Chapter 9: Drugs Part 2

Shortly after Rio's arrival at the police station, Rio's lawyer arrived. Rio's legal authority handed a warrant for Tyshia's suspension of detention to the police, waiting for the process for Tyshia to remain in shock until she was accompanied by Rio and a psychologist from the police.

"Father forgive me, I was broken your heart yesterday. I was left out house quietly without your know Hiikss..."

*Dad I'm sorry, yesterday I hurt your heart.I also quietly came out of the house without your knowledge...

"Darling, I'm sorry, too. Yesterday I didn't mean to play your friend. Dad really can never say no to all your requests, while my instincts as a Dad say that guy is no good. I really don't mean to take away your right to play or date anyone, but again my instinct is to say that those who approach you just want to use you. All I can do is be your best friend, but I'm not good enough to be your friend."

"Dad, I'm sorry...." Tyshia was crying in her father's arms.

"We follow all the process, you have nothing to fear. Even if I fail to prove that you're innocent, I'll replace you." Rio kissed his daughter's head.

"No dad, I don't want you inside because of what I did.."

Rio admonished Tyshia's back gently to calm her down.

After waiting for 1X24 hours for the police to issue a parole letter, Rio's lawyer signed several bail bonds for his daughter, then he brought her back home.

Arriving home, Tyshia is greeted by Ana and the rest of the family. Ana hugged her daughter tightly.

"Mother, I do really sorry for what I have done Hiks..." Tyshia was crying in her mother's arms.

"We love you sweety, don't do that again" said Ana then tipped both of Tyshia's cheeks and wiped away the tears that soaked her baby's cheeks.

Rio saw in his living room had gathered many people, there was Adit with his lawyer, Rio's lawyer, and some Rio IT team he approached them.

Adit and his lawyer explain the analysis of CCTV footage he took from the cafe where Tyshia and her friends gathered.

In the moments as the BNN team began to break into the cafe, the man next to Tyshia quickly stuffed the drug into Tyshia's bag, which Tyshia had sown on her shoulder.

The position of the bag was behind Tyshia so Tyshia did not realize, coincidentally Tyshia did not zip her bag just hook the bag with a magnetic hook so that it was easier for the perpetrator to enter the item.

Next Rio heard the explanation from his IT team, they gave some print out chat sheets found on Tyshia's mobile phone that none of the chat discussing the illegal goods.

Then print out a chat belonging to Nichole, there are some chats Nichole with his friends who discuss the transaction of the goods, even the Rio IT team is able to provide proof of the transfer/transaction of the illegal goods.

"Mas Rio rest, we continue tomorrow. I will definitely help Mas until the case is resolved" said Adit while holding his sister-in-law's shoulder

Rio thanked and said goodbye to all who gathered in the living room of his house. Rio walked towards his daughter's room, he saw Tyshia being accompanied by Lyra and his wife.

"Rest baby, let me and Lyra accompany Tyshia. I've prepared warm water and a change of clothes for you in the room." Ana tidied up her husband's messy hair.

Rio just nodded his head, then kissed his wife's forehead.

"Thank you father" said Tyshia

" You're welcome sweety, Dad take a rest first" Rio said then headed to his room.

The next day Rio's lawyer came to the police station to submit all the findings from the TKP (Plain Case) that was collected last night and then the police investigated all the findings.

Two days later the police held a press conference, in the press conference the police declared Tyshia status only as a witness.

"Thank you so much father" Tyshia hugged her father tightly.

Tyshia nodded her head, in her father's arms.

The next day when Tyshia woke up earlier than her Father and Mother, making her Father and Mother breakfast, Ana was half surprised to see her daughter in the kitchen.

"You're making breakfast for us?" ask Ana astonished.

"Yes. Here Mother, taste." Tyshia pulled up the chair allowing her mother to sit down and taste the seafood fried rice she made.

With pleasure, Ana sat down and then tasted fried rice made by her beloved daughter.

"How's?" ask Tyshia.

"Good sweety, it's very yummy" replied Ana.

Before long Rio came to join his wife and son for breakfast.

"Why dad still using an office clothes? are days we'll go on vacation?" tyshia asked in surprise, so she thought her father would not go on vacation with her.

"Both of you and Mommy go frist, Daddy follow on later. Dad still has something to do"

*You and your mother leave first, and I'll catch up with you. There's still something I have to do.

"Alright" Tyshia nodded her head, she did not mind if her father followed the most important for her he could still vacation with Father and Mother.

After breakfast Rio left for his office, Ana and Tyshia went to the airport for a vacation to Bali Island.

Arriving at Rio's office to clear up all his work, he did not want any distractions when later he went on vacation with his family. At 16:00 pm before catching up with his son and wife, Rio took the time to go to Jogja.

Rio longs for his childhood home which he has now renovated, he made an orphaned foundation which he named after his mother.

'Hopefully this little thing I made could be your charity in the afterlife' Rio muttered inwardly, he stood right in front of the fence of his foundation

The foundation manager welcomed her arrival, some of them asking for the whereabouts of Ana and Tyshia since usually Rio always comes with the two of them.

"Loh, lan puri keng garwo lan keng putro.ok mboten tumut not meriki?" ask the foundation board.

*Where are his wife and children, why aren't they here?

"Kulo namung stop by to visit sakedap namung tuwi kemawon"Jawab rio

*I just stopped by here for a little bit to take a look.

Rio surrounded his house, even though he had renovated it but the shadow of his past was still recorded clearly in his memory. The mischief for the sake of wear that he made when he was a child until adolescence made Mother and Father overwhelmed him.

Satisfied with nostalgia by surrounding his house, Rio went to the graves of his Father and Mother. Arriving at the tomb Rio prayed and sprinkled his father and mother with flowers.

"Mom, Dad. Now I realize how often I trouble you with all the mischief I've done, thank you for being the greatest parent to me, I miss you so much."

After visiting the home and tomb of his parents, Rio rushed after his wife and son to Bali.
