Mr. Oscar frowned. The Kejora village chief was reading an article on his smart phone.
"Mom, do you prefer a bunch of colorful butterflies, or a bunch of colorful beetles?" ask Oscar to his wife.
Ms. Inari who was sewing Mr. Oscar's old jacket stopped to look at her husband. "A bunch of pretty colorful beetles, sir, but I prefer a bunch of colorful butterflies."
Mr. Oscar nodded and smiled meaningfully. "Oohs. If I'd rather have a moth, ma'am. Yes, I'm sewing."
"Since we've been dating, you've loved moths. Yes, Mr. Kades."
Tomorrow is Ms. Inari's birthday. That is why Mr. Oscar asked about the butterflies and beetles, because he wanted to determine what gift he would give to his wife.
Ms. Inari and Mr. Oscar both turned their heads when they heard the sound of the door being knocked. "It's just me, ma'am," said Mr. Oscar.
From behind the door, Prapto and Nimo stood smiling. "Good dusk, Mr. Village Chief," they said simultaneously.
"Eh, two single friends apparently. Happy twilight. Want to talk inside or outside?" ask Mr. Oscar with a nosy smile.
After Mr. Oscar asked Mr. Inari to make coffee, he then stepped onto the terrace table followed by Prapto and Nimo.
"Yes, at least even though we are not married, we remain happy, Mr. Village Chief. Right, Boss? Every day we always laugh" Nimo said in self-defense.
Prapto nodded while laughing. "On the terrace, Mr. Oscar, let it cool."
"Yes .. but still his single name, Nimo. You should not be long single, because the new rules that I will apply can get you fined" said Mr. Oscar as soon as he sat in the chair.
Prapto and Nimo who had just sat down instantly frowned. "What rule is that, Mr Village Chief?" ask Nimo.
Mr. Oscar immediately put on a serious facial expression. "Another month, I will apply the new rules in this Kejora village. In the new rules, if there are men in the village of Kejora who are twenty-four years old and above but not married, it will be fined a hundred thousand rupiahs every week."
Nimo was shocked, and so was Prapto. They both looked at Mr. Oscar who was putting tobacco in his pipe.
Nimo and Prapto then looked at each other for a while, then turned to look at Mr. Oscar who was now igniting the shell. After Mr. Oscar exhaled the smoke of his shell while staring at Prapto and Nimo, suddenly the Kejora village chief laughed.
"Don't be so serious! How could I have applied such a rule," Mr. Oscar said. He came back laughing.
"You startled me, Mr. Village Chief. I had thought about changing cigarettes to cheaper ones earlier, so I could pay a fine," said Nimo while shaking.
From inside the house, Ms. Inari came to serve three cups of coffee. "Please, Nak Prapto, Nak Nimo!" said.
"Thank you, Miss Kades," Nimo and Prapto nodded.
Ms. Inari smiled at her husband and returned home.
"From your faces, there seems to be something you want to talk about" said Mr. Oscar, "what's the matter?"
Prapto and Nimo explain their intentions to Mr. Oscar in turn. Starting from Prapto got a wedding invitation Silvi, then about Silvi's husband who is the CEO at Kuda Fly Corporation, until their harvest is said to contain chemical elements.
At the end of their explanation, Prapto and Nimo invited Mr. Oscar to check the prices of Kejora village crops that were resold in malls and in supermarkets.
Mr. Oscar nodded. "I think your crop being rejected has something to do with the invitation, Nak Prapto. And thank you very much for your advice to check the price. How about noon tomorrow? Tomorrow morning I have something to do first."
"Okay, Mr. Oscar, we're going to garden early in the morning."

The next morning Nimo and Prapto replanted some of the seedlings that had been out of harvest. This morning they were accompanied by Mr. Rodi, who he said wanted to see them gardening as an ingredient to write a verse about farming.
"Have you finished the poem, Mr Rodi?" prapto asked as he walked up to the tree where Mr. Rodi was leaning against holding a paper and pen.
"A little bit more, Nak Prapto. I could've sat in my own garden, but I wanted to make a poem about the young man who was in the field, so I came here to see you guys. It turns out the atmosphere here is cool too, yeah."
The three of them chatted about the verse, while occasionally Prapto and Nimo asked about the meaning of the words they did not understand.

In the garden behind his house, Mr. Oscar was busy planting several types of plants and several types of flowers while whistling. The plants and flowers were planted by Mr. Oscar next to a small pond containing several types of ornamental fish.
"Tomorrow, Inari. I hope you'll like the card" said Mr. Oscar quietly with a smile.
***
Many people who have bid for the old car Mr. Oscar, even they offer to exchange it for the latest car, but Mr. Oscar refused him to cook. Because for Mr. Oscar, his old car is one of the best friends in life.
Mr. Oscar finished wiping his car. He saw Nimo and Prapto coming by riding a bicycle. After chatting for a while, Mr. Oscar, Prapto, and Nimo then say goodbye to Bu Inari.
Nimo is driving. Their destination is several malls and supermarkets in the city of Surabaya. A large city in Endonesa which is about an hour from Kejora village when driving a car. When riding a bike, it might be eight or seven hours.
***
Prapto, Nimo, and Mr. Oscar scrunched their eyebrows while shaking their heads at the price of vegetables, fruits, and natural livestock products in a mall.
The mall is the seventh place they go, and also the last place. Since arriving in Surabaya, they have visited four supermarkets and three malls.
Prapto then invited Mr. Oscar and Nimo to drink coffee at one of the cafes in the mall.
"Gruesome! I didn't expect the price to be that high and people were buying a lot. Masa' chili they bought us thirty-five thousand dollars per kilo here sold seventy thousand dollars a kilo?" Mr. Oscar shook his head.
"I was shocked to see him, Mr. Kades. I thought only one or two put that high price, but it turned out that everything. Ah, if only here there were no Village Chief I respect, I would have cursed since then," continued Nimo, "they tricked us, Mr. Village Chief."
Oscar shook his head again. "Right, Nak Nimo, they've been deceiving us. But they cannot be prosecuted because in law they are not wrong. Not to mention in other cities, of course, each mall and supermarket owner is different, and it will take many days for us if you want to swear them one by one."
Nimo clenched his fists on the table. He was so furious at the inhuman way of doing business. But soon Nimo's fist was opened again, because he saw Prapto smiling meaningfully. Nimo then lit a cigarette.
"I know what your smile means, Boss," said Nimo, who made Mr. Oscar also turn to Prapto, "say your plan!"
Mr. Oscar was silent for a moment because he was astonished by the intent of Nimo's words. However, after not being able to guess, Mr. Oscar finally decided to pretend to understand. Later he will also know through Prapto's explanation.
"True, let's say what your smile means, Nak Prapto!" pinta Mr. Oscar.
Prapto exhaled his cigarette smoke. "They know that in this Endonesa, agriculture and natural farms are only found in the village of Kejora, Mr. Oscar, Nimo. I have checked it on yutub and in articles on search engines.
"I have also found out the price difference between natural gardening and general gardening results in Japan. I also check prices in America, England, and France. Everything is the same average, the price difference between the results of natural gardening with the results of general gardening is far."
"Fucking fraud," said Mr. Oscar, but keep a calm tone.
Nimo turned to look at Mr. Oscar. As long as he knew the old man, only this time Nimo heard Mr. Oscar swear. That means Mr. Oscar is really angry right now.
Prapto continued, "I have a plan, Mr. Oscar. This plan can greatly advance the economy of Kejora villagers later, and this plan will also 'teach' the fraudsters. But, in order to carry out this plan, the entire Kejora village must agree."
Prapto longed to add the word 'fucking' in his sentence, but he did not want to impress disrespect Mr. Oscar.
"There are many big cities in Endonesa, Boss, and there are also many supermarkets and malls in every big city" said Nimo.
After he finished exhaling his cigarette smoke, Prapto said, "They are all one company anyway, Nimo. All the supermarkets and malls that we checked earlier were in that one parent company. And the parent company must be running this business secretly but still in a legal path.
"If other companies knew, of course their income would be reduced, right? I assure you, even their employees are not told about this. And who became the reservoir of Kejora village, in the city of Keladi, must be one of the confidants of the parent company."
"What's the name of the parent company, Nak Prapto?" ask Oscar sir.
"Flying Horse, Mr. Oscar. I saw in every supermarket and mall we checked there was a Flying Horse Corporation logo. I asked an old man who oversees the mall. He said; the vegetables, fruits, and natural livestock products they sell there are imported from abroad. That is, they keep it a secret from most of their own employees."
"One parent company. It'll definitely make what you plan to do a lot easier, Nak Prapto. You're so smart, "praise Mr. Oscar.
"Bos Prapto is smart, Mr. Village Chief," Nimo laughed.
Nimo's face then turned furious. "I really want to uppercut the CEO of Cuek and the feminist" she said.
Prapto turned his face forward. He then gave the code to Mr. Oscar and Nimo to also shave their faces. "I whisper my plan, sir, Nimo. Because it could have been a new person coming and sitting next to us this is one of the Flying Horse confidants."
After Prapto finished whispering his plan, Nimo grinned, as did Mr. Oscar.
"Smart and brilliant! I'm proud of you, Nak Prapto," said Mr. Oscar, "tomorrow afternoon, I will gather the villagers of Kejora at the village hall, and then you tell them about this plan later. I'm sure they'll agree to it."
"Yes, Boss! Your plan will surely have the con man's company destroyed and the villagers of Kejora become more advanced in their economy."
