The next day Sari fulfills her promise to meet Rizal at rest. Last night Sari had thought about what she would say to Rizal later.

But when Sari approached Rizal to his room, Rizal was not in his room, when Sari asked the nurse who was on guard, who was not there, the nurse said that since an hour ago Rizal accompanied Doctor Syamsul to perform surgery on accident victims in the ICU.

Finally Sari walked to the ICU, hoping that the operation that Rizal was doing would be completed soon, because it had been an hour ago the operation was carried out.

In the ICU the atmosphere is very quiet, only the sound of the Bedside monitor machine (a device used to monitor the patient's vital sign, in the form of heart rate, pulse, blood pressure, and so on, temperature of the heart pulse form continuously) is heard.

Some patients who are in the ICU are closing their eyes, maybe taking a nap. There are also those who are holding prayer beads, maybe they are reciting. And one patient with bandages on his legs, hands and head, maybe he's the one who was out of surgery.

Sari came out of the ICU because the situation inside was very quiet, but when Sari passed the special doctor/officer room next to the IGD, Sari saw there was a man like Rizal, who looked like her, wearing a doctor's suit in the room, because he did not want to buy time to resolve the misunderstanding with Rizal, Sari finally entered the room, hoping that Rizal was in it.

Rizal ordered 2 bubble teas and 2 durian pancakes at the cafe service.
