Chapter 2: Replaced

Sunday morning Tyshia challenges her father to a swimming race, gladly accepting Rio's challenge from her only child.

"Whos lost, makes lunch" Tyshia said with full confidence if she was able to defeat her father.

"Okay" Rio accepted his daughter's challenge.

"3, 2, 1 Go" Tyshia steals the start by swimming first, then Rio catches up with his daughter.

Although Tyshia had swam first, yet Rio could easily catch up to her and was at the superior of his daughter.

Rio had reached the end of the pool while Tyshia was still in the middle of the pool, just a few minutes later Tyshia arrived.

"When I can beat you Dad?" tyshia asked annoyed that she could never defeat her father.

"For me you are my greatest daughter, dear" Rio said with a smile.

Amidst the chatter of Rio and his daughter, Ana comes with two glasses of mango juice and a towel for her two beloveds, Rio exits his swimming pool then walks towards his wife, he took a glass of mango juice made by Ana.

"Thank you baby" Rio kissed his wife's cheek, then drank the mango juice he picked up earlier.

"You're welcome honey" Ana helped Rio dry his body and put on his pyjamas towel.

Before long Tyshia also came closer to her parents and took a towel brought by her mother.

"Let's change your clothes quickly, then catch a cold. Mommy wants to make lunch for you guys, what do you want to eat?" ask Ana.

"For lunch this time let our daughter make it, she offered to make us lunch" Rio turned to his daughter "Just love?" rio asked Tyshia while smiling triumphantly.

"Yes" answered Tyshia briefly, then she stepped away to her room to change her clothes, after she finished changing her clothes then she went back down to the bottom of the walk towards the kitchen of her residence.

At the dinner table he had seen his father and Aunt waiting for him.

"It looks like we have a new chef in this house" Rio led with a smile

"Dad...." Ana pinches the waist of her husband who has been mocking her beloved daughter.

Tyshia just glanced at her father without caring about the plunge, then she used an apron and started chopping onions.

"Hey baby, do you need help?" rio asked his daughter.

"No. thanks Dad" Tyshia replied with a flat face.

Even though her daughter said no, Rio still helped her daughter cook, patiently teaching her daughter to make butter sauce shrimp, a favorite meal of her and her daughter.

"Why did you help me?" ask Tyshia

"Because you're my daughter and I love you" Rio said as he took a spoon, then fed his son "How is it fit?" ask Rio

"Yummy" Tyshia replied with a smile

"You sit down with Mommy, I'll plating for a while" Rio said.

Tyshia nodded her head, she joined her Mother at the dinner table, shortly after Rio finished plating she brought her dishes to the dining table and had lunch with her son and wife.

While enjoying lunch, Tyshia asked her father and mother for permission to study at a group at her friend Nadien's house.

"Let's ask for a driver Mother yes, your driver is not coming in" said Ana

"Dad, I want to drive my own car" Tyshia pinta told Rio with a clear face.

"Since when can you drive a car? " ask Ana with a suspicious tone while glancing at her husband.

"A few months ago, before I bought him a car. I often teach him to drive, let's let Nadien's house not far from here" Rio said calmly

"Dad, Tyshia doesn't have a SIM and a KTP. And one more thing, did not you always forbid Mother to bring her own car? so why do you now allow Tyshia to bring her own car?" Ana looked at Rio with a sharp look.

"Nadienkan House is still a complex with our house, if I used to not allow you to bring a car because the distance is far, it's a pity I don't want to argue with you" Rio stroked his wife's shoulder.

"This is the key, you can take it. But remember only to Nadien's house and be careful. Okay!!" Rio gave his car keys to tyshia.

"Thank you Dad." Tyshia took the car keys given to her by her father and entered her room to change her clothes.

Once ready Ayshia returns to meet her parents to say goodbye.

"Be careful, dear" said Rio.

"Ready dad!!" with a happy heart Tyshia ran towards her car garage.

Ana is still sharp towards her husband, she is very upset with Rio's attitude that is too pampering her daughter.

"Darling, you're still angry, aren't you? our son is seventeen, let him try many things. The most important thing is still within reasonable limits and is still within our watch, don't be angry anymore huh" Rio hugged Ana and showered his cheeks with many kisses.

"Yeah..." Rio looked at Ana with a stark look while giving a code if he wanted his wife.

"It's still noon, baby"

Not receiving protests from his wife, Rio carried his wife's body into the room.

"Alinea, could you drive me home? " ask Alice.

Tyshia seemed to think for a moment, he felt bad to refuse his friend's request, besides his friend's house passed the bookstore he used to visit, he just remembered if there was a book he wanted to buy.

"Okay" said Tyshia, he allowed his friend to get into his car and he drove Alice home.

After driving her friend home, Tyshia went straight to her subscription bookstore, where she bought many designer fashion books.

Satisfied with buying all the books she likes, Tyshia decides to go home before her parents look for her.

Tyshia drove her vehicle at moderate speed, until suddenly in front of her there was a hit-and-run incident. Tyshia's reflex drove her vehicle at high speed to catch the hit-and-run perpetrator, while driving her vehicle she called an ambulance to immediately come to the rescue of the hit victim.

Due to the focus on the perpetrator, Tyshia unconsciously broke through the red light to make a mess of other vehicles that also crossed the road. Realizing that he could not catch up with the perpetrator, without thinking Tyshia decided to take a picture of the license plate of the perpetrator using his cellphone camera, he drove with one hand, while one hand holds his cell phone.

Hearing the siren sound makes Tyshia immediately turned to the rearview mirror, he saw there are police who were chasing him, Tyshia also lowered her speed and pulled her vehicle because she did not want to add new problems.

Police asked for SIM, ID card and, STNK Tyshia. Tyshia answered honestly if she did not have a SIM and ID, then Tyshia was taken to the police station, and the police contacted Tyshia's parents.

An hour later Rio and Ana arrive at the police station, Ana comes with an anxious and angry look, while Rio only at the beginning looks anxious but after knowing his daughter is fine, the look on his face calmed down.

The police gave Ana and Rio an understanding that Tyshia had not been allowed to drive her car before she had a SIM and ID card and an understanding of traffic signs.

After the affairs at the police station were over, Ana and Rio brought his daughter home, arriving at Ana's house scolding Tyshia all out.

"DO YOU REALISE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE?" Ask ana in a high tone.

(YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'VE DONE?)

"YOU KNOW WHAT THE RISKS ARE IF YOU HIT THE RED LIGHT? " Anna held onto Tyshia's shoulder then shook it.

"Enough Mother!!!" Rio asked his wife to stop berating his daughter.

"You see, this is all because you've never been strict with Tyshia!!!" Ana turns her back and enters her room disappointed in her duam who always pampered her daughter so that the thing she was worried about really happened.

"Dad, knowing your intentions are good is just your way that is not right. Now that you rest yes, tomorrow you go to school" Rio kissed his daughter's forehead.

"But Mother, Dad?" Tyshia felt guilty and bad for her father.

"Let's let Daddy talk to Mommy, you don't have to worry" Rio stroked her daughter's back, lifting her heart.

After seeing her daughter enter the room, Rio entered her room, seeing that there was still a flash of anger in Ana's eyes as Ana approached her, Ana gave her a pillow and blanket.

"Sleep outside, I don't want to hear your sweet words" Ana said in an annoyed tone.

Rio walked towards the living room, then he unfolded his sofa bed to make it wider for his bed.

Rio tried to close his eyes but it felt so bad to sleep without his wife, Rio chose to play forex. When Rio was monitoring the movements of his forex chart he saw his daughter coming to him.

"Dad, I'm sorry." Tyshia hugged her father with a feeling of guilt.

"You're not entirely guilty Nak" Rio stroked Tyshia's hair gently.

"Dad, why don't you sleep in the other room? aren't there many rooms in our house?"

"Because Mommy asked Dad to sleep outside instead of moving rooms, believe your Mother it will not be long angry with Dad, so you go into your room."

"I want to sleep here with Dad" Tyshia said, feeling more guilty seeing her father sleeping outside.

"Yes already so sleepy tomorrow school, have a nice dream baby" Rio dyed Tyshia's head and covered her.

At 02.00 am Ana came out of her room, she saw her son and husband sleeping in the family room, Ana approached them and then lay down her body while hugging Tyshia from behind.

Tyshia, who was aware of the presence of her mother, turned her body to face her.

"Mother, I'm sorry, I promise I won't repeat it hiks.." said Tyshia, holding back her tears.

"Dear, sleep tomorrow you go to school" Ana stroked her daughter's back and then kissed her daughter's forehead. They fell asleep in the living room until the next morning.
