CHAPTER 48. Mailbox

"You're beautiful, but you don't use your beauty to be a woman with dignity" Glenda let go of the Oca hand she pulled.

"What a difference to you!"

"I never said I was good Oca, but I just reminded you!" glenda said that made Oca walk in front of him.

"Don't talk like you never did anything, before I'm like this I once begged you to give Mas Halim but you are arrogant! So don't blame me too if I'm arrogant."

Glenda fell silent, she lowered her head then smiled at Oca. "But the situation is different."

"I used to be good, but not now, bad people are born from good people who are hurt."

Glenda walked towards Oca slashing the distance between them, Glenda then held onto Oca's shoulder and whispered softly. "No bad man is born of a good man, for if you are a good man you will not do evil."

Glenda then left there with Hadi who followed her because Glenda came with Hadi.

Glenda and Hadi then entered the room where Agnes was handled and when they got there, Agnes was conscious.

"Assalamualaik."

"Waalakumsalam," replied Agnes and Halim turned her body.

"Agnes why?" tanya Hadi walked towards Agnes and Halim.

"Who's just tired, keep saying Agnes' doctor is pregnant," replied Halim who made Hadi and Glenda feel happy.

"Seriously?"

Halim nodded her head, she relentlessly stroked his wife's stomach which made Agnes speechless herself not expecting that she was pregnant.

After yesterday from the hospital, Halim was very protective of Agnes, like this morning Halim herself made breakfast and Agnes she was forbidden to do anything.

"Udah ah Mas, you'll be late for work."

"What if I leave you? I'm afraid you're okay, deck."

Agnes smiled as she scrambled Halim's hair, which was kissing her stomach, Halim raised her head which made Agnes' hand turn to a neat row of fur on Halim's face.

"Well, I'm not going anywhere today."

Halim stands up, she seems hesitant to leave, Agnes then reassures her husband that she is okay.

"Related?" ask Halim to make sure.

Halim nodded then kissed Agnes on the forehead. "Mas, go first yeah."

"Assalamualaik."

Halim stepped out of the house, this time Agnes did not accompany him outside the house because it was forbidden by Halim.

After Halim died, Agnes just sat on the living room sofa, long enough for almost half an hour while occasionally checking her phone.

Not far from Agnes' house, Oca's car was parked, in Oca's car holding a town, Oca opened the box and poured a powder into it.

Shortly after a call courier came to Oca's car which made Oca give the box she had given something to the courier.

"Where are you going, Mom?"

"To that house well," answered Oca pointing to Agnes' house. "Say, this is from Glenda."

Hearing that made the courier nod and then bring the box to Agnes' house, it is actually a bit surprising why you have to use courier services for this close distance.

The courier had already arrived in front of Agnes' house, he knocked on the door until shortly after Agnes came out of it.

"What's up, Mom?" ask Agnes.

"There's a note from Ms. Glenda."

Agnes fell silent. "Mr Glenda?"

"What Mas?"

"Less knowing Ma'am, this has been paid," replied the Courier gave a box from Oca earlier.

"Oh okay, thank you," Agnes received the box and then closed the door of her house as the Courier left.

In the house Agnes opened the box and found a ramjak, it just so happened that Agnes also wanted to eat sour-acid so she did not harbor suspicion because it was from Glenda.

Agnes sat on the sofa holding the box and was about to eat it for a while ...
