"bars ... Mikola died in prison."
Bara's heart seemed to be dislodged when listening to Hendry's words on the phone. He tells Hendry to take his place to visit Mikola, while he has just visited Mikola's grandmother in an elderly home.
His face paled after receiving the news. He didn't know how to tell the old woman, Mikola's only family.
"Mas, what's wrong with you? Why not get in the car? Is anyone missing?" retha asked as she looked through the door of her car that was still open. Occasionally he shakes the tiny body of Janu in his lap. The baby is sleeping.
"Ah, there is nothing" said Bara, smiling. He approached his wife, giving kisses to the woman and her son. "You go home first, yeah! I still have business" he said.
Retha looked at her husband's astonishment. He felt something strange. "Is there a problem?" tanyanya.
"No, there's nothing. Just a little business. When it's over, I'll go straight home."
Actually Retha did not calm down to hear Bara's words. However, she was carrying her baby who needed to rest at home immediately. She didn't bring baby sitter Janu with her.
"Sir Diman, take Mom to the apartment, yeah!" bara Pinta.
"Good, sir."
Closing the side door of the car. He looked at the wife who seemed unwilling to leave him. He merely extended a smile so that Retha would not worry about him.
Shortly after the car that Retha rode away, one of his men came to pick her up. He immediately boarded the car and had the driver escort him to the custody where Mikola was.
Bara half ran into the lobby area of the detention house where he had been languishing for several months due to slander. At that place Mikola was also detained.
When he saw Hendry talking to a policeman, he approached.
"Ah, Bar! Finally you came too" said Hendry.
"How's it?" tanyanya.
"Mikola died. Someone had stabbed him with a knife covered in poison" Hendry replied with a look of sadness.
"Mikola murdered?" tanya Bara.
Hendry nodded slowly. Bara clenched his fingers tightly. It felt like he wanted to go berserk knowing that someone dared to disturb Mikola's existence.
Although Mikola had already betrayed him, she still considered him a family. Mikola is a person who has always been there both in the peak of his career and the worst period.
"I want to see Mikola," Bara said in a limp tone.
Hendry and the police accompanied Bara to a room where Mikola's body was buried.
Bara's footsteps felt heavier as he approached the chest before him. Within him was already very rumbling as if he wanted to vent his sadness. He was still holding back so he could be strong and not cry.
Mikola's body was inside a coffin covered only in a thin white cloth. At a glance they could faintly see the figure that was inside.
Slowly Bara waved the cloth. He saw Mikola's face clearly. The face that had been very handsome, yet still looked pale with eyes closed.
I could no longer bear his sadness. Her crying broke out to see her loved one die. In fact, Mikola had promised him that he would survive until he came out and returned to being a confidant.
Hendry and the police deliberately kept quiet to let Bara express his sadness.
"Who is the culprit?" asked Bara as her crying had subsided.
"We're still conducting an investigation, sir. Until now it has not been determined who did it, replied the police.
Hendry gave the police a code to give time for himself and Bara to talk together there.
"What should we do next?" ask Hendry.
"I'll take care of the cremation procession. I still can't bear to pass this news to his grandmother. Mikola has no family other than her grandmother."
"You still have to tell me this news. After all, her grandmother deserves to know her granddaughter's condition."
Hendry. "Sir Rudy's under arrest, Bar. I just saw him in the temporary detention room."
