...THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT LETTER...
On this Saturday, November 27, 2021, a cooperation agreement was entered into between:

Next is called the FIRST PARTY.
Name: Alora Agni Bestari
Tgls. Born: 31 January 1993
Next is called the SECOND PARTY.
The First and Second Parties explain in advance the following:
That the First Party shall be the President Director of Adhigana Corporate.
That in order to replace Giri Adhigana as President Director, the First Party must marry the Second Party.
That the Second Party shall be the Supervisor of OO Pharma.
That in order to become a Supervisor, the Second Party must marry the First Party.
That the First Party and the Second Party, through a discussion, agreed to hold a marriage with a period of 1 (one) year, from January 1, 2022 to January 1, 2023.
For the implementation of this agreement, the First Party and the Second Party agree to bind themselves in this agreement with the following terms and conditions:

...PURPOSE AND TERM OF AGREEMENT...
This cooperation agreement is carried out with the aim of meeting the needs of the First Party and the Second Party, as well as pleasing the First Party family.
The duration of this cooperation will be from January 1, 2022 until January 1, 2023.

...STATUS AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE...
The status of the First and Second Parties is that of husband and wife. No one shall know the status of the First and Second Parties, except the families of the First and Second Parties.
The First Party provides a common residence with the Second Party.

...THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY...
The obligations of the First Party are as follows:
a. Providing co-residence with the Second Party.
b. Meet the primary needs of the Second Party.
c. Convince the Second Party's family that marriage between the First and Second Parties is not a charade.
The Rights of the First Party are as follows:
a. Get 4 perfectly healthy 5 meals cooked by the Second Party.
b. Free to establish relationships with women other than the Second Party.
c. Establish friendly relations with the Second Party.
...THE RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE SECOND PARTY...
The obligations of the First Party are as follows:
a. Provide 4 healthy 5 perfect food for First Party.
b. Carry out household tasks.
c. Convince the First Party's family that marriage between the First and Second Parties is not a charade.
The Rights of the First Party are as follows:
a. Obtaining a place to live with the First Party
b. Free to establish relationships with men other than the Second Party.
c. Establish friendly relations with the First Party.

...RULES AND PROHIBITIONS...
Marriage should only be known to the nuclear family of the First and Second Parties.
The First Party and the Second Party shall keep secrets concerning this marriage.
The First Party and the Second Party use different bedrooms.
The First Party must not enter the Second Party's bedroom carelessly.
The Second Party should not enter the First Party's bedroom carelessly.
The First Party and the Second Party should only advise on personal matters, and should not interfere in personal matters.
The First Party shall not touch emotionally without the consent of the Second Party.
The Second Party shall not touch emotionally without the consent of the First Party.
The relationship between the First Party and the Second Party must be nothing more than friendship.
The First Party and the Second Party should help each other if necessary.
The First and Second Parties shall be open to each other on matters of marriage or matters relating to the family.
The First and Second Parties should respect each other.

...THE CHANGE...
Where deemed necessary by the First Party and the Second Party, this agreement may be amended in respect of both the content of the material and its terms to be made under the second written agreement between the First and Second Parties.

...CANCELLATION AND INDEMNIFICATION...
This agreement cannot be canceled unilaterally without the consent of the other party.
Cancellation by one party, for whatever reason, the canceling party shall pay compensation in accordance with the amount agreed by both parties.
In case of violation of the rules and prohibitions, the offending party shall pay a fine of Rp. 500,000,-.
In the event of cancellation by one party, then the canceling party is obliged to pay compensation of Rp. 1.000.000.000,-.

Thus the letter of this agreement is made in duplicate 2 (two) each spiked, and, stamp duty is sufficient and has the same legal force to be fully understood and carried out by the Parties without any coercion or pressure from any party.
