THE FLOWER NEXT DOOR CAFE

"What's wrong? There's a big problem what do you mean?!"

I spread my eyes all over the cafe. I hurriedly came because Sony called me in a voice that sounded very anxious.

"Son, what's wrong? Even the face is confused so," I growled.

"Dirga, come with me!"

Sony pulled my hand with a half run. He drove me to the park next to the cafe.

----------

"What's up, anyway? Don't worry me, Son!"

"See that!"

I threw my gaze at the two people sitting on the chair, which Sony pointed to.

"Luna. What's wrong with her?" my many.

"not her. That-that guy next to her. Look at her all right, Dirga!" sony with a serious face.

I looked back at the figure of the man who was appointed by Sony. Someone about my age.

"He ... Why not a stranger, huh?" muttered.

"Don't you remember him?" ask Sony.

I watched the man. The silhouette felt familiar. I think I've met him.

He looks like ...

"Geez!" myrag. "He ... Why is he here?"

"Dirga .. she ... she is .. her biological father Luna."

"What?!"

DIRGA HOUSE

21:30 WIB

"Mas, my mom called. Dirga was told to stop by there! He said there was something to be discussed about launching a new clothing model or what it was," said Rhesa.

I kept quiet without responding to his words.

"If Mas Dirga goes there, ajakin kids too! Mom and Dad wanted to meet them. Mas ... Maaaaas ...!"

"Hem? What are you talking about, honey?"

"God! From that moment I did not cry," his grunts. "What's wrong? Did something happen? Any problems at the office?"

Rhesa pulled out the blanket and lay down beside me.

"Why? Mas Dirga looked worried that way," he said as he wrapped his arm around my waist.

"No. There is nothing" I replied. "Just a little tired."

"Do you want me to do it?" tanyakanya.

"No need to." I rubbed the tip of his head. "You go to sleep first! I'm gonna grab a drink downstairs."

"He'em."

---------------

I stood glued to the middle room. Looking at self and family portraits.

A large figura in which I saw pictures of my wife and my two children. We were the ones who smiled happily.

All this time, I was grateful for what I got. Wife, son, family, business, friend. Everything feels perfect. Not a single bit of bitterness stopped by to stop by in my life, ever since I restarted my household life with Rhesa.

But today ...

------------

"What is papa doing here? Not sleeping?"

"Ooh .. You haven't slept?" I saw Arga coming towards me.

"I also love looking at the photo" he said as he looked at our family photos.

"Papa looks cool."

"Hahaha .. that, no need to talk anymore. Facts," I said.

Arga seemed to chuckle at my words.

"One day, I want to be like you" he said. "Great man, charismatic and never made his wife cry."

Pull my eyes on him. He looked at my picture with a proud face.

He never made his wife cry. That's what he said innocently. I don't want to make my wife cry. I don't want to make my son cry either.

"Arga, are you really serious about Luna?" my many.

"Why-why does papa ask like that?" Arga responded to my question timidly.

"Just curious" I replied. "How serious? Just dating? Or ... Have you thought about marrying her?"

"Ah .. it--" Arga looks a little confused.

"Arga, if you just want to walk with her .. or just want to date .. papa suggests you, end it!"

"What?!" his screeches. "Why did papa say that? Papa doesn't approve of us?"

"It's not. Papa just said, if you have no more serious intentions, you better end up here! Don't give him false hope!"

"Serious stuff, really," he said. "very seriously. And someday, Arga wants to marry her."

I looked at my eldest son who kept his head down. I know him well. And he won't be that easy to make a decision without thinking.

"Oh yes, sleep! Good night," I said.

"Pa ...," he called.

"Thank you for being able to accept Luna's situation."

"He'em."

Yes ... previously it could. But right now, I'm not even sure that things will go well.

THE FLOWER NEXT DOOR CAFE

08:30 WIB

I was still silent and looked at the crowded atmosphere of the highway through the glass window of the cafe.

"How are you, Dirga. I was quite surprised when Sony said that you wanted to see me."

The heart I had set to keep cool when I met him, seemed to be in vain. A hot rumble began to creep into my crown as soon as his face was in front of me.

No, Dirga ...!

Relax ...!

Try to talk to her ...!

--------------

"Go to the point! Because I don't want to linger looking at your face, Rudy Aryasa."

This jerk .. I'd love to throw a stack of swearing at him.

So nauseating!

Why do I have to deal with him again?

--------

"Luna ... is she ... your daughter?"

"Yes," he replied with a bow.

"Your biological daughter?"

"Yes" he answered again without even daring to look at me.

"Who's mother?"

Rudy quiet. He looks worried and confused.

"I told you, get to the point!" my snapping. "I'm sick of having to linger looking at your face."

"He's my son and ... Clara."

Goddamnit!

What the fuck?!

It felt like my finger was broken because it was so strong I squeezed it.

"He's alive?" I asked by holding back my anger.

"Yes." Yeah."

"I heard, Luna's been living in an orphanage all along. Wh why? What are you doing until he lives there?"

"We're divorced. I remarried and Clara took him. I didn't know that Clara had been working overseas all this time and she put Luna in a home. I found out recently, when the hospital called me because Luna was found unconscious after Clara locked her up for four days without feeding her."

"Suck!" I was stunned from my seat and grabbed Rudy's shirt crate. "Devils like you, should just die!"

They could both be so low. It really is unforgivable.

"Your son and Luna .. they're close, aren't they?" tanyakanya.

I immediately pulled my hand and sat back down to calm my emotions.

"Listen, Rudy .. I want to tell you a few things!" I said with a serious face.

"I'll bear all the things about Luna, as long as you and Clara never show up in front of us, you understand?!"

"You .. does your wife matter if Luna comes into your life?" ask Rudy.

"That's none of your business" I growled. "Go far! Don't try to ruin my life or my son's!"

BAKERY

21:00 WIB

"Until tomorrow."

Luna was seen waving at her co-worker, as she exited the workplace.

"Lho's? Om? How come it's here?"

I just threw a smile at the girl who was close to my son.

---------------

"You haven't eaten, have you?" I asked, while giving him instant noodles, as we sat in front of a mini market.

"What's up, Om?" tanyakanya.

"I heard, your father came to you at the cafe."

"Ah .. yes."

"Luna, is she being mean to you?"

"No. Papa's a good man" he replied. "He even came because he was worried about me. And I want to invite you to live together. But I refused it."

"Why?"

"Because papa already has a new life, there is a new family. I don't want to cause any awkwardness to his family. I am usually living alone anyway. So, I'm definitely gonna be okay."

He showed a big smile on his face. And my heart feels a little squeezed because of it.

"Is your mama ... still seeing you?"

"No. I changed the number. So, mom can't call me anymore" she replied with a sad face.

"How long have you been living in a home?" my many.

"Ehm .. about eight or nine years," he replied with a smile.

"Luna, if anything bad happens. Or when your mom suddenly comes to hurt you, you have to tell us! Youunderstand?"

"Yes. Thank you very much, Om," he replied. "You guys are all very good. For the first time I felt like I had a family."

Luna ... somehow, I really feel so guilty about her.

If I hadn't let Clara go, maybe this girl wouldn't have lived this much.

But if I defend Clara, then Rhesa and Arga will suffer.

I hope everything is okay.

May the mistakes of the past never again hurt these children who don't even know anything.
