BEING THE WIFE OF HIS BROTHER-IN-LAW
CHAPTER 36. REQUESTING AN EXPLANATION

When the host announced the arrival of the CEO of the largest company in the country, Safira immediately stood up from his seat. With a smile she breezed closer towards the front where the host spoke. But his new step half way was stopped when his ears heard that the lover would be present with his wife. 

"Wife….???" 

It makes Safira very surprised not to play. How could he not know if the lover was married? Isn't Rama the CEO of a famous company, but how could his wedding not get to his ears? After all, Rama always met him every day and the man never talked about his marriage. Then what's this about? What the hell is going on?

Sapphira's eyes turned as the corner of her eyes caught the image of two lovebirds walking in unison towards the main area of the event. Again and again, the woman was shocked not to play.

"That's…. Isn't that the girl I met at the airport when I first came to this town? But isn't he Rama's brother? Is that what Rama said? I didn't hear wrong, did I?"

Safira's hands clenched very hard. He felt that he had been fooled by his lover. It was only fitting that the man would not allow him to come to this event. It turned out that his marriage status was unknown to him, Safira thought. 

The woman could not accept this betrayal. He promised if Rama and also the woman who he said was the wife of the lover, would get a proper reply. Sapphira promised himself that he would destroy Rama and his family.

In the same room but in a different position, Samir was also surprised to see the woman who accompanied the boss and who was introduced by the host as the CEO's wife was Kian, not Lian. His forehead frowned sharply at the sign he really did not understand what was happening. When Rama and Lian were married, Samir did not come directly. But he had seen the wedding photos of Rama and also Lian. And Samir was sure that the one who was married to Rama was Lian. But why now it's turning into Kian.

The man continued to blink his eyes even occasionally rubbing them, hoping that his vision this time was wrong. But even a few times he tried, Samir remained convinced that the woman was Kian, not Lian. 

Samir tries to walk beside Kian despite being blocked by some of the invited guests. Feeling something strange, the girl turned to the side and in the end her two soft eyes met Samir's two eyes. It swallowed its saliva roughly. There was a worried and agitated look that suddenly appeared on the girl's face. And it was realized quickly by Samir.

Not wanting the friend to keep looking at him, Kian immediately turned his face back to face the front. His right hand that was circular in Rama's hand strengthened slightly and it managed to make the man turn his head. Highlight his eyes as if asking what was the matter, but Kian shook his head with a smile.

After the two lovebirds stood side by side in front, everyone was talking about them. Many of the invited guests considered that the couple was very compatible. One is handsome and the other is beautiful. However, not all invited guests who attended there knew that the CEO of Amarta's Group was married. 

Seeing the atmosphere that was starting to cringe, Grandpa Bimo also explained that their marriage had occurred for more than two months. A simple wedding party is held by Bimo's grandfather at the whim of Rama. That's why, Grandpa Bimo did not make an invitation or a big announcement about the status of the grandchild's marriage. At that time they only invited a few close relatives and today on the anniversary of the company Amarta's Group became a good moment to simultaneously announce about their marriage.

"What's? More than two months? And Rama did not tell me anything?" gerutu Sapphira's. He was upset by the circumstances, but he still had no intention of leaving the event. He wanted to know how far he had lost the news about Amarta's Group.

Safira kept staring intently at Rama. While the man continued to stare at all the invited guests present. His sweeping eyes came to a halt as both of Rama's eyes caught the figure of a woman he knew very well staring at him. Suddenly the man let go of Kian's hand which was on his arm and it managed to make Kian turn his head. 

Kian followed the direction of the husband and he was quite surprised by the presence of Safira in the event. But his little heart was happy to see that woman here. Moreover, Kian is sure if the woman has heard the status of Rama's marriage. Kian smiled wryly and then deliberately put his hand back in the arm of the husband. I don't know if what he did was right or wrong but his little heart was very happy when it saw the annoyance shown by Safira.

After the announcement event was over, all the invited guests again spread out. There are walking towards the food stand, some are walking towards the park, and some are walking towards the dance floor. Seeing Sapphira who went towards the park, Rama quickly let go of Kian's hand and ran after the lover.

Just now Kian was going to follow the husband but his steps came back to a standstill when a hand held his arm from behind.

"You owe me one explanation" said one man, and Kian turned his head.

"Kians…." Continue that man.

"Samir.." muttered Kian slowly. 

Not too surprised by this. From the beginning he was sure that today all his plays would be revealed in front of the friend. No matter how much he tried to become a Lian, but it would all be in vain in front of Samir.

He exhaled deeply. Samir immediately pulled Kian's hand to follow him out of the party.

"Samir, where are we going? I can't leave this party" Kian said. But the man did not stop the pull so inevitably Kian continued to follow it.

Samir invites Kian into a hotel room located not far from the event hall. There the man just released his hand.

"Samir why did you bring me here? Whose room is this?" ask Kian.

"This is my room" replied Samir firmly.

"I have to go back to the party. I don't want Mas Rama looking for me" replied Kian who was about to step away. But quickly Samir before him closed the exit access.

"Why is this your samir?"

"I won't let you go until you tell me everything."
