13. Banus

Banu leaned back in his work chair, his life had been fine all along. The printing business he founded is growing rapidly, even he already has four branches, his business is in Buah Batu, Kopo, Cimahi and Jatinangor.

Banu sighed harshly, his parents and wife had just informed him that tomorrow they would arrive in Bandung to visit him. Yep... Banu is married to a girl who is still in college. His wife in Jogja, studied at a famous university there. They married because they were married. Banu is quite grateful, his wife still wants to continue his education, therefore they live separately at this time. At least he's got a chance to sort things out with Cindy.

"Cindy" he muttered.

Banu smiles wryly, his life in romance is indeed very sad, he falls in love with Cindy, without being able to open his heart to others, although Cindy often hurts him. Banu's memories go back to where he first met Cindy.

Banu attends a party, This is the seventeenth birthday party of his best friend's lover. Many luxury foods and drinks are available, they also provide drinks that contain alcohol. Banu thinks maybe this is how the rich entertain their guests. Banu is only a child of nomads, although his family includes family located and respected in his place of origin, but can not match the wealth and lifestyle of entrepreneurs and conglomerates in the big city.

No one present at this party she knew, except her best friend and lover who had a birthday today. All that was present were the invitations of his best friend's lover, the High School children and it seemed like only Banu and his best friend were students.

In his solitude, Banu sees a beautiful girl standing alone, she looks different from her other friends.

"Hi" said Banu approaching the girl.

"Hi" the girl returned her greeting.

"You alone?" ask Banu.

"The other friends were dancing there with their partners" the girl replied pointing to a dance floor filled with couples.

"You Want a dance?" haggard Banu, the girl refused.

Long they stay there while looking at the dancing, Banu can only look at him in silence, finally he stretched out his hand "Banu" said Banu. The girl returned Banu's hand. "Cindy" replied.

They talked together, enjoying food and drinks. Banu realizes he is a little drunk, he accidentally takes a drink containing alcohol. Cindy's situation is not much different from him, finally Banu decided to take Cindy home. In the middle of the road, Cindy is already asleep because of drunkenness, she does not know where Cindy lives, she finally brings Cindy to her house. A rented house provided by his parents.

Banu laid Cindy on her bed, as she wanted to leave Cindy, her hand suddenly pulled. She was lying next to Cindy, her face was very close to Cindy, her heart was pounding. Banu gathers the courage to kiss Cindy's lips, without Cindy expecting to return the kiss. The kiss grew deeper and more demanding, until finally the thing they should not have done happened.

Although Banu's drunkenness still had consciousness, he knew what he was doing was wrong. But he could not stop his madness, they even repeated it again when their consciousness had returned.

Banu promises himself that if he will take responsibility for Cindy, he will marry the girl he frowned at, after Cindy graduated from school which is only eight months away.

From that day on, they met several times, only to repeat what they had done. But when Cindy graduated from school, she refused to marry Banu. Cindy asked Banu to finish his college which is still two years away.

Banu follows Cindy's wishes without suspecting anything, moreover his relationship and Cindy is fine, every time they meet they will repeat it again and again. They will not be satisfied even once.

Banu finished his studies and established a printing business that he had pioneered since college. Banu invites Cindy to get married, she feels really ready to go home, be a husband.

Cindy refused it. "Sorry Banu, I cannot marry you, I do not love you. I just want to marry my wife" Cindy replied at the time.

His anger couldn't last long, Cindy called him. "Banu, I'm pregnant" Cindy's words kept on her head, Cindy carrying her child. Cindy must marry him. Banu meets Cindy in the Netherlands, hoping everything will be fine. But hope does not always come true, Cindy still refuses to marry him, even though there is currently a child in Cindy's womb.

Cindy tells him why she doesn't want to marry Banu. Although Banu heavily followed Cindy's wishes, to him his son was now far more important than to refute Cindy's wishes.

Banu took a deep breath, trying to calm his mind and heart. Cindy is determined by her desire to get Reyhan, while she insists on Cindy marrying him. He did all for his son's sake, to get a whole parent. Even he ignored his legitimate wife, whom he had not touched at all.

"Cindy, take care of all your clothes and Jojo's, there's nothing left in this house"

Cindy was surprised by Banu's words, she looked at the father of her son in wonder.

"You kicked me out? Why?" ask Cindy.

If only there were no Jojo among them, perhaps he would youngly drive out this crazy woman in front of him. Unfortunately he falls in love with a woman whose mind is out of her mind, having become too obsessed with getting Reyhan.

"I'll take you and Jojo to the apartment"

"Moved? Wh why? Is it because Arya knows about me and Jojo?" ask Cindy streak.

"It's not because of Arya, but my parents and wife will come" Banu replied. Finally she had to tell Cindy that she was married to another woman.

"Wife? What do you mean Banu?" scream Cindy.

"I'm married to the woman of my parents' choice. I had to accept it, because you never wanted to be my wife"

"Then what about Jojo?" ask Cindy.

"Why with Jojo, no problem with him. He's still my son, our son"

"But Jojo has a stepmother"

"Jojo will understand that one day, he will have to accept the fact that he has a stepmother because his biological mother never wants to marry his father"

Banu's words made Cindy speechless, indeed she who continued to buy time to refuse to marry Banu. But it was unthinkable for him that Banu would marry another woman, because he knew very well that Banu loved her very much and always wanted her body.

Cindy approached Banu "I know, you haven't touched your wife yet? that's why you want me" Cindy said. His hand stroked Banu's chest, unbuttoning the shirt worn by Banu one by one.

"Take all your clothes off" Banu takes Cindy's hand off her shirt and leaves Cindy, who doesn't believe Banu rejected her.
