Almekia Kingdom
101. Zircon - True Love's

After the departure of my five best friends from Bloody Hell, now there are only me, Jasper and Ruby left in this city. The three of us are tasked with revealing the mystery of the late King buried in this city.

Earlier this morning after taking them away from the hangar, Ruby offered us to play to her house. To the Nightray residence, to search for some clues that were likely left behind by Obsidian's uncle. There might be something trace or clue we could get from him before he suddenly disappeared from Bloody Hell.

Jasper was of course very excited and agreed to Ruby's invitation. I don't mind going with them either, fulfilling my first assignment as Jasper's bodyguard during this Bloody Hell.

While on the other side? Who wouldn't be happy to get an invitation to the house of the girl he likes? Just play the si, because obviously Ruby lives alone so there will be no scene to meet his family. Moreover, the scene asks for the blessing of the future sister-in-law or father-in-law. Don't hope.

So here we are now, at the Nightray residence. The largest and grandest house in the Middle Part region. The white paint building and standing right facing the beautiful lake with clear water in the middle of the city.

The lake of immortality, with a small temple on one side. It is believed to be a sacred temple where sacred wedding ceremonies have been held for generations. It is said that anyone who marries there will get eternal love. Though separated, they will love each other forever.

From Jasper's story of his search for the temple, we know that the queen's majesty and the late king also had their wedding at the lakeside temple.

As if to be a real proof that their love both remain eternal, unfettered by age and time. This is according to the myth of the wedding that took place at the temple. The queen is still so loyal to the king who left her a dozen years ago.

On the one hand this story will be a heartwarming and very romantic love story where the love story of two human beings will last forever. But on the other hand it can also be a terrible curse where if one of them goes because of death. Whoever is left behind cannot turn away and find another love.

It is sad to imagine the fate that befell a young girl like the queen when she was left for dead by the king. At that time, the best was only about twenty years old.

Surely still very young, beautiful and not a few who want and want to edit him as a wife. But the queen had to endure alone for years with only the memories of her husband's undying love. He also deserves to be happy with another new love.

It's not that I'm in favor of remarrying or looking for a second one. But I cannot really say that the eternal love that takes place between the queen and the king is a gift. To me their deep love is more of a calamity and a curse to the poor queen.

To be a widow at a very young age. And will be widowed forever.

Ruby took us around to every part of her house. A fairly large and luxurious house for this Bloody Hell midle part area. Just like other buildings in the midle part, this house is also roofed with a dome and white color with wide windows as air circulation.

The three of us ended up in a warm living room. On one of the walls of the room I could see some photos hanging in the frame there. Jasper and I went up to the wall and watched. Look at the Ruby family photos.

"That's my father and my mother" Ruby pointed to one of the photos showing a pair of men and women in wedding attire. There was a burly man with a bongsor body and a bright red hair. The exact same hair color as Ruby hair.

The man was wearing a white tuxedo that looked small on his body. Beside her, was a beautiful, pale-skinned woman who also wore her simple long-tailed white wedding dress. Complete with transparent veils from his head, dangling all the way to his back.

"Have you ever seen his face, Jez?" I asked Jasper. Wish he had dreamed of something or seen a shadow about Obsidian's uncle. About past events.

"Are they, your father and mother also married in the lakefront temple of immortality?" This time I asked Ruby. Just want to make sure to come back to the power of eternal love.

"of course. As a magnate at Bloody Hell, of course, my parents were married there. In the wedding notebook were also engraved the names of the two of them." Answer Ruby make sure.

"How long has your mother been dead? And after that your father never married another woman again?" I asked back.

"My mother was sick from the beginning even before marrying my father. Just look at her skin being so pale even on her wedding day."

"According to my father, my mother died shortly after giving birth to me. That means twenty years ago. And it's true my father never married or had any contact with another woman after."Ruby replied, explaining about her family. About his parents.

'One more victim of the bond of eternal love, ' my inner self.

"Uncle Obsidian had the same fate as the queen's majesty, Jez. They are both caught in their eternal bond of love. Live the rest of their lives in grief. Drowning in the memory of their love for their eternal partner." I expressed my theory about the relationship between marriage and the sacred temple.

"They must have suffered greatly." Chirps Jasper.

It seemed like Jasper was remembering his mother in the palace. The queen who often looks very sad and lonely. Of course she was very sad, because she could never forget her dead husband. A love that will never be timeless. Maybe even death.

Jasper took out an old photo from his shirt pocket. A photo showing the wedding of his parents. A couple who look smiling and happy with a wedding dress on his body.

Jasper looked at the photo closely, alternating with the photo of Ruby's parents on the wall. It was as if trying to find the similarities of the two photos. Fate equality, a cruel fate that forces the separation of two couples who love each other.

"You're right. It's very terrible. I know for myself how sad and depressing my father is in his solitude. How he's not even interested in any woman being introduced to or getting close to him." Said Ruby with a sad tone of voice.

"Do you want us to get married there later, Ruby?" I asked the girl. Want to know how the concept of marriage is desired by him. Because as a prospective husband I also want to realize the marriage he wants.

I personally don't really like the idea of getting married in that temple. But if Ruby wants us to have a wedding there, then I wouldn't mind either. I will obey all his wishes.
