CHAPTER 89. UNEASY
That night I could not sleep. He kept walking back and forth in his room. Her heart continued to feel uneasy especially a moment ago the husband had contacted her and said if he could not go home tonight because he had to go out of town to see a client tomorrow morning with Samir. I believe whatever that man says. He had no suspicion of Rama at all. He always thought what he could hide from him. When Rama had an affair with Sapphira, the man told him honestly.
In the hospital, like Kian, Rama was equally unable to sleep. For the first time he had to lie after he made up with Kian and established a new relationship with the woman. Rama hoped that the wife would believe all her words and not ask Samir where he was going.
"Mas." The voice of Lian awakens Rama from his daydream. The man stood up and then walked over to Lian.
"Yes, I'm here. You just calm down. Rest yes" answered Rama. His hand caressed Lian's head. The woman stared at Rama intensely.
"Is anyone sick?" ask Rama again. Lian shook her head.
"Wasn't you coming home?" ask Lian again.
"Mas is worried about you. I'm afraid you're raging again this afternoon," said Rama with a smile. Lian smiled too.
"I'm sorry, but this afternoon I took care of you. I've even taken everyone."
"Yes it's okay. Just don't repeat it again. I must be confused how to tell my mother if something bad happens to you while under my supervision." Lian smiled back.
"Mas" call Lian again.
"Yes?"
"I'm hungry" Lian said with a clumsy smile.
Soon the man took the hospital food that had just been between a while ago. A plate of rice, vegetables, and also fruit was there. Very painfully Rama prepared everything. And without a doubt the man began to feed Lian. The woman ate it well.
"If you eat like this, I'm sure you'll recover quickly. And we can get out of this hospital immediately" said Rama.
Hearing the man's words, Lian's chewing stopped. A spoonful of food that came from Rama's hand had to stop in the air because the woman did not want to open her mouth again.
"What's up?" Ask Rama. He put the spoonful of food back on the plate.
"What are you thinking?" ask Rama.
"I was just thinking where I was going after I got out of this hospital. I can't go back to my old house. Because if I go there, Vicky will definitely come again to hurt me."
"Vicky?" ask Rama.
Lian was silent again. He thought he had spoken wrongly. Why should he say Vicky's name to Rama. Now he had to think again how to make up the story for Rama to believe him.
"Mas, I'm full" said Lian to divert the conversation.
"Oh yes" answered Rama. The man kept the rice dishes back on the table. He did not intend to continue the discussion about the man named Vicky.
"You better sleep now. A lot of rest. Never think of anything first. About later after you get out of this hospital, later we can talk together," said Rama again with a smile. Lian nodded.
Lian fell asleep shortly after Rama lifted the blanket up to the woman's chest. While Rama returned to the sofa and then opened his laptop to check the job report today that had just been sent by Samir.

Deftly Kian helps the waiters to prepare breakfast. Although the condition of this woman is pregnant young but does not make Kian a lazy figure. He felt uncomfortable if he had to lie in bed all day. He prefers to do whatever it is, the important thing is that his body can move.
When Kian was tidying the dining table, his phone rang. The woman was very happy when she saw the name on the phone screen.
"Samir," muttered Kian. The woman was very happy when she found out that the person who had contacted her was Samir. How unhappy, since the man knew about the news of her pregnancy, Samir never once contacted her.
Then he went upstairs and went into his room. Once there, the woman raised the call.
"Hello" said Kian.
"Hello. Sorry madam bothers you early in the morning" said Samir.
This man's words again made Kian realize that he still could not get his best friend back.
"I. yes." replied Kian shrewdly and stammered.
"I want to ask for help, is Mr Rama there? I just want to remind you that today we have an important meeting with clients. Usually if there is a meeting like this, Mr. Rama likes to come early. But today he still hasn't come. Is Mr Rama still sleeping?"
He scrunched his forehead confused.
"Meet? In office? But didn't Mas Rama say last night that he had a meeting with a client out of town so he didn't come home last night?" batin Kian monologue.
"Hello" said Samir again when Kian was not heard speaking.
"Samir, are you not meeting outside the city today?" ask Kian lirih. His heart was starting to melt.
"There is no Madam. What's wrong?"
Samir's answer really made Kian shocked. Especially last night her husband said that he was leaving with Samir. But the proof is now, the man is in the office and they have no scheduled meetings out of town. If so, where did her husband go?
"Mistress?" call Samir again.
"I. YEAH…"
"Please tell Mr. Rama to leave for the office immediately. Because there's still something he needs to sign before the meeting starts. I've contacted him but his phone isn't active."
"Ba. good.." That was all I could say before they closed the call.
Go back to daydreaming. Turns out this was the answer to last night's anxiety. The husband lied to her for the first time. Butwhy? And what or who has made Rama dare to lie? Think Kian.
