Blooming At It's Time

Blooming At It's Time
³² Phone from Who?

Alden had been watching Alora from the moment he woke up, until they had breakfast together at the table. Suana this breakfast table is not as usual, Alden realized Alora is still thinking about the bracelet thing from Bali. Although Alora was still acting as usual, but Alden saw a different look on the face from the woman. The matter was already very obvious, but it was very difficult to resolve as Alden was drowning in his doubts. Alden thought too much, until he unconsciously just stirring food without eating it.

"Why? You have no taste?" Alora opened her first sentence this morning, with a question.

Alden then realized from his daydream, when Alora opened her voice. Alden immediately shook his head and smiled, unwilling to make Alora even more offended.

"Not really." Alden immediately ate the breakfast Alora had prepared while checking his watch. As soon as he realized that a very fast time had passed, Alden immediately got up from his seat. "God! I'm late."

Looking at Alden in a hurry, Alora also frantically looked towards the wall clock. Alora wakes up when Alden is already wearing his suit. He took a glass of water and gave it to Alden, who was wearing shoes at the door.

"Drink first."

Alden immediately drank Alora until his throat was relieved. Because it was too rushed, Alden immediately shot up just like that with a hand gesture that waved in the air. Alora had not even responded but Alden had already disappeared from behind the door. Alora was a bit disappointed. She thought Alden would explain something to her, it turned out that the expectations were too high. Never mind, Alora finally tried to let go of her anxiety.

Because he had to focus on work, Alden forgot about Alora and the bracelet problem. He himself can only check his cell phone at lunch. While opening the parcel from the caterer Kenzo ordered, Alden read one by one the messages sent by Shella. His phone screen was almost full of text and some missed call notifications. Yeah, it's all from Shella.

Alden clucked in annoyance, then rubbed his face rudely at the thought of how to be firm with Shella. The woman is getting out of control, either long ago or Alden who just realized lately. Just yesterday Shella burned millions of Alden's money, now he has half forced Alden to facilitate a vacation to Japan with his fellow artists. Even Alora who still holds Alden's credit card, only shop for things like bread, groceries, drinks, and various other cheap things. Alden grew dizzy after comparing Shella and Alora in his head.

Unwilling to feel any more dizzy, Alden put his phone on the table without replying to a single message. He was already very hungry because he didn't have breakfast properly, so Alden ate his lunch immediately. In the middle of his lunch, Alden remembers that he has not fixed his problems with Alora. Then, Alden immediately grabbed his phone again to send a message to Alora.

After a few minutes, Alden had already typed a lot of messages for Alora. But doubt again enveloped Alden. He read back the message he typed. His heart felt that something was not right in his sentence, so Alden deleted the message and retyped it. But the more read, Alden's message becomes the worse the quality. Alden took a deep breath and decided to cleanly delete the message before it could be sent. It seems like he should talk about this directly.

Alden was determined, he would not miss the opportunity to talk to Alora. Even Alden to give his work to Kenzo so that he does not come home too late. God bless Kenzo who is now shouting in silence because he has to overtime again. But Alden didn't care, he confidently drove his car towards the apartment. As sure as anything Alden was on his way, upon arriving at the apartment Alden's mouth was suddenly sealed shut. Like there was glue holding his lips open. Alden was self-deprecating.

"I thought you were home tonight." Said Alora who was preparing dinner.

Meanwhile, Alden who was waiting at the dining table even stammered because he was not ready to respond to Alora. "Oh.. hm. yes today... can go home. that is, can uh.. come home not night."

Alora did not respond. Right now, Alden could only stare at Alora's back. Good, so Alora did not see Alden's confused look. Then, Alden's phone vibrated the sign of an incoming message from Shella. Alden opened the message, and at once the unpleasant feeling again enveloped him. Shella still forced tickets and vacation facilities to Japan, the woman also wanted to treat one of her friends. Alden who did not think out could only cluck in annoyance, looked at his phone with a frowning forehead.

"Why you?"

When Alora questioned him, Alden looked up and locked the phone screen so that the woman could not peek. Though Alora also had no intention of peeking, Alden himself was terrified as if he was keeping a big secret. Alora realizes Alden's attitude, and she soon finds out what the man is hiding from her. Not willing to take the dizzy, Alora just did her job of preparing dinner for the two of them.

Alora sat across from Alden, and ate her dinner. Meanwhile, Alden was still staring at Alora with a thousand sentences stuck on the tip of his tongue.

"Where is it working today?" Alden asked after he forced his mouth to speak.

"Well, it was good. I know the owner so relax."

"Good." Then Alden started eating his dinner.

Silence had seized their atmosphere, until the sound of Alden's cellphone shakes broke the silence. Alora had seen the name written on Alden's phone screen, before the man hurriedly grabbed her. Alden immediately turned off his phone, then saved it back to the table. Alora noticed Alden's movements, she also caught Alden's annoyed look, making him wonder. Why would Alden ignore a call from Shella?

"Why not get caught?"

Alora rarely heard Alden's sniffle, and tonight she heard it. Not sure what possessed Alora, she was quite happy to see Alden ignoring the phone call from Shella. You can say Alora is evil, but let her be happy even if only for a moment.

"By the way..."

Alora looked up when she heard Alden open his voice. He looked at Alden, waiting for the man to continue his sentence.

"On yesterday..." Alden's sentence came to a standstill again, giving room for silence to seize the atmosphere between them. Alden had trouble continuing his sentence for a while, so there was only silence on the dining table.

"Yesterday why?"

"Bracelet that's Shella sir-"

"Oh! Ahaha! It's appropriate to wear a shella." Alora said, cutting out Alden's sentence. "That's a good thing I didn't buy. People like me where suitable to wear these accessories?" Alora continued while laughing crisply.

Alden looked at Alora half in disbelief, upon hearing the woman's words. Alden, who had felt sentiments towards Shella since noon, was increasingly irritated by Alora's words. So Alden let out a long sigh, then said in annoyance, "What are you really doing?"

Alora had given a pause, because she was confused with Alden who suddenly sounded upset. "Well, Shella is an artist. Well-favoured. Wear what fits. If I were, just an ordinary person. You also said I didn't fit the bracelet, did you?"

"What if he's an artist?!"

"Why are you?" Alora frowned in wonder.

"Why is he an artist? You are beautiful too! You're better suited to wear that bracelet! You-AISH!" Alden rubbed his face rough. He no longer looked at Alora, only grumbling resentfully at himself. "I should have given you that bracelet when I was in Bali."

Meanwhile, Alora who heard everything could only freeze after feeling her heart sting. Then quickly raise his body temperature, so that goosebumps all over the body. Alora looked only at Alden who looked annoyed, but her cheeks were now heating up. He even had to cleared his throat to wake himself up, but that strange feeling had already filled his stomach. Alora can fly because of her butterfly.

"You mean?"

Alden took off his spoon until it clang with the plate. Then he looked at Alora with lingering emotions. "I bought it for you. I should have loved you. But. haahh..."

Alden sighed so sorry he had dropped the bracelet in Shella's apartment. Then, Alden looked back at Alora who was also staring at him. After staring at Alora for a while, Alden's emotions seemed to evaporate and replaced with a strange feeling that suddenly appeared then spread throughout his body. Plus now, Alora's cheeks look reddish. Alden had no idea the woman's cheeks were indeed blushing, or that the sight was just her hallucination alone. Now Alden could not turn away from Alora.

Alora and Alden stared at each other, with their own feelings. Both of them only realized when Alora's phone was ringing fast, so the woman had to get up from her seat to look for the phone she left on the sofa. With that incident, Alden also realized then hurriedly took a breath trying to neutralize the heartbeat that had been unreasonable. Alden turned his head and exchanged glances with Alora who had been holding her phone. Alora hurriedly turned around, and immediately answered her phone.

"Hello?"

Alden also turned around as Alora spoke on the phone.

"Oh yeah Genta, sorry I forgot to say that."

Alden turned back to Alora, as the woman mentioned the name of the man who sounded foreign in her ear. His mind immediately ran around here and there, curious about the person who called Alora this late. Even to the point of making the woman laugh smoothly. A clapper? Who is Genta?
