¹³ Evenings Meetings

"Hello?"

"Hello Alden, sorry, I didn't know it would be long. Where are you?"

"Don't hurry, I'm still on the road."

"Oh, okay. I'm home now."

Alora disconnected from Alden's phone, then rushed home on her motorbike. Tonight Alora plans to officially introduce Alden to Sandra and Harsa. They should have met at Alora's house an hour ago. But due to some business, Alora had only finished her work at 8 p.m. Sandra and Harsa must be waiting at home.

With a slight rush, Alora finally reached the end of the alley of her house. Again he grumbled annoyed that the lights were not repaired. The neighborhood of his alley became increasingly dark. Alora is fine at first, but when Alora passes the power pole, she accidentally exchanges eyes with a man in a black jacket with a hat and a medical mask. His heart was pounding, feeling that something was wrong.

True, Alora was very sure the man was the same man as the night after eating with the Alden family. Feeling unsettled, Alora constantly watched the left rearview, looking at the man who was walking slowly following her. Alora was sure something was wrong with the man. With fear Alora poured gas into his house that was near. Alora arrived at the front of the house quickly, but her trembling hands had difficulty opening the tightly closed gate hook.

"Dogs!" Aspersion.

Alora got off the bike, trying to do something simple that is difficult at the moment. Every now and then he saw the movements of the man who was getting closer to him. His heart is pounding more and more. His mouth was saying the Our Father's prayer. Suddenly he remembered Alden's words at the church a few days ago. Could this be the end of his life? Will she be kidnapped and killed tonight?

"DOR!"

"YAAA! AAMII!"

"HAHAHAHAHAHA!"

Alora did not know who surprised her, but the laughter of a man sounded very satisfied beside her. Alora directly hit the person without mercy. Even though the man had complained to ask for forgiveness. Alora felt her heart almost sticking out, due to the act of a prankster who was none other than, Alden Kama Adhigana.

"**** you Alden! Dogs! Your bastard!" The swearing oath was very smoothly uttered Alora to Alden. Then, Alora looked around, precisely looking for the figure of the mysterious man earlier. But his figure just disappeared, like being swallowed by the earth.

"Why the hell? So serious! Sorry, I'm kidding."

"Not funny!" Alora irritatedly opened the gate and put her motor into the courtyard.

"You mad?" Regretfully, Alden followed Alora into the courtyard. Not forgetting that he closed the gate again, then followed Alora to the house.

Without anyone noticing, one observed the entire incident. Behind the walls of the surrounding houses, almost fused in the darkness.

"What did you bring? That's a lot." Alora complained when she saw the package of food that Alden brought.

"This that. You said the toast up ahead was delicious. I bought that too." Said Alden, following Alora into his house. He was already preparing to greet Alora's sisters, but who would have thought his house looked deserted.

"Sandra's? The treasure? Where are you guys?"

Until Alora had to call her sisters, then a man came out of one of the rooms, followed by a woman behind him. It was Harsa and Sandra, coming out of the same room.

"Sir, there-"

"Why did it just come? We've been waiting for this!"

Alora was just about to focus on Harsa, but Sandra hurriedly cut the man's sentence. So that the concentration of Alora is quite divided. Alora was too tired to discuss that now, so she only responded to Sandra.

"Sorry, you haven't eaten, have you?"

Sandra and Harsa shook their heads, then turned to look at Alden who had just been standing behind Alora. Feeling a sharp glare, Alden lifted a few packs of food, then waved them.

"Hello all!" Alden greeted me clumsily. I don't know, the air that Sandra and Harsa gave was quite gripping for him.

Fortunately the atmosphere just melted away, after Alden introduced himself. Then they all gathered in the living room, sitting down, facing each other. Dining with rice bowl with Japanese beef, Alden. At first everything was fine, but halfway through, Alora began to feel something was wrong. Because, Sandra and Harsa suddenly become more quiet, especially Sandra.

"What's wrong?" Alora asked, staring at Sandra and Harsa alternately.

"What's the reason?" Reply Sandra, trying to be ordinary.

"Why are you so quiet?"

"Be careful when you come home at night. Lately there have been many kidnappings." This time it was Harsa who spoke up. The others turned to look at Harsa.

"Oh, huh? You must be careful too." Alden told Sandra and Harsa.

Feeling talked to, Sandra and Harsa looked at Alden at the same time. Alden blinked a few times, then went back to eating his food. Suddenly Alden remembered, Alora's reaction when she had surprised him earlier. Alora looked very frightened like she was being chased by a demon. She just realized, Alora has been quiet ever since Harsa spoke.

"But the neighborhood here is safe, right?" Alden asked, drawing attention from everyone who was there.

Alora realized, Sandra had exchanged glances with Harsa. Then Sandra answered Alden's question, like everything was fine. "Someone! Who wants to kidnap an adult!"

"You have to be careful." Alden.

"But you really want to get married?" Suddenly Sandra asked a question.

"I told you, didn't I? Why do you still ask?" Reply Alora.

"Anything! Alo never said he had a girlfriend, suddenly came the future husband?"

Alden and Alora were both silent. They are both looking for an alibi. This time Alden first got the idea to answer Sandra's question.

"He didn't tell you? Well, it was from the beginning that Alora had this relationship hidden until we were really serious." Alden smiled proudly at his unreasonable reason.

Meanwhile, Alora tried to hide her expression that had almost exploded because of Alden. But thankfully, since then the atmosphere has melted. Sandra started talking a lot as usual. Harsa returned to eating his food. Sandra asked more, and Harsa listened. Alden and Alora try their best to convince Sandra and Harsa.

The night was quite pleasant because they had more casual conversations than seriously discussing marriage. Time has shown at 10 p.m., it's time for Alden to come home.

"It's a good thing you bought some peanut toast, it just happens to be my favorite." Said Alora, while driving Alden out of the house.

"My prediction's right, right? I'm really cool."

Alora squeaks, scoffs. When they reached the front of the gate, Alora took the time to look around, looking for the figure of the mysterious man. The man is completely gone, somewhere. For now, Alora could calm down, but she was also wary that the man appeared again one day.

"Why? What are you looking for?" Alden asked, realizing that something was troubling Alora's mind.

"Oh, no. Where are you parking? How come I'm not sober?"

Alden pointed to his car parked on empty land, not far from Alora's house. Alora nodded, understood. Actually, it's just fitting that Alora didn't realize Alden's car was parked there. He was too focused on escaping and opening the damn gate.

"Tomorrow I'll pick you up, okay?"

"Huh? Where to?"

"work. I'll take you, how? He said there were more kidnappings."

"Who would want to kidnap an adult?"

"Could bad luck be picky?"

Alora was silent, pondering Alden's sentence. True too, the incident did not just happen to small children. If it's shit, what else can a human do?

"Alright, there's no need! I can take care of myself."

Alden was still there, reluctant to leave Alora who he said could take care of himself. A moment ago, he was scared to death. Alden looked at the neighborhood around Alora's house. Looking for things that the woman has noticed since. But Alden found nothing.

"Jas. I'll go home first."

"Yes. Thanks, Al."

Alden, who was about to leave, turned back to throw a smile and waved his hand. After getting in the car, Alden didn't leave. He watches the spy to see Alora actually enter the house, then he darted away.

At the end of the alley, Alden's car came out smoothly. Without him noticing, a man in a black jacket with a hat was watching everything. The type, color, even license plate of Alden's car. Her lips moved behind a medical mask, memorizing a series of numbers and letters.
