Unstoppable Antihero
Chapter 12: Towards Erato Frike

When the sun is already seen in the middle, a quarter of the journey has been taken. It still takes half a day of travel again they will arrive at Erato Center Frike, only then they can continue the journey to Musai Center Vonturnus. If you want to be simplified again, their journey is not only limited to between Erato, but between Musai.

Next to the horse carriage, Atlas can still walk casually while glancing around. The journey through the street in the settlement, until they finally arrived at the border area with Frike Erato Center, still did not make the young man exhausted. Perhaps this happened because he had already felt a long journey through the desert in broad daylight.

“It turns out this border area is more fertile than I thought,” murmured Atlas when he saw the trees began to grow between Erato Stix with Erato Center Frike. “This could be a new lesson for me.”

Kaysen glanced at Atlas for a moment while tilting next to an eyebrow, saying, “What have you been mumbling, Atlas?”

“Nothing,” replied Atlas, directly without pause. “Forget it and don't let you get tired on this trip.”

Moments later, when this retinue of Young Master Vonturnus's bodyguards passed through the path that jutted down, Felix ordered to stop. At noon this day Felix decided to rest first, not forcing this group to continue walking all day.

The horse-drawn carriage stopped, and Atlas stretched his muscles as he walked and sat under a tree. From here he could see the view from the meadow below, when the wind was blowing slowly against his body.

“Don't waste much time,” Felix said. “Do what you need to do before we start our journey again.”

“Good, Young Master!” said the young man's personal bodyguard while disbanding.

On the other hand, Kaysen walked over towards Atlas, then sat right next to the young man, muttering, “Thank you once we can rest.”

Not even Atlas had time to answer, suddenly Felix said to them, “You two prepare a fire! Don't laze.”

“That said,” said Atlas while turning his eyes to Kaysen.

Inevitably, Kaysen stood up, went to light a fire. Even so, Atlas did not seem to be moving after Kaysen. This was immediately realized by Felix.

“Do you want to try to make yourself more useful, Atlas?” Felix stared silently at Atlas who was now sitting while looking at the blue sky decorated by bright clouds.

“Today is very bright, yes?” Atlas clearly had no intention of paying attention to Felix's orders. “Will it rain suddenly? Hm ...”

“Atlas Hiromasa ..” Felix took a deep breath. “DON'T YOU THINK YOU NEED TO HELP THEM EVEN TO JUST PULL OUT SUPPLIES?!”

Atlas closed both ears, replying, “Didn't you not do it yourself?”

“You think who you can liken to me?!”

“We are both human ..., I guess.”

“If you think about it again .. it's not wrong also I think.” For a moment Felix was silent, then pointed at Atlas while putting on a silly face, “But our degrees are not the same!”

Instead of listening, Atlas still closed both ears as he glanced at the meadow. He really enjoyed the gust of wind that cooled his body in the heat of the sun.

...***...

The crowded street was illuminated by the light emanating from the floating glowing stone. According to Kaysen, this stone is named Theia’s Stone.

“Isn't that Young Master's carriage Vonturnus?” whispered people watching Felix's horse-drawn carriage.

“Iya, no mistake ..” said one other person.

“Young Master! Young Master!” people started cheering as they waved their hands, greeting their future Moirai.

Hearing the cheers, Felix opened the window of the horse-drawn carriage, smiling kindly as he waved at his people. He looks more charismatic than when he was with Atlas. In addition, people also seemed very enthusiastic to greet the young man.

“It turns out he's a pretty popular guy,” murmured Atlas while glancing around. “I didn't expect the little girl seemed to be quite favored by the community.”

“I also did not expect this,” said Kaysen, frankly. “To be honest I suspected that they would throw it with trash or something.”

“Two of you.” Felix turned his eyes to Atlas and Kaysen while putting on a faint smile. “I can hear it clearly.”

Atlas and Kaysen immediately looked the other way, pretending not to know and not wanting to know. These two lads are very compact in this kind of thing.

Not long after, they finally arrived at a quieter road. Then, the horse carriage stopped right in front of a large and majestic-looking building. Around the building there are many Theia’s Stone floated, illuminating up to the courtyard and the road in front of the building.

Felix got out of the horse-drawn carriage, walked towards the gate. Without asking for identity or anything, some of the Heracles who were standing guard bent down and opened the door for Felix. Surely they were extremely disinclined and dared not make a mistake in front of that Young Master Vonturnus.

In order not to make the situation troublesome, here Felix decided to bring Atlas and Kaysen in with him, while the other bodyguards were doing other tasks. The three of them also entered this magnificent building, immediately greeted by some burly men and graceful maids.

“The master's room is here, Young Master,” said a tall man politely, as he escorted Felix, Atlas, and Kaysen to a spacious room.

At first Atlas thought that the room was empty, but when the door was opened, a woman graciously greeted Felix, accompanied by a tall man with short hair on his left. The man looked older than the woman.

“Please, Young Master,” said the woman, let Felix in.

“Ya.” Felix immediately went in and sat down on the long sofa in front of which was a small table and a long sofa again.

Atlas and Kaysen were standing behind Felix, not sitting down as usual. Felix was a little surprised to see that, but he decided not to discuss it.

“Sit down, Miss Halina,” said Felix, inviting the woman who greeted him earlier to sit on the sofa before him.

Shortly after, a maid arrived, putting a few cups of tea on the table. The maid left immediately after doing her job.

“I really apologize for making Young Master come down directly to do surveillance,” said Halina while bowing her body.

“That's none of your business, Miss Halina,” Felix said, then change the subject. “More importantly, how about the task I gave you?”
