86. Wife law leaving home

Asha immediately got into the car back by slamming the door hard enough. He sat in the passenger seat with his arms crossed over his chest.

Because when a wife leaves the husband's house means that she no longer performs her duties as a wife and does not respect the rights of the husband. One of the rights of the husband is the obedience of his wife to him. When the wife leaves without the husband's riddo means that she has left her obedience to her husband, while Rosulullah - sholallahu 'alaihi wasallam said :

It means: "if I have the right to command one to bow down to another, then I will command a woman to bow down to her husband."

This Hadith proves how great the right of a husband and his obligation to the wife to obey the husband as long as the husband does not order to things that are forbidden by religion.

Rosulullah - sholallahu 'alaihi wasallam - was once asked by a woman about one of the rights of the husband over the wife :

يَا رَسُول اللَّهِ مَا حَقُّ الزَّوْجِ عَلَى زَوْجَتِهِ ؟ فَقَال : حَقُّهُ عَلَيْهَا أَلاَّ تَخْرُجَ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ ، فَإِنْ فَعَلَتْ لَعَنَتْهَا مَلاَئِكَةُ السَّمَاءِ وَمَلاَئِكَةُ الرَّحْمَةِ وَمَلاَئِكَةُ الْعَذَابِ حَتَّى تَرْجِعَ

It means: "O Rosulullah, what is the right of the husband to his wife?"

He replied: "The husband's right over the wife is not he (wife) out of the house except with the permission of the husband, if he does so (out without permission) then the celestial angel, the, the angel of mercy and the angel of adhab cursed him until he came home."

"What should a husband do to a "nasyiz" wife"?

God says :

وَاللَّاتِي تَخَافُونَ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَعِظُوهُنَّ وَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ وَاضْرِبُوهُنَّ

It means: "Women who are concerned about their nusyuz, so counsel them and separate them in their beds, and beat them" (QS An-Nisa 34)

Ega spoke at length so that his wife would understand his obligations.

[Al-Baqarah /2:228]"

"If it has happened, the wife has the right to convey it and give advice to the husband. And the husband can explain his case or apologize, and continue to try to improve his attitude to the family, so that he can stand high in the family by Rasululul: ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ The best of you is the best to his family (his wife) . [SV. Ibn Majah, no. 1977. This hadith is translated as hadith shahih by al-Albani rahimahullah]" Ega explained at length what he knew so far.
