“I came out for a while to find breakfast, later go straight back here,” said Zayn while rubbing Lusy's hair.
Lusy had been conscious since last night, but had come back to rest because he was still in pain.
Lusy nodded his head, his body still hard to move because of his injured waist.
“Just a minute, I'll take the food to the room.” Zayn kissed Lusy on the forehead and left his wife.
Zayn has not eaten since yesterday, even staying up all night to look after Lusy to make him tired. Zahra herself was there, but she was still sleeping and Zayn could not bear to wake her up.
Lusy was still lying down, his wound hurt if he moved a lot. Shortly after Zayn left the room, the sound of the door opening again made Lusy think it was a nurse.
Lusy ignored and chose to close his eyes again, thinking if the nurse went there to check Lusy's condition.
However, it turned out that the assumption was wrong, which came not a nurse, but Farah. Farah looked at Lusy who closed her eyes, until the gaze turned to Zahra who was sleeping curled up on the sofa.
A feeling of guilt crept up in his chest, why could he be so evil to a woman who turned out so good. She looked one eye only because of Lusy's status of having a child without a husband, making her keep thinking badly about the woman.
However, Zayn's remarks last night opened Farah's eyes. His son reminded that Lusy was thousands of times better than the woman who wanted to be betrothed to Zayn. Farah realizes that Meghan is no better than the woman she thinks is bad.
Lusy did not hear the nurse saying hello, making him open his eyes and surprised to see Farah standing next to his bed.
“Anda.” Lusy tries to get up, but is prevented by Farah.
“Lay alone, I know you must still feel pain,” said Farah.
Lusy finally stopped moving and chose to remain lying in his position.
“Thank you for helping Zahra,” Farah said opening the conversation.
Zahra, who was sleeping, heard her mother's voice speak her name. The girl woke up, but chose to lie down and listen to what her mother was talking about with Lusy.
“No need to thank. Zahra I consider as my own sister, it was fitting that I protect her,” replied Lusy with her head tilted to be able to look at Farah.
Although it still looked haughty, but Lusy saw regret in the woman's gaze.
“Zayn misunderstood me and his father. Though we intend to be responsible, not out of pity,” said Farah later.
Lusy just silently listened, not wanting to interrupt because it would be considered impolite.
“I will not say sorry for having looked at you badly, all of it happened because Zayn himself was dishonest from the beginning.” Maintaining prestige, Farah was unwilling to admit her mistake.
“I also didn't say that I was good, Madam.” Lusy replied to Farah.
Farah looked at Lusy, looking at the pale face of the woman who had helped her daughter.
“However, even if I act like that, can you help me? Please persuade Zayn to come home, with you. I actually lost Zayn after he left the house. As a mother, you must also know how women feel when they lose their children. I beg of you, can you take Zayn home?”
Lusy is shocked to hear Farah say, whether the woman is desperate, until now begged and asked her to help persuade Zayn.
Zahra was also very surprised, not expecting her mother to be humble by asking for Lusy's help. Could it be that Farah was already sorry, or was actually just feeling desperate.
