What a Beautiful Divorce
43. Back to Mall

After exhaling the cigarette smoke that had just been ignited, Timo told about his investigation and showed a note that contained the search results of Mr. Salidi. "I was followed like I was a thief. So, I just work on that guy," said Timo, laughing.

Prapto, Mr. Oscar, Mr. Gumiro, and Nimo laughed along.

"You're stealing information, Timo" Prapto said. "But by the way, why don't we just buy the Japanese vegetables so we can examine them calmly and not rush?"

Everyone in the back garden of Mr. Oscar's house fell silent, including Prapto himself. Shortly after, they laughed.

"And why do you have that idea now, Prapto?" ask Timo.

"Already, Timo. At least you can act cool like a detective" said Prapo laughing.

"So, how did your business deal with a fancy restaurant, Nak Prapto?" Mr. Gumiro asked after sipping his coffee.

Prapto looked towards Nimo who seemed to want to laugh. He then recounted his meeting with Mr. Handoko who wanted his nickname to impress westernized. Then Nimo told me about Prapto and Pak Handoko who several times shifted their seats forward in turn. Everyone laughs.

"That means all our plans are going smoothly, what else if the idea that Nak Prapto will convey to take over the marketing of Japanese vegetables in supermarkets and malls will also succeed" said Mr. Oscar. He then ignited his shell.

All those who sat at the table near Vimala's garden now turned to Prapto.

"I have an offer that would be very difficult to reject by the leader of the company that supplies the Japanese vegetables" Prapto said.

Timo's face looked a little horrified. "Your words are like the words of Don (a mafia family leader) in the movie we often watch, Prapto. You're gonna stick a gun in the head of the owner of that company?" tanyakanya.

Prapto laughs. He lit his cigarette first, then said, "I've finalized this plan. We'll get the Japanese vegetable supplier company to talk. Then I'll get him to work together, Timo.

"We will later have an advantage from the company about the selling price, because we do not need to import it. I'll get the leader to make an agreement that the company won't import any more vegetables from Japan. They had to buy it from Kejora village.

"If he disagrees, yes already, they will certainly lose because of the difference in prices of Japanese vegetables we will be much lower than them. We can not invite them to work together and make them out of this business.

"But, my opinion is the same as Mr. Gumiro, Mr. Oscar, Timo, and Nimo. Because the company is innocent to us, then we must be humane in doing business against them. If they are also like Flying Horses, surely I would prefer to take down the company's business." Everyone agrees with Prapto.

"But" Prapto continued, making everything on the table steadily curious waiting for his words. "But we don't know the name of the supplier company. And I'm a little hard to figure out because they don't want to have a business rival." Prapto laughs.

Mr. Oscar got the sense. He said, "There's one way I found it. We can ask the name of the company to the supervisor who followed Timo in the mall yesterday."

Everyone nodded.

"But, of course I can't ask the father to say the name of his company, because he's already suspicious of me" Timo said. He then looked at Prapto. "Make Your Difficult Offer to Reject to the father, Prapto."

Everyone laughed again.

"All right" answered Prapto. "It's not noon yet. Give me the mall address, Timo."

After Timo sent the mall address to Prapto via a short message, Prapto turned to Nimo. "Come, we're going to the mall now, Nimo!" bring him.

Nimo and Prapto were traveling at speeds that were more than average. Besides because they do not want to arrive at home at night, they also have to arrive at the mall before the mall closes.

Nimo driving the motor overtakes other vehicles carefully but surely. Until finally they arrived at the parking lot of the mall that had been notified of its address by Timo.

“Come, Boss! I wonder at the faces of the supervisors,” Nimo. He laughed then stepped into the mall followed by Prapto.

“Belok here, Nimo. Kan already said Timo earlier after entering the mall door turn left,” said Prapto, laughing.

After arriving at the ground floor of the mall that sells fruits, vegetables, and kitchen equipment, and, Prapto and Nimo were now watching a middle-aged man standing around looking around like he was watching the place. His hands were folded behind his waist.

His face always looked serious. His eyes were watching his surroundings. And his sharp gaze now looked at Prapto and Nimo as he continued walking.

“How do I get that father to talk, Boss?” asked Nimo curiously.

Prapto. “Begini, Young man,” said. He then approached the supervisors.

The walking supervisor stopped his steps. He looked at Prapto. “There can I help you with, Sir?” tanyakanya.

“I want to talk to you,” sahut Prapto.

The middle-aged man watched Prapto for a moment. “About what, sir? And the talk can be here? I'm working, can't get out of this mall.”

“Iya, Sir. Here only,” answered Prapto. “Include me, my name is Prapto, and my best friend is Nimo. We are both from a food company called Kejora.”

The father's face changed immediately after hearing the sentence ‘company pangan’. “I'm Sukardi,” the answer is short. He then greeted Prapto and Nimo who had already extended their hands.

“Begini, Mr. Sukardi,” said Prapto. “We want to ask you about the name and address of the company where you work. We know you are not an employee of this mall.”

Mr. Sukardi's face turned a little shocked, but quickly he could already seem calm and serious again. “Sorry. How do you know that? And what is it in your interest to ask the name and address of the company I work for?”

Prapto then explained to Pak Sukardi about his plan to invite Pak Sukardi's company to work together. He also described a little about the details of the offer he would offer to the leader of the company where Mr. Sukardi worked.

Mr. Sukardi did not answer, but his face looked more serious. “Shortly,” said. Mr. Sukardi then went some distance from Prapto and Nimo. He now appears to be calling. Then Mr. Sukardi nodded.

After returning to the presence of Prapto and Nimo, Mr. Sukardi said, “Inquire your mobile number, Prapto, I will send the name and address of the company later. When are you going to visit?”

Prapto and Nimo smiled. “Tomorrow Sir,” Reply Prapto. “Now we will go home first.”

Mr. Sukardi nodded. Then for the first time, he was seen reviewing a smile even though he only smiled for a moment. Mr. Sukardi has been ordered by his leadership not to be rash when talking to Prapto and Nimo, because according to the leader, Prapto and Nimo should not be underestimated.
