Blooming At It's Time

Blooming At It's Time
⁹ Dilemmas and Deals

This morning Alora went to the office feeling relieved, having solved the problem of the drama a few days ago. There were not too many visits he had to make. So that today feels very perfect, except for an announcement about the appointment criteria of a new supervisor.

"They really want us crazy! This year's goal is double that of last year. Should it now go up 10% of the target? Wow, the world is crazy! Been already! It doesn't matter if I'm the same as rising office." A beautiful woman was sitting next to Alora.

Alora did not comment much on the criteria for the appointment of a new supervisor this year. In fact, he was one of the strongest candidates according to the rumors of the staff. Although Alora is only a high school graduate, but she is able to achieve individual and team targets. It often exceeds the target, even if it is not 10%. Alora did not comment much, but believe me, in her mind she was racking her brain to surpass the annual target of more than 10%.

"I raise my hand, Al! I support you to become an SPV. Okay?" The woman patted Alora on the shoulder softly, giving Alora meaningful moral support.

"Haha. I didn't expect. How can it accomplish that much?" Alora said, following the flow of conversation with her coworkers. Though from the bottom of his heart, Alora really hopes to rise to the position on this occasion. After so many years of disappointment, Alora hopes this year her dream comes true.

"What did I say too? We're crazy!"

Alora laughed in response to her friend's sentence, then she excused herself to go on a visit. Though the schedule of his visit was still two hours away, Alora just wanted to escape from the conversation. He was just about to leave the room, when his team's assistant manager came in.

"Al, there's doctor Kala..."

Alora then follows her boss to meet with doctor Kala. No strange thoughts flashed through Alora's head, only to wonder why Kala had come to her office in person. Kala never once visited Alora's office.

"Again, Alora! I want to talk about next month's seminar."

It was just about work.

That morning, Alora, her boss, and Kala chatted casually about the seminar to be held next month. Because this time Kala became a speaker, specifically Alora offered sponsors to support the seminar. After almost an hour of talking, Kala finally resigned from the meeting. Since Alora was also about to leave the office, she took Kala's trip to the parking lot while talking.

"I heard in your office there's going to be a promotion, right?"

"Yes, doc. But the conditions are a bit overrated."

"I hear it should be 10% of this year's target?"

Alora nodded with a forced smile.

"Are you interested in SPV?"

"Hm... Well, interested in it. I don't expect it, Doc... The conditions are too difficult."

The two had arrived at the parking lot, right next to Kala's car.

"Nothing is impossible, Alora."

Alora smiled, thanking him for the tranquilizing sentence Kala said.

"I'm sure you're a candidate. Just meet those conditions, you can be SPV."

Alora laughs. Kala made his already-emerging hope fly higher and higher. A little more, making Alora more eager to rotate the brain to reach the target.

"I can help."

Alora looked at Kala confusedly. Alora did not know how to respond, because she herself did not know what Kala meant.

"I assure you, you can reach more than 10%. But there's a condition."

Alora and Kala stared at each other. Both are in serious mode.

"Significantly, you're married to my son, Alden."

On the other hand, Alden is now talking on the phone with his girlfriend, Shella. Both are in great debate. Because Alden who accidentally saw Shella was exchanging affectionate messages with other men. But now, the blame is even Alden.

"... You haven't even told me all day! You don't care about me!"

"Shella! I was sick!"

"Annual meeting, Shella! I know you already!"

"Certain why? If I were a priority, you would reply to my message. Go, Al! You don't love me!"

"Well, Shel! I see you're affectionate with another man!"

"Where's evidence? Why did you check my phone? I have privacy too!"

"Shel-"

"Come, Al. I am tired of you! We can't go on anymore! I want us to break up!"

"Shella! Listen first..."

"You always lie to me."

"You lied to Shella! Who's he calling you baby?"

"He's the President Director of a big company! Whyyy?! What do you want?"

"Jeez, Shella... What am I lacking for you?"

"Where's your promise to be President Director? Huh huh? Yes, yes, Al. I don't have time to take care of you!"

Foetish... Foetish...

Alden threw his cell phone on the desk. His head was about to break, not to mention his already fucked heart. Alden's almost crazy. He even kicked an innocent couch. He walked back and forth while rubbing his face violently. Luckily, he realized that he was in the office. Otherwise, Alden would have been shouting out loud.

Just then, someone knocked on the door of his study. Alden thought it was Kenzo, so he said he didn't want to be disturbed.

"Let's go, Ken!" Alden exclaimed from inside the room.

But, as if unwilling to listen, the door of his study was opened just like that. It turned out that the man was not Kenzo, but Giri, his own Opinion. Alden immediately caught his breath, after seeing Giri enter his study.

"Why come here?"

Giri looked at Alden from foot to head. It looks so fucked up. His shirt sleeves were folded in half, his tie was already loose, and his hair was already disheveled. Without a word, Giri sat on the sofa. Alden took back his phone, then sat on the sofa opposite Giri.

"You why? How fucked up like this?"

Alden did not answer. He just stared at his phone restlessly. His feet moved up and down, as his fingers pressed against the throbbing temples. Not only does it seem, Alden is really emotional right now.

"Alden's... Opa plans to retire. You should be ready to replace Opa as President Director."

Alden stopped his leg. His eyes looked straight at Giri, looking for seriousness from the look in the old man's eyes. Giri discussed the matter at a very good time. So Alden gives full attention to Giri.

"Opa wants you to replace Opa. But on one condition."

Giri and Alden looked at each other seriously. With Alden's emotions running high, he felt that he would accept all the conditions Giri had given him. Alden was ready to hear whatever Giri said.

"The condition is, you're married to Alora."

Like being electrocuted, Alden suddenly woke up from his seat. Not thinking with the words Giri. Alden had not had time to protest, when a call came into his phone. Alden was silent for quite a while, reading the name on the screen many times. Alden shouldn't have seen it wrong, the one who called him was indeed Alora.

The phone was off, because it was left on for too long. But right then and there, Alora sent Alden a message. Though he was a little hesitant, but Alden still opened a message from Alora.

'Let's meet. I need to talk.'
