A few minutes later...
I sat in the college park, alone. I saw people passing in front of me. I'm still trying to digest the terms and conditions of the competition this Mayor held.
"Maybe I'll just tell you about my trip."
I look for inspiration in the park. But apparently, the Cinderella theme will be widely used in the competition later.
"I'm just trying to do something else."
I started writing my own story. From the beginning until arriving at the hill of the heaven tree with Cloud, until finally meeting with Rain. In the script, I use my real name so that the depth of this story can be more felt by the reader.
"Whoever use people's point of view, huh?"
I am confused about the point of view in this story. I need someone's help to give me some consideration.
"Hi, Ara!" Someone shocks me from behind.
"Your husband?!"
"Sounds busy?"
"Hm, yes. I was asked to write a script" I replied.
Baim suddenly appeared in front of me. He was an art kid on campus. So maybe he was brought in to help me come up with a solution.
"That Mayor's race, huh?" tanyakanya.
"Yes. I'm so confused, where does Lecturer know if I can write?"
I am still amazed by my job. I saw Baim sitting in front of me, putting his bag on the garden chair.
"I submitted," he said.
"Huh?! What's?"
"I see there's a good chance for you. So I'll just tell Miss Nita." Baim mentioned the name of my supervising lecturer.
"Baim it!"
I'm upset with him. He didn't tell me first. I don't have any preparation for this.
"Oh, don't worry. Your manuscript represents the city administration faculty. We have to compete with other faculty. Later if it passes, then continue to the peak, I contest Mayor."
"Huffa..."
I let out a sigh of relief. It seems like the burden on my shoulders is slightly reduced hearing this.
"As a friend, I want to contribute to your progress, Ara. As long as there is an opportunity, why not try to grow taller," he said.
"Hey! You mocking me?!" I was suddenly annoyed.
"Gee! Who's mocking you. I'm talking about a career, Ara. Not height."
"Huh! Fuck up! It's high-ranging," I murmured.
"Yes, not even 160cm is there" he sneered.
"Baim it!"
I tried to hit him for taunting my height, but I couldn't. Baim immediately ran from before me. He passed to the campus parking lot.
"Sometimes take me for a walk in your new car, yes" he said as he passed away.
Baim, my friend this one is always there for me. He can take his time to help. We are like family. He was also the only college friend who knew my family. Hopefully our friendship will last until we have grandchildren.
An hour later...
I'm coming home, back home. I saw the watch on the left hand already showing at eleven o'clock in the afternoon. I parked my red car in the garage and walked to the door. But apparently, my door was locked. I then use the spare key to open it.
Once inside, I saw no one. Kucek mobile phone, it turns out Adit reported if he was following father and mother guarding the store. I was alone at home.
I put my foot in the room and I laid my body. I fell asleep in an instant. It seems like my body is very tired and needs rest.
"Nature ...."
"Nature ...."
The cloud?
"Ara, I'm coming to get you."
The rain!!!
"Huh.huh..."
My breaths panting. Suddenly I woke up from my sleep. I don't know how long I slept. When I woke up, it was already evening. I saw the sky blushing before dark came.
"So it was me ...?"
It's like I'm dreaming. In my dream I saw Cloud waking me from sleep. His face looks very clear. She gently woke me up so I felt like I wanted to hug her.
After that, I don't know why I saw Rain before me. It was like I was in front of my own room and he came and said he wanted to pick me up. I was confused thinking about it myself.
"Why am I? Can I not forget them?"
I got up and got some water. Along with that, father, mother, Adit and Anggi went home. They came home in a pick-up car. Cars purchased from the proceeds open stores near the market.
"Ara, I brought you some beef soup."
Mom walked over to me. Her aging face made me feel pity. I shouldn't be tired of this family effort. Dad and Adit should be the ones guarding the store. While mom, take care of Anggi at home.
"Mom knows that Ara is hungry" I told her.
"Know, dong. I also know what you're thinking, you know."
"Huh? What am I thinking?" my many.
Mom took the bowl and poured my favorite beef soup. He put it on the dining table. I saw Adit playing with Anggi in the TV room. Father, seemed to lay down on the bamboo chair behind the house.
"It must be thinking about it, right?" seductive mother.
"Who?" ask again.
"Son Cloud."
"Eh, how do you know?"
I don't believe my mother's instincts. Mom guessed exactly. Or maybe you can read someone's mind?
"Mom feels like someone will be coming soon."
"I mean Mom?"
"He's coming, baby."
Mom pinched both of my cheeks while smiling. The words from him made my heart beat erratically.
Is it true what Mom said?
I'm still thinking. And also hope that what you say is true happens. I can no longer bear this longing. I want to meet both of them. Or at least one of them.
"Come, Ara. Let's eat first." My mother invited me to eat together.
"Dad! Adit! Angels! Let's eat!" exclaim mom to the others.
I also rushed to the dining table. We ate together before nightfall. I saw the joy on my two sisters' faces. I was so happy to see them laughing. I think I've managed to be a big brother to both.
I'll make sure your future is bright, my sisters.
I had a dream to make my parents happy by paying for college for my two sisters until they finished. I don't know where it's going, I'm sure I can do it.
We then continued to eat together. At this dinner table, I told my college activities to my father and mother. Anggi also did not want to miss, he also told his daily life at school. And Adit, he looked so good eating soup that he didn't care about our conversation anymore.
"Adit, slow down, son."
"Hem, yes, Mom. This soup is delicious. Adit likes it so much."
"Eat the right, don't choke." I warned Adit.
"Know it, Dad. Adit ngeyel now," I said.
"Sir Ara lied, Dad." Adit does not accept.
"Follow it, finish your food first." Mom chiming.
Now our family is very happy and does not feel lacking anymore. Everything we dreamed of, finally came true.
Thank you, Cloud. Has given me a chance.
