Arjuna fell silent as did Silvi
"I don't want to be constantly cornered like this Mama"Silvi went straight out of the room, when she opened the door she was shocked when she saw Siska standing up
"Mbak Siska?"
Silvi immediately cried away
Siska also immediately went back to the small pendopo that was made into a mini Mushola at home usually also certain nights of relatives often mematamkan holy verses of the Koran
Siska who has been obedient once worshiped immediately decided to return to pray very fervently once he did the sunah prayer again this time he prayed istikharah to ask for guidance to the khalik
the prayer expressed by Siska was heartbreaking
"O Allah, my Lord, I beg you for the umpteenth time for this determination, I want to be a useful human being for others ,but I also do not deny your resolve because what my destiny will never be able to avoid , I know God in the fifth year of our marriage you gave me a very big test ,I'm faced with two choices: survive or leave "
sobbing
Apparently behind the curtain of musholla in front of Arjuna was also praying as well
silvi's mother saw a husband and wife who were both crying facing the creator complaining all the turmoil of heart and nestapa
"I'm sorry Aunt Arjuna, Siska but the last descendant of our family is only you and you can't possibly let our descendants disappear on this earth "
Siska continued her prayer
"I who are covered in sin ask for the determination of the heart O God I want to live in this world by living everything with your blessing and the pleasure of the husband
I know you love marriage and hate divorce, but I am so weak and fragile to be a part of this destiny, Lord , I don't know if I can and can be this strong to run it all, Rabb "
Same with Arjuna and Siska
Silvi also offered her hand for guidance
he also opened the holy book of the Quran
and read the explanation of the verse that discusses marriage
The first verse that can be an afterthought related to marriage, namely the letter of Al-Baqarah This verse also explains how a husband when hating his wife with good manners. Here is the meaning of the verse, namely:
"Your wives are the fields for you, so come to your fields at any time and in the way you like. Prioritize (the good) to yourself. Fear Allah and know that you will (later) meet Him. And give glad tidings to the faithful.”
In the explanation of this verse, wives are like fields where they plant seeds, so come to your fields to sow seeds at any time, except when the wife is menstruating.
Prioritize the husband and wife relationship with a good purpose for both. This is for the benefit of the world and the hereafter, not just to vent.
In addition, the husband and wife must always fear Allah in establishing a relationship in bed. Keep in mind also that in the hereafter will be asked for accountability for the deeds in the world.
Surah An-Nisa verse 1
Meaning:
"Oh man! Fear your Lord who created you from one self (Adam), and (God) created his spouse (Eve) from his (self); and from both of them God bred many men and women. Be afraid of Allah for whom you ask each other by name, and (maintain) family relations. Verily Allah has always guarded you and watched over you.”
In the above verse, God calls for a common goal. Humans need to establish unity and unity, even to cultivate mutual affection between each other.
In addition, people need to fear God, because God created Adam and Eve and gave offspring into several different tribes of skin color and language.
Silvi cried "If indeed I am destined to be second I beg my Lord lest my presence make Mbak Siska and Arika Like. to be in hell if I was destined to be his honey would hope he would also accept me and not think of me as his rival "
One house three prayers
Arjuna looked so helpless that he cried
but God is the only place where people complain
"O my God I am a weak and despicable human being I do not even know when you will call me to face you, my God, I am faced with a very hard choice ,my wife and the mandate of my extended family are ordinary men, my God, who are very weak and do not dare to resist all your desires ,I'm so weak I can't if I keep quiet there must be the right decision for me God .I want everything to be okay but it turns out this is what happened , I don't mean to protest at your resolve but I'm so afraid that if I even wronged other people's feelings, I'm afraid my wife can't accept this sincerely ,I love this creature that you created, O God "
arjuna's tears did not stop flowing
The same is true of Siska who keeps crying
"I've heard God if the reply of a wife who is willing to be polygamous is heaven .but what scares me is that I'm afraid that the resolution that happened to me that even made me dragged into your hell, I'm very afraid, God ,afraid that I might not be able to be happy and sincerely give my husband several nights to his second wife, I fear that I will become infuriated by the many favors you have given me , Arika was born without love but I am very sad if she grows up and grows up in a family like this, I am afraid later if Arjuna really has a son , arjuna's affection for Arika will diminish to her , five years of marriage says there will be happiness after a storm that stretches but God I was the opposite when married and until now even more severe household tests that repeatedly come to me ,I miss the old times when I was alone thinking about nothing but pocket money, the streets and that's it, it's true that nothing is as beautiful as life when living with parents"
Siska cried and chose to go straight into the room to rest she hugged Arika many times to show that she loved the boy dearly ."Mom loves you very much, son, even life mama everything for Arika nothing will change mama will not let Arika experience the same fate as mama when she was a child lost the affection of a father because of the divorce of both people old man, mom will survive for Arika, until Arika grows into a teenage girl, mom will do everything for Arika Nak, mom can't let Arika grow into a broken home child ,it won't be "
Fortunately, Arika was sleeping fast so she did not see how sad Siska's face with tears, because indeed their household had no problems at all ,just because of the demands if Arjuna must have a successor, being the only last descendant who would inevitably have to marry again
Arjuna was unable to meet with Siska tonight, so he decided to go into his study and look for verses and hadiths about polygamy
he searched for many references on the internet until he finally found a verse quote that explained it
The following are verse quotes, transliteration, translations, and a number of exegesis of Surat An-Nisa verse 3:
Wa in khiftum allaa tuqsithuu fil yataamaa fankihuu maa thaaba lakum minannisaa-i matsnaa wa tsulaatsa wa rubaa’, fa in khiftum allaa ta’diluu fa waahidatan aaa malakat aaksaniukum, dzaalika adnaa allaa ta’uluu.
That is, “If you are worried that you cannot be fair to orphans, then marry the women you like, two, three or four. Then if you are worried about being unfair (in giving a living and dividing the day between them), then marry only one woman or marry the slave girl you have. That is so it is closer to not doing any wrongdoing.”
Variety Tafsir
This verse contains the law on the command of marriage, the maximum extent of the wife and justice. First, is the marriage order in this paragraph obligatory or not? There are scholars who tend to look outwardly at the editorial verse so that it states obligatory. While Imam As-Syafi’i stated not obligatory, recalling in verse 25 of Surat An-Nisa, Allah explained that being patient not to marry in conditions of financial inadequacy is better than being married. Well, the explanation of the Qur’an like this shows that the law of origin of marriage is not sunnah, let alone mandatory. (Fakhruddin Muhammad Ar-Razi, Tafsir al-Fakhr ar-Razi, [Bairut: Dar al-Fikr, tth.], juz IX, pages 177-178).
Second, it relates to the maximum limit of wives that can be married. Ulama Ahlussunnah explained that the maximum limit of wives that can be married is four people. This corresponds to several histories of hadith, ijma, and linguistic approaches.
In terms of language, the interpretation of the phrase ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ three plus three, so that the maximum limit of the wife is nine, because the letter wawu shows the meaning of mutlaqul jam’i (addition)” is a wrong interpretation. Because the language of Al-Qur’an is the most fluent language, while in Arabic the use of diction “two, three and four” to indicate the number nine is a very bad diction.
This is as bad as diction “Give The Fulan four, six and eight” to indicate the number 18, compared to diction “Give The Fulan 18”.
As for the letter of wawu in the verse serves as a badal (indicating the meaning of a substitute), so the proper meaning is: “You marry two wives; marry three wives in exchange for two wives; and four wives in exchange for three (3) wives”.
From the side of the hadith there is a history that clearly limits the number of wives, namely when the Islam of Ghailan bin Salamah At-Tsaqafi Ra who had 10 wives and Al-Harith bin Qais RA who had eight wives, who had eight wives, which was ordered by the Prophet of Allah to leave four wives as follows:
That is, “Directed from Ibn Umar Ra, indeed Ghailan bin Salamah at-Tsaqafi converted to Islam when he had 10 wives. Then the Prophet said to him: ‘Select four of them’ ..” (HR At-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, Ahmad, and others. The narrators of Ahmad's history are narrators of the hadith shahih.
That is, “Directed from al-Harits bin Qais Ra, Musaddad bin ‘Umairah and Wahb al-Asdi said, ‘Al-Harits bin Qais Ra said, ‘I converted to Islam while having eight (8) wives, , then I told the Prophet SAW and he said, ‘Select four of them,’’’ (HR Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah).
While from the side of ijma’, Islamic scholars have reached ijma’ for the inability to marry more than four wives. Because there is no history that shows that there are friends or tabi’in who have wives of more than four people at a time. (Abu Abdillah Muhammad bin Ahmad al-Qurthubi, al-Jami’ li Ahkam al-Qur’an, [Riyadh: Dar ‘Alam al-Kutub, 1423 H/2003 M], juz V, pages 17-18).
Third, it has to do with justice. Referring to tafsir experts of the generation of tabi’in, Ad-Dhahak (died 102 H) and other scholars, the purpose of justice that is feared not fulfilled in the verse is the tendency of the heart, love, jima’, jima, mu’asyarah and the division of time that must be done by the husband among his wives fairly, when choosing polygamy.
Therefore, if fear is not able to do justice then a man should marry the number of wives that can be fulfilled justice. If you are not able to do justice in polygamy, you should suffice with one wife. Because justice is mandatory. (Al-Qurthubi, al-Jami’ li Ahkam al-Qur’an, juz V, pages 17-18).
In a more straightforward language, Ibn Kathir stated, if the fear of polygamy makes a man unable to be fair among his wives, then he should suffice to marry only one wife. (Ismail bin Umar bin Katsir Al-Qurasyi ad-Dimasyqi, Tafsir Al-Qur’an Al-‘Azhim, [ttp: Dar Thaibah, 1420 H/1999 M], second print, juz II, page 212).
Author Ahmad Muntaha AM, Founder of Aswaja Muda
Arjuna who since last night continued to look for an explanation of the verse was finally asleep in his work room ,
that night not only Arjuna and Siska complained to the creator but also Silvi, because Silvi was a good woman who could not not do not conform to his sharia
That morning Siska woke up earlier and was somewhat calmer because all night he prayed for and asked for directions to the creator
"Mamaa."
Arika immediately grabbed him when she had just finished her bath
"Mom why my mama's eyes are so weird"
Because crying all night made Siska's eyes become very swollen
"Mom why is it, Son, still beautiful ?"
"Of course mama is a woman as beautiful as an angel "
Arika hugged him back
P**call for the child who accidentally grew up in my heart. This really makes me forget all about Arika has made me become very strong to survive to this day ,I will not be selfish thinking about myself, Lord Arika right to be happy even happier if she has two mothers at once
"Have you taken a shower ? let's take a shower, baby"
"Arika bathing with Aunt Silvi only yes Ma "
Arika ran out
don't ask me again how close he and Silvi are , in addition to a doctor Silvi is also very fond of small children he also made a halfway house for abandoned children whose funds he set aside from savings and also the results of his doctor's practice
Seeing Arika who was very close to Silvi, Siska's clear mind appeared
for he also read the hadith narrated about the primacy of the patient
Hadith About Patience and Preeminence, Muslims Must Know!
Patience brings us much blessing
... ...
Although it is not easy and there is always a test, Patience is one of the noble traits loved by Allah SWT. Do you know that Allah SWT promises many rewards and blessings to His servant who is patient in living life. Especially when you are in trouble or in a difficult time.
Patience has been written in the Quran and this hadith means to be patient is a nature that is commanded directly by Allah SWT.
Here is a hadith about patience :
The Quran about patience
Before entering into the discussion of hadith about patience, patience is already discussed in the Quran. There are a few verses that talk about patience. The verses are as follows.
Surat Al - Baqarah Verse 45
"Wasta'ipak bishabri rasalah, wa innaha lakabiratun 'alalal-khasyi'in."
It means: "Make patience and prayer your helper. And verily such is heavy, except for those who are solemn'."
Surat Al - Baqarah Verse 153
"Ya ayyuhallazina awanusta'inae nis-sabri ras-salah, innallha ma'ais-sabirin."
It means: "O you who believe, make patience and prayer your helper, verily Allah is with those who are patient."
Surat Al - Baqarah Verse 155
"Wa lanabluwannakum bisyai`im minal-khaufi wal-jakian'i wa naqsim minal-amwali wal-anfusion wa eamarat, wa basysyris-sabirin."
It means: "And We will certainly give you a trial, with a little fear, hunger, lack of wealth, soul and fruit. And give glad tidings to those who are patient."
Surat Al - Anfal Verse 46
It means: "And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute, causing you to be afraid and lose your strength and be patient. Verily Allah is with those who are patient."
Hadith about patience and its virtues

There is no loss for those who are patient in facing all kinds of trials and trials of life from Allah SWT. On the contrary, Allah SWT has promised a variety of things for those who are able to patiently face the difficulties of life.
Here are the hadiths and the priority if we are patient in any situation.
Patience makes us able to meet the Prophet Muhammad SAW
It means: "From Usaid bin Hudlair radliallahu anhum; there is someone from among the Anshar who says; 'O Messenger of Allah, should not he employ me as he has employed the fulan?'. He replied: 'After my death, you will find the attitudes of the utsrah (individualists, egoists, self-centered people). So be patient until you meet me in the lake of al-Haudl (in heaven).'" ( HR. Day ) [No. 3792 Fathul Bari] Shahid.
Patience can be rewarded by heaven
It means: "From Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah shallallahu alaihi wasallam said: 'Allah Ta'ala said: There is no appropriate recompense at My side for My believing servant, if I take away the life of his loved ones on earth, then he is willing and patient except heaven.'" (CHR. Voranova) [ No. 6424 Fathul Bari] Shahid.
Patience prevents us from falling
It means: "From Ibn Abbas radliallahu anhuma when it comes down: 'If there are twenty people who are patient among you, they will surely be able to defeat two hundred enemies. And if there are a hundred patient men among you, they will surely be able to defeat a thousand of the disbelievers.' (Sura al-Anfal: 65). So it was required of them that no one should flee from ten.
Abu Sufyan said many times: 'Don't run twenty people out of two hundred.' Then the verse came down: 'Now Allah has lightened you.' (Al Anfal: 66). So it is obligated that no one should flee as many as a hundred out of two hundred. Sufyan added also; the verse has come down; 'O Prophet, spark the spirit of the believers to fight. If there are twenty patient men among you...' (Al Anfal: 65). Sufyan said; and Ibn Shubhouse said; 'I saw like this commanding kindness and preventing mightiness.'" (CHR. Bukhari) [No. 4652 Fathul Bari] Shahid.
Allah SWT promises the reward of kindness to His patient servant
Meaning: Prophet Shollallohu alaihi wasallam said: 'When there is a calamity in a servant, either on his body, his property or his son then he faces it with good patience, good, so on the day of the Resurrection God was ashamed to set the scales for him and ashamed to unfurl the notebook of his practice.'"
Taufiq from Allah SWT
Meaning: "Prophet Shollallohu alaihi wasallam said: 'Prophe is four: patience in running fardhu, patience in facing calamity, patience in dealing with human interference and patience in fakiran. Patience in carrying out obligations is taufiq, patience in the face of adversity, patience in the face of human interference is love and patience in fakiran is the ridho of Allah ta'ala.''
Patiently, we will get something better from the rest of the world
It means: "Prophet Shollallohu alaihi wasallam said: 'Prophe for a moment is better than the rest of the world.'"
Reward of 70 degrees
It means: "Prophet Shollallohu alaihi wasallam said: 'Patience when it comes to calamity is seven hundred degrees.'"
Patience is a form of our gratitude to Allah SWT
وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: {أَوْحَى الله تَعَالى إلى مُوسَى بنِ عمْرَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلامُ يَا مُوسَى مَنْ لَمْ يَرْضَ بِقَضَائِي وَلَمْ يَصْبِرْ عَلَى بلائي وَلَمْ يَشْكُرْ نَعمائي فَلْيَخْرُجْ مِنْ بَيْنِ أَرضي وَسَمَائِي وَلْيَطْلُبْ لَهُ رَبّا سِوائِي}
It means: "Prophet Shollallohu alaihi wasallam said: 'Allah ta'ala revealed to Moses bin Imran - alaihimas salaam -: 'Hi Moses, whoever is not pleased with My destiny, is not patient with My trials, O Moses said, do not give thanks for My favor, so come out from between the earth and My heavens, and seek a God other than Me.'"
Patience will lead us to salvation
It means: "Prophet Shollallohu alaihi wasallam said: 'Prophey is one of the wills of Allah Ta'ala on earth, whoever keeps it, then he is safe and whoever squanders it then he wretches.'"
Getting ridho from Allah SWT
Meaning: "Prophet Shollallohu alaihi wasallam said: 'No servant holds anything more important to Allah than to hold back his anger from expecting Allah's Ridho Ta'ala.'"
Loved Allah SWT
It means: "Prophet Shollallohu alaihi wasallam said: 'If Allah loves a servant, then he will try it with an ordeal for which there is no cure. If he is patient, then Allah chooses him and if he is free, then Allah makes him a choice.'"
Getting the best reward compared to what we have done before
It means: "What is by your side will be lost, and what is with God is eternal. Verily, We will reward those who are patient with a reward better than what they have done." (An-Nahl verse 96).
Getting unlimited rewards
It means: "Say: 'O My servants who believe, fear your Lord'. Those who do good in this world have good. The earth of God is wide. Verily, it is only those who are patient that their reward is fulfilled without limit." (Az-Zumar verse 10).
Noble deed
"Wa laman isabara wa gafara inna 'azmil-umkoran lamin."
It means: "But the one who is patient and forgives, indeed (deeds) such things are among the things that take precedence."
That's the hadith about patience. May we be one of the servants of God who is always patient in facing every trial and test in life. Aamiins.
