixed feelings that are difficult to interpret. "I'm sure you wouldn't be able to if you were me." Unceasingly Rangga let out a rough sigh. Makes Kania more curious.
