Bitter Reality

Louise's warning took Ferdian by surprise. Supposedly the house where he put Tami to sleep is safe from the dark eyes of evil spirits, but apparently the dark forces are able to detect the existence of Tami.

"What should I do Louise?" ferdian whispered to the woman behind the veil.

"We're trying to blur Tami's tracks. You try here!" Louise is back.

Ferdian waited for a calm situation. The nurse reminded them that their visiting time was up. Asih is not allowed to take too long to receive visits with psychological considerations.

"Mas, why is Asih's body so scarred?" The curious Rangga asked the accompanying male nurse.

"Evening there was a strange incident, the glass in the ward where the Asih foam was treated broke simultaneously. Bu Asih itself was found to be in appalling condition. I don't know what happened but from the cctv footage something attacked Bu Asih."

"The father and mother are the Asih Bu family?" ask the nurse.

"Yes, we used to be one orphanage and Bu Asih has been like family to us" replied Rangga.

The nurse nodded her head. Rangga again asked, "Is there no other family to look at?"

"His husband died about four or five months ago, I forgot. If the other family is just his sister-in-law who often come here but even then for a while. He just left me some money for treatment."

Rangga and Erna stared at each other with complicated expressions, "Sorry but is it okay if Bu Asih we take it home? What conditions are possible?"

"If this please consult first to the team of doctors who handle," the nurse opened the schedule of the visit and continued to talk, "If the father and mother want to consult, then the nurse will open the schedule of the visit, at one o'clock in the afternoon there was a visit from Dr. Thalia."

"Hour one? Well we'll wait for you, can we be included in the consultation list today?" Erna answered quickly.

The nurse nodded and wrote the names of the two to the doctor's consultation schedule. Ferdian deliberately kept his distance to make room for the two to chat with the nurse. From behind the big window, Ferdian could see Asih who was still in his position. Shut up with a blank look.

"Cck, I wonder what exactly makes him depressed? If it's just Tami's death it's a little absurd." 

"It's none of our business! Tami's our top priority!" Louise reappeared and sat down next to Ferdian.

"Yes, but …,"

"Look, our main job is to complete the client's last wishes. Other problems that arise along with it just think of it as a side mistake that becomes part of the twist of fate. Understood?" Louise explained firmly.

"Yes, yeah, well you're the sweet boss. So, how's Tami?" 

Ferdian found out the whereabouts of a couple who were discussing with a nurse. He found the two were having a serious discussion in front of the mosque.

"I need to talk to them first."

Ferdian left Louise and walked up to the couple. "I'm sorry I have to talk to you both."

Erna and Rangga looked tense, they did not answer but waited for Ferdian to speak. 

"I wanted to make sure that Tami is your daughter." Ferdian paused his sentence.

"What are the physical characteristics of your daughter?"

"Annisa has a birthmark on her calf, the birth time of the sign is reddish instead of black as usual." Rangga answered exactly.

"When he was taken by Asih, we brought him a teddy bear, from Asih we knew the doll was named Bubu." Erna connecting.

The answer both convince Ferdian if Erna and Rangga are indeed Tami's parents aka Annisa. 

"Listen I know this is hard for both of you as parents, but Tami um I mean Annisa's in need of your help."

"I mean father?"

"I know this doesn't make sense, but if you were given the chance to meet Tami again what would you do?" Ferdian said it seriously.

Erna and Rangga could not answer, a lot of things they wanted to do together such as given the opportunity to live again. But it was clearly impossible, fate had separated them.

"When time plays again, I will never let go of Annisa for Asih. I am sorry and want my son back. I wanted to hug him and not part." Erna was crying bitterly.

His intention of helping Asih led to long regrets. Since losing contact with Asih, Erna has always been haunted by guilt. Efforts have been made to search for Asih, Erwin, and Annisa's whereabouts but have been unsuccessful. To this day, the news comes despite the sad news.

"Pak Ferdi can help us?" Rangga looked seriously at Ferdian. "I know this is no ordinary coincidence. Mr. Ferdi came for sure because there was a purpose, you said messenger right? Does Mr Ferdi know my daughter Annisa?"

Ferdian looked at the two alternately, he took a deep breath and nodded. "Your daughter asked me to find her parents. He misses you, he loves you so much, he just wants to be perfected by his parents."
