Angga tried to stop Edis's blow. When the tip of his eye caught the paperbag that Edis was carrying, he immediately rounded his eyes. He was upset and took the object out of Edis' hands.
"You went to see my dad, huh?" ask with emotion. "Why did you bring this?" He said with a high tone.
"I came to your house because you couldn't be contacted! I accidentally met your father and he left this to me. Did I mis-send the title?" Edis followed the emotion of feeling scolded.
"I don't need anything from him!" Without a second thought, he threw the thing into the trash.
Edis ran towards the trash can, taking back a gift that a father had sincerely prepared to his son.
"Dispose! If you pick it up, I'll hate you too!"
Edis's eyes glazed over. Though he was very worried about the man, but it turns out Angga is very easy to say about love and hate to others. "Did this thing have anything wrong? Do I have any wrongs too? Last night I fretted about a man who had not said he loved me for so long but when I managed to meet him today he said he would hate me?"
"I feel like my feelings are in vain for you. What if you hate me your feelings will improve?" melted tears fell down Edis' cheeks.
Angga seemed to feel guilty seeing the woman cry. He did not mean it like that, he just wanted an edict not related to his father.
"It's not like that I mean," said Angga.
"If you don't want to accept this thing, let me keep it. I will remember today you who threw me away! I don't want to see you again!"
Edis' anger had reached its limit. He continued his journey back to his dorm. Really, he did not expect his meeting this time would actually become chaotic.
"Edis, wait!" The goose drew Edis' hand.
"What else?" edis snapped with his sinister glare of guts.
"Live it alone! Don't ever see me again! I don't like unstable people whose feelings change easily. I'm not going out to add to the huff and trouble, so we'd better end up here!"
Edis' words made Angga embrace him tightly. He did not accept if he had to break up with Edis, the woman he had always liked.
"I'm sorry." Angga lowered his voice while leaning his head on Edis' shoulder. "Never ask for a break up from me. I don't want to break up with you" she said.
Edis pushed Angga's body away from him. "You said you'd hate me for carrying this thing, right? You hate me for seeing your father?"
Angga massaged his own forehead. "I was just an emotion. I'm sorry." He clasped Edis' hand hoping she would forgive him.
Edis took Angga to sit down. Again he had to help his lover take care of the wound on his face. "I think last night you fought again" he said while applying wound ointment on Angga's face.
"Why else, brother? For arguing with your father? You're venting it on someone else?"
Angga. Edis seemed to be able to guess what the contents of his mind were.
"Do you feel better after beating people? Has your anger been vented?"
"You're ashamed, have a boyfriend like me?" ask Angga.
"It's not shameful. More on sad. My heart hurts to see you like this." Edis's tears melted back to reflect on what happened to Angga. The man wiped away the tears that melted down his cheek.
"You .. have been the person I care about besides my father and brother. Sorry if my feelings bother you." Edis' tears were flowing.
The lady hugged the girl again. He felt guilty for accidentally making her cry. He also does not understand himself. Since finding a book written by his mother, his hatred for his father grew. He even wants to ruin himself for the regret of being insensitive to his mother's feelings.
"I'll try to be better and not worry you anymore."
Both looked. Once again Angga removed the remains of Edis' tears.
"My family isn't as perfect as you might think. We both lost a mother when we were kids. I know what it's like. Maybe I'm a little lucky to have a little sister who can replace a mother's duties."
"My father used to work very hard for the survival of his family. He also rarely has time for us. But, we're trying to understand his busyness."
"Until one day my father was dishonorably fired from the company for slander. He became stressed and his behavior changed. Having the burden of supporting two young daughters, he desperately worked odd jobs as long as we could eat. The house had to be sold and we contracted."
"The impatient father became rich again, but fell into gambling habits and intoxication. Instead of getting rich, we're getting a lot of debt."
"My brother suffered the most because of my father. Even so, he continued to work hard so that I could still go to school. Brother also still cares about you even if you're a useless man."
"Until my brother finally met his kind and rich soul mate. I got a good brother-in-law, who now replaces my brother to pay for my school."
Angga just fell silent listening to Edis' story. He could understand that Edis actually wanted him to be able to establish a good relationship with his father. However, the hatred in his heart had piled up too much until he could not forgive his own father.
"I think our family problems are different" Angga said.
"The new brother knows from one point of view. It's even just writing. Have you ever heard directly from your own father's mouth?"
"I don't think it's necessary" said Angga.
"Your father also needs a chance to be heard." Edis actually chose words that were expected not to offend Angga. "After all, it's a matter between your father and mother. I think, as a parent, your father still carries out his responsibilities as a parent."
"Much different from me. My dad instead of taking care of me and my brother the other night giving us trouble." Edis laughed when he remembered the past.
"Isn't your father your only family, brother? I hope you can make up with her."
"Even if you can't forgive him, don't ruin yourself." Edis hugged Angga's arm while leaning his head pepper Angga's shoulder. "I'm very anxious when you're dealing with danger and getting hurt."
"Can we live our relationship well with happiness?"
Angga lifted Edis' chin, giving him a slight kiss on the woman's soft lips. "I'll try it. Peace with the situation." Angga gave a solemn look. "I hope you don't get tired of being by my side" he said.
