I waited upstairs patiently.
While waiting for Ace I tried to wash the blood in my clothes into the bathroom sink.
I feel like crying, why do I always mess things up.
I leaned against the wall as I felt desperate to remove this stain.
I slowly decayed to the floor, my bleeding hands covering my face.
Honestly, I'm so tired of living this life. I was tired of the violence that kept following my life.

There were no tears streaming down my cheeks as I drowned my head in my knees.
Suddenly the door opened.
"Oh, me.. Are you okay?" Kaylo asked, watching my tears.
I'm appalled. I quickly wiped my tears.
"Oh yeah, I'm fine." I smiled as sincerely as I could, trying to look ordinary.
"You crying?" He looks confused.
"Did Ace do it?" Further. Kaylo almost sounded angry.
"No-he helped me." I muttered as I turned and faced the mirror.
“Ace? An Ace Hernandez helps you?” Kaylo chuckled in disbelief.
I furrowed my brows at him curiously. "Whatchu mean? You're confusing me."
Kaylo smiled, shaking her head at my words.
"Ace never helped anyone." Kaylo grinned at me.
"I met Ace when I was 15. Our father was a good friend so it was only natural that we were good friends. He's been like this since he was 15, maybe even younger. Cold, cruel, manipulative. If Ace helps you, then there's a certain intent he wants from you. I warn you now, Ace is a ruthless man to anyone and everyone." Kaylo snarled almost threatening me.
I stood frozen.
Astounded. Sure oes.
Like there's a hidden anger behind a Kaylo sentence, and a little jealousy, maybe.
“Ok...” Reply slowly.
"Sophy."
I heard someone calling me.
"He's not a good person, you'll see him later." Kaylo warned me again as she walked out.
"Yes bro, he's up here." Kaylo.
Ace appeared and walked into the bathroom.
Ace's gaze was seen probing towards Kaylo.
"He's just upset Ace, that's normal." Kaylo rolled both her eyes. Feeling bored with the look that seemed to blame her.
"I'm not blind, I know he's angry." Ace growled.
"Geez, you grumpy bitch." Kaylo slowly walked away, winking at me before descending down.
"Freak guy! His mood changed very quickly." My lips are my heart.
"What's wrong?" Ask Ace to me.
"There's nothing. I'm just tired." My speech.
Ace looked at me in full search.
"Come, I'll take you to see your brothers now." He offered.
A smile immediately appeared on my face after hearing Ace's remark.
And Ace seemed happy to have made me smile.

For this time, Ace decided to let someone else drive.
And Ace sat in the back seat with me.
I felt Ace always glanced at me but I tried not to care, because I was too excited to see my brothers.
“Do you have a sibling?” Suddenly I asked Ace and I could see Ace starting to think.
"I guess yes." Answer in an uncertain tone.
My face must look confused, so Ace explained it further.
"My dad cheated on my mom a lot so I assumed somewhere I had a brother. Ah no.. I must have one brother." He corrected himself.
“How do you know?” Askaqua.
"I'm the leader of a Mafia group. So I have all the letters that were passed down from dad. And yes, I found a birth certificate on a pile of papers that she thought I wouldn't check". Ace's hands were intertwined, he sat like a businessman all the time.
“So, will you meet him?” My toot.
"No." The answer is, there is no hesitation I hear from his voice.
"I don't need a brother." He shrugged his shoulders indifferently
I nodded, ending the conversation.

We finally arrived at my family mansion.
I stepped out of the car.
"Saf." I heard someone say in a confused tone.
"Sofia." The two of them cried out in joy as they realized that it was actually me.
That's Diego and Javi.
"Ohhhhh." I screamed happily, jumping into their arms.
"We thought we'd never see you again." Diego laughed happily.
I heard Ace cleared his throat. I forgot about Ace.
I saw my brothers freeze.
"Guys ..." I rubbed the back of my neck awkwardly as I took a step back from them.
"It's Ace.... Ace Hernandez." Introduced him.
"I'm also her fiance." Ace's deep hoarse voice grumbled.
I could feel my brothers fearing him. I know and I don't blame them.
Ace reached out to shake hands and they both flinched.
"Shake his hand, don't be rude." Whisper to my brothers.
I know they're just scared but I don't want them to make Ace mad.
Diego was the first to shake Ace's hand. Next is Javi.
"I'm Diego." He introduced himself.
"I'm Javi." Diego said after his.
I know that they are uncomfortable with this situation.
"The Diaz family, I've heard things about you guys before." Ace's remarks were intimidating.
"May the good things you hear."
I heard a voice I knew very well.
Yeah, it was my dad.
I immediately retreated back towards Ace, there was almost no space between the two of us.
It's hard for me to hide how scared I am of my father.
It might be clearly visible on my face.
Ace immediately looked at my father with his cold gaze.
After all, Ace had no other expression other than that gaze.
My father approached us carefully, but tried not to feel intimidated.
"I'm Fernando." My father shook Ace's hand quite hard.
"I know, we've met before." Ace rolled both his eyeballs.
"Who is the heir in this family?” Ask curiously.
"Rul!" I screamed when I saw him coming out of the house.
I ran towards him.
"Ohhh Sofia." Raul hugged me back, twisted my body in his arms.
"I miss you so much." I said happy while giggling.
"Where are Marco and Stefano?" I asked after Raul dropped me off.
"They're gone." Raul answered nervously.
I nodded .
Raul and I approached Ace.
"It's Ace, my fiance." I introduced Ace.
"Raul Diaz, heir to the Diaz family." He answered while shaking Ace's hand.
"I understand why he's the heir and not the two of you." Ace glanced at Javi and Diego.
My father laughed at Ace's joke.
"It's not a joke." Ace growled at my father. Soon my father stopped laughing.
"Wanna get in?" I asked Ace.
He nodded while following behind me.
