When I woke up, Grandpa Izwar disappeared from his bed. I walked to look for him, not far from there, I met Grandpa Izwar who was scribbling the landfill. Looks like he's looking for leftovers. Does he live this life every day?
I said hello to Grandpa Izwar, "Bagy Kek, what are you doing?"
Grandpa Izwar looked at me. "Son Arezha, good morning." His gaze focused on the garbage disposal back, "I'm looking for something for me to eat later"
"Come Cake. I have food, you just need to cook it first." This is my last meal of the day, this is all I can give you right now.
The best thing right now is to find a job, if I have the money I can definitely help more.
Grandfather Izwar stopped scribbling on the garbage and approached me. "Thank you, Arezha, what about you? Did you eat anything today?"
"Don't think of me, I'm gonna find a job today. Pray for me good luck."

The day passed quickly. The day feels like yesterday. I let out a breath. "result nil. Tomorrow, tomorrow I'll definitely get it!"
It seems like tonight I will fast until tomorrow, when I want to return to Grandpa Izwar's place. I passed the gatekeeper who asked me yesterday, he glanced at me and called out to me, "Hey you, what do you look confused about?"
I stopped walking and faced him. "Today I'm trying to find a job, but it's hard for me to get one."
"I just remembered, you're not a resident here.. Do you have any relatives who live here?"
"Nothing, I live alone. Trying a new life in this city."
He asked again, "Then where do you rest, an inn?"
"Right now I have nothing, I rest under the bridge. Not too comfortable but safe."
"It may be a little difficult to start a new life here with nothing. Come with me, you can spend the night at my place. I live not far from here." Glad to hear him say that, I hope he doesn't trick me.
I agreed and went with him. Arriving in the northern district right in front of the large two-story house made of wooden planks. I asked, "Is this the place?"
The guard opened his heavy-looking helmet. Showing her blond blond hair brightly exuded a dashing impression and answered my question, "Yes, behind my house is a small barn. Ever since I had a bigger warehouse, I've emptied it. Even if it's small I think it's enough for you to spend the night."
Feeling helped I also gave a gesture of gratitude. "Thank you very much. I think that's more than enough."
The guard told me one thing, "If you only want to spend the night you don't have to pay a penny, but if you want to settle down, work as my father's clerk in the tavern. He seems to need one or two more employees, good enough for you to start a new life. My father will pay you well!" He gave his arm a call to shake hands. "I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Adry!", I shook his hand. "I'm Arezha."
In the end I got a real job, I hope it's not a dream. I have to tell Grandpa Izwar if there is time.

I immediately prepared myself. "All right, wait a minute." I went out to say hello to Adry who was wearing her casual clothes.
Because of her casual dress, the question arises, "Where is your armour, won't you also work?"
His face turned to me and replied, "No, today I am free, besides the gatekeeper is not just me haha, let's follow me."
"Okay, I'll follow you." Adry started walking and I followed beside him.
While we were walking, Adry asked, "Arezha by the way... Rezha's... Reza, ah looks like Reza's good. Can I call you that?"
"Please, I don't mind." Is it like having friends?
"Reza, what brings you to Sernia City?" tanyakanya.
I was honestly confused as to what to answer. "Either I do not know, where I come from I do not have a job, all I do is a small job and expect kindness from people around me. Maybe that's what kept me alive until now. They were tired of taking me in as a bitch and I was kicked out of there. So by force, I thoughtlessly headed for Sernia City and hoped that I would be lucky here, at least to be a useful human."
"Haha I'm a little surprised to hear that, if you want to improve your situation, it's not better to find a job in the Capital or City nearest your Village. The situation is busier there, of course, the employment is wide open. Even the Sernians moved to test their luck in the Capital, but you instead went to Sernia, unless you were a merchant who bought imported products from the port in Sernia and sold them in the Capital."
To be honest I just didn't want to meet my father who was in the nearest town of my village, annoying. "I only realized that after you said that, it might make more sense that if I went to the Capital, I came here because I didn't think twice" I said.
Adry smiled hearing that. "Haha, you're here now, and you promised me a job, you can calm down now. The place you work is a historic place passed down through generations and the tavern operates until now because it's famous and crowded, great isn't it?"
Along the way, we talked about many things.
He led me to his father's shop around Regia Harbor. A strategic place where fishermen, traders came from the direction of the port while next to many local residents arrived. The shop, which is said to be a hereditary family heritage, still stands strong. It is one of the places frequented by many people.

Adry stopped walking in front of his father's shop, and he said, "Here he goes, let's go in."
We entered the shop. Expect a special shop. I was amazed, the interior was so beautiful. I could see old tapestries and paintings hanging on the walls, and a huge stone fireplace with a roaring fire crackling in the corner.
His father Adry was a man in his 40s who wore traditional clothing. Come near us both. Adry said, "Wait, sit here first" he said, bringing a chair from the customer's desk and thrusting me.
I didn't mean to eavesdrop, but I could hear them speaking clearly.
"Dad, I brought someone to work." His father looked at me from a distance and asked Adry.
"Who is he?" While pointing. I pretended not to hear and not to see.
Adry replied, "He's my friend, I'm sure he can help Dad here, he's a good person. My own father told me I needed a worker."
His father looked disappointed and said, "All I need is you Adry, not a stranger, but you! who will inherit this store later. But instead you intend to join the military of the country!"
The two of them argued, Adry denied it, "I'm doing this because I just want to protect this country and the people closest to me, Dad!" His father was silent he sat down with his head lowered in anger, when his emotions were stable. His father raised his face to look at Adry.
"But why should you be Adry, maybe now you are the gatekeeper as time goes on your work becomes more dangerous. Either you're put in a meaningless bloody war, or some other dangerous assignment. There are millions of others who can replace you. You don't have to go with the flow of all this, live in peace and quiet here."
Adry sat facing his father and held his father's hand, "Dad, I have my own goals. Please understand, don't say it like it's meaningless. Instead of that, look at my friend. Hire him, he tries to improve his life. Give him a job, I'm sure he can help you out here!"
