Chapter 41: Edwar's Wedding

Three months Tyshia has been working as a fashion stylist in a famous magazine in Germany. Tyshia's main task is to create a costume concept that will be worn by magazine models when they want to do a photo shoot, establish cooperation with various brands/fashion designers, and, determine the concept and present a collection of styles/poses of model body motion at the time of shooting.

While Rangga himself is still busy with his work and the making of his thesis, but Rangga did not forget his promise to Edwar to help him persuade Mommy Risty to approve Edwar's relationship with his lover.

On Sunday Edwar intends to introduce Elena to his family, Edwar deliberately invites Rangga and Tyshia to help him persuade both parents.

Arriving at Risty's house, Tyshia helps Risty prepare lunch, while Rangga chat with Daniel in the living room that is still connected to the kitchen, while Edwar himself still picks up his lover.

"Sweety, your dad called Mommy. Your father asked Mommy for permission and opinion if he would invite Rai to join his company, but still learning. What say?" ask Risty.

"Didn't you ever want Rai to join and continue the company?"

"Don't you think your husband is more worthy to lead your father's company?" ask Risty back.

"My husband still wants to continue his study until S3 is here, so if anyone you think deserves to replace him sits in his company, I have absolutely no objection" Tyshia said, she looked at her husband who also heard her words.

Rangga smiled at his wife's answer, he felt very lucky to have a wife who fully supports his career and education.

"But your father should be able to wait for Rangga to complete his S3 education, at least 2-3 years in the future"

"Here Mom, I'm sure Dad has considered it carefully, Kak Rangga and I don't mind at all, what we have now is more than enough" Tyshia walked towards her husband "Is that right, baby?" tyshia asked Rangga, she docked in her husband's arms.

Rangga nodded his head then kissed his wife's head and hugged her warmly.

Shortly after Edwar came along with his girlfriend, Edwar introduced elena to Mommy, Daddy, Tyshia and also Rangga.

At first Mommy welcomes Elena with warmth but suddenly Mommy's facial features start to change a little when she sees the cross necklace worn by Elena.

After lunch Risty asked Edwar to immediately return Elena, because Risty wanted to talk a lot with his youngest son, Edwar obeyed his mother's orders, but before Edwar left, Edwar said, Edwar asked Rangga not to leave his house.

After Edwar's departure, Rangga and Tyshia begin to approach Mommy and his Daddy, Rangga begins to talk about Edwar and Elena's relationship.

"Mom, is not a Muslim man allowed to marry a Christian or Jewish woman" said Rangga carefully "Sura Al Maidah verse 5, verse 5, explain that Muslim men are allowed to marry women of different religions (Book experts), as long as the woman is kind and keeps her honor. "Rangga, a better marriage for Muslims is a marriage of fellow religions" said Risty "According to the advice of Prophet Muhammad SAW that women are married because of four things, namely their property, their descendants, their beauty and because of their religion. Mommy wants mommy's children to marry women because of their religion in order to bring good in household life" continued Risty.

Rangga sighed, he began to be confused about having to defend Edwar from which side.

"Mom why don't we try to embrace it first, introduce the beauty of the beliefs we profess" Rangga tried to give input to Risty.

"You mean asking him to switch beliefs? Rangga chose that belief not only because he was going to marry mommy's son, but based on his conscience"

"Mom, just introducing it instead of forcing it, the choice remains with him. At least Mommy knows who Elena is first, only Mommy decides"

"It must be Edwar who told you to persuade Mommy."

"Mom, Daddy's just fine with getting to know Elena further" persuaded Rangga, he turned to his Daddy "Isn't it Dad?" ask Rangga.

After successfully persuading Mommy, Rangga invited his wife to return home because of the many jobs that Rangga had to complete.

On the way to his apartment, Rangga asked Tyshia to send a message to Edwar via Rangga's mobile phone.

"But Mother, Aunty and Mommy have been nonexistent.." Tyshia had longed to be able to give Rangga a descendant.

"Mom, for a variety of families I will bring tomorrow yes before the office" said Tyshia.

In between her busy work, Tyshia took the time to help prepare for the wedding of Elena and Edwar.

"Well, I'll go home first, Mom, Bye Elena" Tyshia rushed back to her apartment before her husband came home.

Rio and Ana come one week ahead of Edwar and Elena's wedding in person, Rio bought a unit of apartment in the apartment that Rangga and Tyshia occupy, so that Rio and Ana are closer to his daughter.

"Sorry Mother, we still have a lot of work to complete, we will just take a leave of absence at the H-1 wedding Edwar" said Rangga.

Tyshia shook her head.

"What kind of ladder do you really have no time to take Tyshia on a short vacation? How can Tyshia get pregnant if you two are so busy like this?" said Ana.

Arriving at her apartment Rangga hugged Tyshia tightly.

Arriving on the day of Edwar and Elena's wedding, their marriage was held privately only attended by family and close relatives, Joe and his wife were also seen present at the event, the event took place with a hikmad.

After the event, Tyshia and Rangga returned to greet the bride and groom and congratulate them, before finally Rangga and Tyshia returned home.

On the way, Rangga occasionally stole glances towards his wife who was sitting next to him.

"If you were given the chance to repeat time, would you still choose me to be your life partner?" ask Rangga.

"Of course baby, you are the best man for me" Tyshia clasped Rangga's hand and looked at him deeply.
