Ferdian pondered in the room, staring at the picture of Mia and Agung. "Sorry papa, Gung" he said.

His chest felt tight in the face of a dilemma situation. With his powers Ferdian is convinced he can save Agung, but the blood covenant with Thomas cannot be undone. Ferdian could have been reckless and brushed through Thomas' magical barrier so he could get close to the family, but it was very risky. 

John tells him that if Ferdian steps out of Thomas' magical barrier, his soul will be destroyed. It meant that he died in the true sense, unable to reincarnate, crumbling into dust.

Ferdian scooped up a lot of air to fill his lungs. "I have to find out what's really going on."

A unique badge bearing Thomas' shiny gift, Ferdian opens the dimensional gate. He stepped out to the scene, the police line still there. Ferdian circulated the view to every corner of the house, with heavy strides he barged into the house that used to be his residence.

"Damn, locked!" Ferdian searched the house keys in the reserve but could not find them.

"Well, why isn't there a spare key? As I recall the only ones who knew this secret place were Mia, me and the Great. Does anyone else know?"

Ferdian decided to use his special powers to open the door. Once stepped in, blood was seen where from the living room to the bathroom. A rancid and unpleasant smell filled the room, Ferdian covered his nose because of the smell that made him nauseous.

"It's crazy! This much blood is the victim also a lot? But who?"

"The Andi Park, the Tina bush, his two sons and two servants. They died with sharp gun wounds that were quite fatal!" John's voice shocked Ferdian.

"What's? That means one family was killed and my son was the suspect?" 

John in his baritone voice replied, "There were eyewitnesses who saw him running away from this house. Eyewitnesses made sure it was a great one. It's just that Agung was in a state of fear because according to eyewitnesses, he had a chance to scream and ask what happened but your son replied with, fear."

Ferdian fell silent while thinking, "that means he's not the culprit! He just happened to be in the wrong place. I'm not sure if my son can do it either."

"Unfortunately the evidence found says another. Your son's fingerprints were found in several places as well as a weapon allegedly used to kill your family."

"What?!" Ferdian was confused, but as a father he remained confident that his son did not do so.

John moves between the puddles of dried blood where the victim was found. He watched carefully and shook his head.

"It's sadistic once I can see them tormented with this much blood. Are you sure your son doesn't have a fear of blood? Because I really wish he had it under these conditions."

Ferdian shook his head, he took notice of the scene. "Unfortunately not."

John squatted down and found something sparkling under the dining table. "What's this?"

Ferdian turned his head and watched the silver flat object John was holding.

"Geezoo! This …,"

"What, do you recognize him?" John curious.

"This is the pendant I gave to the Great just before I went on Thomas' mission. I gave it as a parting gift. But how could this be cut off, it was impossible to do with the strength of an ordinary hand or without a sharp object.

Ferdian stared at the silver pendant patterned with broken peacock feathers, he deliberately chose the pendant for his son because it was uniquely shaped. Ferdian tightly grasped the pendant in his grasp.

"I must find the Great!"

John stood looking at Ferdian unsure, "Where are you going to look for him? Your new house was eaten by fire a few days ago."

"Burning?"

"Some people provoke the citizens to come to your new home looking for the Great."

"Mia ...," Ferdian limply imagined Mia's fate now.

"Mia in Malik's protection. You take it easy, we just .. don't find the Great."

Ferdian's eyes were heating up, indeed he did not expect that his perfect plan to leave the family had to end tragically. Mia's dream home is on fire and Agung is gone. What should he do now? He's in a big dilemma, should Ferdian recklessly break through the magical barrier and meet Mia?

"Good, healthy, just a little shock. Princess Malik always comforts her." John replied giving Ferdian peace of mind.

"What's my fault, John? Why is this happening to my family?" Ferdian's raucous voice rattled John's conscience bringing forth another character in him.

"Jej, where is Ferdi's fault! Wrong is the dead body! Try jej inget-inget deh any wrong apose of them? Can this Jedong of them are criminals so killed by the same people!" 

"That's it, but these people were not so close to my family, when Mia and I were in trouble they just insulted us and made inappropriate words" Ferdian recalled bitterly.

A line of cynical smiles appeared on John's lips, "ooh pantes dong they died so. People aren't okay with sodara themselves! Kek don't worry Eike will help Ferdi find the Great. Eik kelarin was born to Thom-thom's men! Yuuuks ah now cap cuuuuzz we get out of here!"

John forcibly pulls Ferdian's arm, opening the dimensional portal to another place. Meanwhile Thomas meets Reino giving him a new assignment to deliver the spirit.

Reino awaits Thomas' arrival, the clock shows at one in the morning but the sign of the demonic carriage circuit has not yet appeared. 

"The train came a little late," the voice of the woman in soft yellow dress surprised him.

"Louise? Thankfully I don't hang!"

Louise smiled behind her beautiful hat that partially covered her face.

"The task this time is a bit of an energy drain, so be prepared!" 

"Don't Thomas ask us to do our duty together? Why is it changing now?"

Louise looked over, looking at Reino. "When did I say, you weren't together?"

Reino frowned, trying to decipher Louise's mysterious smile. "Hhm, so …,"

The sound of a long whistle was heard breaking the series of words that would come out of Reino's lips.

"Here you come!" murmured Louise softly, pulling the corners of her lips beautifully.

The car stopped in front of the two. The door of the three carriages opened emitting a thin smoke making the atmosphere even more horror. Thomas came down with his beloved wand.

"Mr Reino, are you ready for the next mission?"

"Sure, there's no other choice, right? But why did you call me alone, instead of yesterday we agreed that Ferdi and I were partners?"

Thomas smiled, "you are partners but not now. You need to solve this case before you get to Ferdian."

Reino was still waiting, his feeling saying something was wrong. Louise and Thomas are too suspicious for him. 

"Come out son, meet Uncle Reino!" Thomas exclaims to call upon the spirit of Reino's client.

The boy? Is he a kid again just like Tami?

Inner Reino churned as he looked at the figure descending down the stairs. The brightly illuminated light made Reino a little difficult to see who was down. 

"This is your new client Mr. Reino!"

Reino widened as his eyes saw clearly who the figure standing before him was. He looked at Thomas and Louise in turn.

"I-this is …,"

Thomas nodded faintly, "do your duty well Mr. Reino, this will be a little dramatic!"
