Quitting the Night Club

Retha walks into the nightclub where she works. He had already called the club manager before coming to confirm his intention to resign. Although not Bara's request, Retha also intends to stop working from there if there are no more financial dependents. The problem of his father's debt has been resolved, Bara has also been able to finance his life. There was no reason for him to keep working there.

The club manager, Hans, asked him to come in person and discuss the matter face-to-face. Actually his employment contract there is still one month.

"Look, Ta! Sit down!" hans Pinta.

Retha went straight into the manager's room and sat down before Hans who was reading some of his club reports.

"So, what do you want to say?" tanyakanya.

"I want to stop working from here, sir."

Hans put down the report he was reading. He looked seriously at Retha. "You sure?" tanyanya.

Retha nodded.

"I heard you just resigned from the foundation. I thought you'd focus on working here."

"Excuse me ..." a waiter brought two drinks into Hans' room. After putting the drink in front of Retha and Hans, the waiter came back out.

"I'm planning on looking for another job, sir."

"If you're just planning, it's better not to go out first. Moreover, your father was a handyman making trouble. If you come out, someone will replace you. You'll have trouble getting in again if you want to get back to work here." Hans knew a little about the problems Retha was facing. The initial reason he wanted to work there was one because of financial difficulties due to his father. He also asked for more flexible working hours because he had to work in the foundation as a teacher.

Retha smiles. "It just so happens that the savings I have are enough for the next few months while waiting to get a new job."

Hans seemed to sigh. "It's the most troublesome thing for me to take care of the club one of them if there are employees who suddenly ask to stop."

Retha smiled stiffly. "Yes, how, sir .. I've wanted to stop. The contract still has one month. No need to be given a severance is also okay," he said.

"No, no. .. You've also worked here long enough. I'll give you a severance at the end of the contract. You hold on first your intention to stop. The rest of the month cannot. The working hours are still the same, I subtract from other employees" Hans pleaded.

As a manager, he must look for prospective new employees when there are old employees who want to quit. So he asked his employees to confirm in advance before resigning. The goal is to have time to recruit new employees.

He must provide training to new employees until he can work in his place. It certainly makes lazy because it takes out the cost of training. Therefore he prefers to create a contract system so that employees do not carelessly ask to stop working.

"I also understand the position of the Father, but only for me, please ...." Retha cupped her hands together and begged for her will to be granted.

"I'm not good with you, Retha. I want to make me lose." Hans held his head. "Drink first!" Hans invites Retha to drink his drink. He also drinks his own.

Retha gulped down half the orange juice that was served to her. "Pinalty if you breach the contract must return three months of salary, right? I'm gonna pay for it."

Hans was a little stunned to hear that Retha had money. He wondered how the woman who used to beg to work in his place even wanted to get out of there, even ready to pay a fine.

"Here, deh .. two weeks just stay here while waiting for the children training is finished. I'll give you a severance package in full. Such a time can't be?" Hans seemed to be still thinking about profit and loss. "I have tolerated you a lot. At least help me these two weeks" he continued.

On the other hand, he was confused because he had promised Bara would quit his job. Entqh what lies should he make to cover the next two weeks. "Alright, I'll keep working here for the next two weeks" he said.

Hans developed a wide smile. He was very happy that Rethah fulfilled his wish. "This is my best employee! Hurry up, change your clothes and help the others serve the guests!" his orders.

"Good, sir." Retha finished her drink before leaving the room.

He wanted to quit his job and he had to go back to work. Although forced, he still entered the dressing room wearing the uniform he used to wear. Not to forget he wore a mask so that the servants there were considered similar.

"Retha, you just came?" tanya Ranu who seemed to be busy in the kitchen area.

"Yes. Is there an order to be delivered?"

"That!" Ranu pointed at a tray containing a bottle of wine that looked expensive. "Take the wine into room 32, yeah!" the door while menggok-k0cok drinks that he made.

"Oh, okay."

Retha picked up a piece of white cloth to wrap the wine bottle. He will bring the precious drink to his order.

The atmosphere in the nightclub was still the same, crowded as usual. Many visitors are busy dancing while drunk. Retha who has worked there for quite a long time has never tried to drink or just swayed to the accompaniment of the DJ.

"Excuse me" said Retha as she entered room 32.

"Oh, we meet again" said one of the men sitting in the room accompanied by two beautiful women. Proudly he showed his hand holding the chest of the two women in front of Retha. His smile smirked as if hiding a certain intent.

Reth remembers the man. Several times the man made trouble with her. Even he would be forcefully kissed by her while drunk. Luckily, Bara came to her help.

Retha brushed off her worries. He tried to ignore the behavior of the man who deliberately undressed the woman next to him. As if he wanted to show that the woman was so low and cheap that he could play with her.

"Pour me a glass of drink!" his orders.

"Mr Aldo, don't be too rude, be sick ..." The woman whined spoiled.

Retha tried to be indifferent to the sight before her. He helped open the lid of the expensive wine bottle, then poured it into a glass to fill half the glass.

"Invite me!" her door.

Rethah took the glass and touched the end of the glass on the lips of a man named Aldo. The man kept smiling looking at the woman who was looking at him drinking.

"You want me to help your m3rem4s?" goda.

Rethah was silent. He restrained himself and lowered his gaze, trying not to care about what he heard and saw. Just this time he met a customer whose behavior was very severe.
