I think I should attend the meeting at the castle, there are some things to talk about about the horse carriage and the supplies needed.
I cleaned myself up and put on work clothes to look elegant. Then, I picked up Adry and together headed for the castle.
Upon our arrival, we are welcome to enter the castle. As it turned out, Sernia's castle wasn't as big as I had imagined, but there was something charming about the castle's interior. The walls were covered in delicate tapestries and luxurious furniture lined the hallway. Although it was slightly smaller than my shadow, it was still quite impressive.
We followed a castle guard who led us through a long corridor, until we arrived at a room with a large round table in the middle.
When I entered the room, I saw Mr. Pier sitting at the head of the table. Mr. Pier gestured for us to sit in those chairs. It seems that the others have not arrived yet, so we have to wait while making small talk.
"Mr Pier, there's something I want to talk about about the horse-drawn carriage that I'm going to use to transport the entire logistics."
Mr. Pier replied, "Ah yes, I forgot about it. You don't have to worry, Arezha, we have a few horses left and a large carriage enough to transport the entire supply." Mr. Pier glanced at Adry and said, "Adry, you know where the horse is. Bring it later when this meeting is over." Adry confirmed, "Ready!"
A few minutes later, several interested members began to enter the room, including Mr. Askari. They each sat down and were ready to start the meeting. They began to speak in a soft voice about a plan.
Mr. Pier said to Adry, "Adry, explain what you know about them."
Adry sat down at his place and explained all the information he got about them.
Mr. Askari responded, "They use wooden planks as fortresses?"
Adry replied, "Yes, I sent my subordinates back to confirm all the robbers I interrogated yesterday, but the wooden board was multi-layered, quite thick."
"It seems they hope to die. Mr. Pier, I suggest that you shower the castle with fire arrows" suggested Lord Askari.
A man with luxurious clothes and sparkling rings on his fingers looked extremely arrogant, seemingly a member of a wealthy noble. He stood up excitedly, "I love this strategy!"
Then there was another nobleman who refused for another reason, "I think it's excessive. Their territory has grown. If we seize it without damaging the castle, we can expand it again in our hands. Didn't we?"
The luxuriously dressed noble opposed and hit the table, "Can't! We have to scorch the castle and kill everyone in it. They are robbers!"
Hearing the noble's fancy-looking words, it triggered the other noble so that he stood up from the seat and argued, "Are you crazy!? Why are you doing unnecessary things!"
Lord Askari stood up to stop the anger of the two nobles, "Maybe there's a point. I'll consider both of those things if possible." Mr. Askari's words calmed the two of them, whereas I didn't want to interfere about this.
They talked about the many strategies and tactics that would be used, thinking about the possibilities that would happen, while I just quietly heard them talk, until finally they agreed with the strategy they would use.
"Now let's talk about logistics. Their base was not too far away, it took half a day on foot to reach it, but it is difficult for logistics to access the forest so many trees and uneven roads block the track and hamper the horse-drawn carriage. Do any of you have an opinion on this?" ask Mr. Pier.
Each one gave his opinion, except me.
Mr. Pier said, "If that's the case, let it be. No hurry. Mr. Askari, Arezha, and the chief financial officer please discuss what you need and calculate the total money needed."
The chief financial officer also discussed, "Please, Mr. Askari, give a note of all the needs of the unit for later to Arezha, then after that let's discuss the total money with me, Arezha."
The entire members attending the meeting were busy talking about other things while the three of us were discussing. Mr. Askari also told me what he needed, "Taking into account the words of one of the members, we can take the castle without destroying it. Likely a long siege, I want a month's worth of grain for my entire unit, then 24 healthy, big live chickens with their feed and a sack of kitchen salt," I noted them all, "Is that all Mr Askari?" Mr. Askari continued, "Wait a minute, just in case I want 20 large sacks of charcoal and a lot of tar oil."
After I recorded everything, I spoke about the cost to the Chief Financial Officer, "Master Financial Chief, I already know the total cost for a month's stock of wheat, charcoal, tar oil, and salt, but I have not yet estimated the price of a chicken and its feed. I'll figure out the price of a chicken and its feed and prepare everything, then report the entire cost to you tomorrow, how about that?"
The chief financial officer replied, "Give me the total cost for the stock of wheat, charcoal, tar oil, and salt first, which you do not know just separate."
I also tell you the total amount of money needed for all that. The chief financial officer said, "I agree with your value," then he gave me a big pocket bag. After I opened it, there were a lot of gold coins. "Close the cost for the whole chicken and its feed, and hand back the gold coins if they are left. Be honest because I'll send someone to watch over you later."
After a few minutes had passed, it seemed like the meeting was about to end. Mr. Pier stood up and said, "Master thank you for attending this meeting. With this meeting, we have found an agreement. I as the head of the security guard broke up the meeting today. Get ready, for tomorrow we will punish the robbers!"
I went around the market to find out what Mr. Askari needed. The one who was sent to watch over me was Adry, "If he was going to send someone to watch over you, why would he give this job to me instead of you, Adry?" Adry did not answer, speechless. I went to the tavern, while Adry took his carriage after buying what we needed in the market.
___
"Sir Dery look at this big pocket bag I've got, they've bought a lot of stuff!" I also gave a note that I recorded for Mr. Askari's needs to Mr. Dery.
Mr. Dery looked at the contents of the bag, and took the note I gave him. "Wheat for a month for 100 people? I think I have a lot of sacks of wheat in the basement storage room, then what else, charcoal and tar oil. You can find everything you need in the basement storage room."
Adry came by his carriage, we carried everything we needed into the carriage.
I think it's everything. "Everything? Alright I'll take her to the castle for tomorrow."Adry and I went to deliver everything.
___
I returned to the castle giving the entire total cost required and returned the remaining coins.

The troops led by Mr. Askari had gathered in the morning. Mr. Askari gave the order in a loud voice. "Line 3 rows back!" I as the logistics of riding a horse with Adry, while his 13 subordinates guarding the right and left of the carriage of the horse carriage, were in the middle of the line.
The militias behind us and the front are heavy infantry and cavalry. Everything was ready, after all in their respective positions, Lord Askari gave his order, "Forward!" we also stepped forward to cause a shock.
I hope all this goes well.
