Curious Spirit Courier

Curious Spirit Courier
Handsome King of the South

Ferdian walked side by side with Reino, the eyes of the two couriers staring intently around. The forest they entered was not very dense but quite thick with its magical aura. The thin fog still enveloped the forest. Lonely, quiet, even the sound of birds or beetles that always ring adorning the forest was not heard.

"Mas Ferdi, this forest is too quiet. It feels a little weird." Reino whispered with eyes that remained vigilant.

"It's too quiet, it's more like a grave."

Reino stops at one point, he pulls out a compass and a map that Thomas gives him. Reino tries to match their location to Louise's clue.

"We have to walk to the North, the point Thomas meant is still five hundred meters away."

Ferdian squatted watching the trail on the damp ground. "Surprisingly, this is not a bear trail. The information I got here has no wild animals, only coyotes or wolves. Not even a tiger has ever been seen."

Reino approached Ferdian and took notice of the deep footprints Ferdian was looking at.

"Too weird for a bear or a tiger trail?"

"No, this is too big." Ferdian.

The animal's crude growling sounds echoed shortly after Ferdian spoke, both looking at each other.

"Ups the creature's ears might be flushed!" seloroh Reino's.

Suddenly the compass needle rotates in no direction. Reino and Ferdian were surprised, "We got caught!" Reino smiled cynically.

"Prepare, they definitely won't let us get away from this place." Ferdian's fast.

Just as Ferdian closed his mouth, a hostile air ambushed the two. Dark clouds suddenly came to cover the sunlight, the temperature dropped dramatically, followed by the greatness of the black shadow that began to dance pitting the guts of the two couriers.

"Their numbers seem like a lot, we're under siege." Ferdian's whispers were standing on Reino's back.

"Thomas said we should show the paper roll, right? Can it be done now?" Reino reminded Thomas of the message.

"Wait for the right time."

Unarmed by any weapons, the two stood on their backs, guarding each other. The sounds of whispers and murmurs began to be heard, the voice of women who laughed giggling and the voices of unclear calls alternately greeted the courage of the two.

"Why don't we use Thomas' power to destroy them?" Reino whispered back.

"You remember what Thomas said? Approach the ruler and negotiate before we take the second option."

"Second option, huh? Just imagine I'm lazy." Reino clucked in annoyance.

Before leaving for this forest Thomas tells Ferdian and Reino what happened. Their mission is to free four climber spirits who are being held captive by the mountain's ruler for killing his twin daughter.

Four young men boarded a cable car made by local residents, the four intended to climb the forbidden mountain to get the heirloom that is said to be expensive. Villagers had reminded abstinence about the ban on approaching gold.

The golden congregation was said to be the embodiment of the daughter of the mountain spirit lord. The congregation with a special mark like a crown on its head. Anyone who sees the gold will be sedated and fascinated to have it. Not a single citizen dared to approach the forbidden forest except through the caretaker. But the four young men were recklessly breaking.

Shortly after getting off the village's ropeway, one of the young men saw a gold congregation of two people living in the wild. The four darkened their eyes and hunted down the mountain ruler's daughter and killed her.

Not only one, they also hunt their partners. The enraged mountain ruler sent his soldiers to retrieve the bodies of his two daughters before being taken away by the four foolish young men.

As if nature was friendly to the murkur of the mountain ruler, the wind came so fast along with the appearance of strange clouds hanging in the sky. The cable car they used fell from a height of dozens of meters. The carriage rope is broken after it is not strong to withstand excess load. They also died horribly.

A hoarse voice, devoid of form echoed as if surrounding Ferdian and Reino. "We have come to meet the ruler of the southern mountain!"

Ferdian shouted out loud, his eyes cautiously observing around as well as Reino. The transparent black shadow floated quickly above the two, then stopped appearing.

Long hair tangled as it decomposed, a pale face with eyes staring at both of them, a black mouth accompanied by long black hoofed hands, the figure floated before Ferdian.

'How dare you come to harass our king! Do you intend to pawn your life!'

This time Reino said, "I'm sorry but we have urgent business, and the matter of putting lives is very sensitive. I still want to have fun with humans."

The figure laughed out loud, he then quickly approached towards Reino and left a distance of only an inch.

"I like brave young men like you! You're not scared and you smell good too, can I eat you?"

Reino raised both eyebrows together, "You're so polite, you can fight this!"

Reino quickly snatched the neck of the monstrous figure similar to the kuntilanak with his hand. Draining the supernatural energy it possessed and cast a spell. The ancient Javanese Sigil immediately appeared around the body of the figure who was now screaming and struggling with heat.

"Take me to your king, unconditionally!" Ruffled Reino with golden eyes.

"Good, fine! Take off your hands and I'll take you to meet the king!"

"You think I'm stupid, heh!"

Reino again uttered a different spell that locked the movements of the female forest guard figure. Now the figure could not move and was in the power of Reino.

"Wow, good job, man! I didn't think you could master Reino's magic!" Ferdian swatted proudly at his co-worker.

"Let's go, Thomas worked mysteriously on me. It all just happened."

"You better show us the way!" Ferdian smirked at that helpless hovering figure.

A thin thread was bound on Reino's ring finger, the same thread also binding the body of the sinister figure. Make it run according to Reino's orders. It didn't take long for them to arrive at the southern mountain kingdom. The figure was not immediately released Reino, they waited until the king came to meet.

"My king won't spare you!" The figure began to wriggle and scream.

"Hey, quiet! Your voice is so ugly John's voice is even better even if he's a creature too!" Reply cynical Reino.

The big door on the east side opened wide, Ferdian and Reino were waiting for who had emerged from behind the door. The figure in Reino's captive chuckled.

"King come and accept your punishment!"

The sound of footsteps could be heard filling the room. Reino and Ferdian looked at each other, the move getting closer and closer. Finally a handsome man walked over smiling at two of Thomas' couriers.

"Welcome to my kingdom, Ferdian, Reino!"

Two Handsome Couriers were flabbergasted, they did not expect that the southern side of the mountain ruler was so young that it might even be the same age as Reino.

"Rein, are we in the land of a thousand and one nights?" Ferdian whispered softly and Reino replied.

"The women's dreamland looks like a mas!"
