Ferdian stood on the edge of the platform, no chariot came to pick up the two spirits that were now with him. Louise and John stand a few feet from Ferdian.
"You sure this is gonna work?" Louise whispered unblinkingly, her eyes watching Ferdian's movements.
"I hope so, we'll just ignite her emotions and lead her to the forbidden." John replied in a baritone tone.
"It's a pity that I'm starting to like it." John turned his head towards Louise, making sure that the woman in the yellow dress was telling the truth.
"You, like it? Are you serious, you're a courier controller how can you like Louise, remember our rules! You could jeopardize the mission."
"Hhm, John .. Just like Thomas I'm tired too, wanting to have love. But forget it, Ferdian will be the next Guard that means I'll keep him company, won't I?"
John still unblinkingly looked at Louise, "yeah and it's a very long Lou!" He turned his gaze towards Ferdian, "it will be a long time." John repeated his words again.
The series of demonic chariots had not yet come, Ferdian was restless. He paced back and forth while looking at the large wall clock near the entrance.
"Tell me what happened, Lou?!" He exclaimed with a tone full of anxiety.
"So, maybe Thomas should get permission to some place!" Louise answered a little lie.
"Haha, how funny Lou is! I don't like situations like this. My time is running low and Aiman must be waiting for proof from me."
"Who's Aiman?" The heavy voice that Ferdian was waiting for finally came.
"Thomas?" Ferdian peered over the shoulder of the hundreds-year-old old man. "Where's your train?"
"Hhm, I thought you were looking for me instead of a ghost train?" Thomas was upset. "How's your job?"
"They've met his son, and my duty is not over." Answer Ferdian flat.
"You sure you didn't miss something?" Thomas stared at him sharply, reminding Ferdian of John's warning.
"Hhm, I don't think so." Ferdian's gambang answer made him look even more agitated.
Thomas did not believe it, he stared fixedly at the courier who would soon become his successor. "What have you done, Mr Ferdian?"
"I? There ain't?" Ferdian answered trying to cover up his actions.
"You know I know everything? Every act of my courier, every carelessness, every success .. I always appreciate it." Thomas said flatly and coldly, a sentence that slid from his mouth full of unusual pressure.
"I even know you broke my rules! No courier's actions have passed from my eyes, Mr. Ferdian!" Thomas's tone of voice rose an octave higher.
"I'm sorry, I just .. seek justice for my son." Ferdian sahut slowly.
Thomas was still staring unblinkingly, his eyes sharp and his jaw hardened. "I never allow couriers to enter past memories or peer into the future of man! It's against the rules of the sky! The Creator's rules! You're only allowed to see the past in spirits, nothing more!"
"But I have to save my son!" Ferdian defended himself.
"What is your mission regarding the rescue of your son!" Thomas rebuked and it took Ferdian by surprise. Thomas stared intently at Ferdian still with disordered breath. "Is that boy your son?"
Thomas pointed towards the back of Ferdian. The forty-year-old courier twisted his body, surprised to find the Great figure coming with Reino.
"Relations? Why are you there ..," Ferdian rolled back his body, his eyes looking at Thomas who was still cold-faced.
"Don't tell me that Agung is dead!" Continue to ascertain the truth of what he sees.
"This is a special station between two worlds. If Agung is here it means he's dead."
Ferdian was wide-eyed, he could speak nothing but his head turned down the fact that Agung was gone.
"You promised to protect my son, you promised to protect Mia too! Then why is my son here!"
Ferdian's raucous voice called out his disappointment to Thomas. He took Thomas' promise when the blood covenant was made. Thomas was still acting cold, he glanced at Reino and gave the code to stay away.
"I did promise to look after him but not with the destiny of his life. Your son is destined to die at such a young age, I can't touch the human destiny line."
"Near your papa boy, calm him down!" Whisper Reino for a moment before moving away.
Agung walked slowly, his face was filled with regret and sadness. Agung regretted that he left without saying goodbye to Mia, regretting not being able to take care of his mother well, regretting that he had followed the instructions of an unknown person until he ended up here.
"Mr …,"
Ferdian could not hold back his tears, he hugged Agung tightly. Really he missed Agung very much, who would have thought if they had to meet in such a sad condition like today. Louise looked at Haru, a small part of her heart felt an immense pain as Ferdian cried.
"I hate this situation!" Louise was about to leave but was arrested by John.
John said seriously, his expression so cold and cruel. His masculine side dominates, Louise can say nothing but obey John. He closed his eyes to not see the heartwarming scene of the father and son.
"Why Louise, John?" Reino is intrigued by Louise's attitude.
"That reminds me of Louise's past."
Reino did not want to ask further, he was more interested in the heartwarming scene in plain sight. "Will Ferdi be okay, John?"
"So, let's see it later." Answer John flat.
Ferdian broke his embrace, he stared fixedly at the longed face of Agung. Examine each limb that is clearly still intact. Louise had done her job well until the appearance of Agung was fine.
"Tell papa how did you get here? Answer, who did it?"
Ferdian very much hoped his son would answer, but Agung just looked down lethargic. Can't answer what his father asked.
"Gung, look at papa! Who did it to you? Papa just wants to know, son." This time Ferdian slightly softened his voice so that Agung would open his voice.
"Fear of reward,"
"Why afraid? There's papa here. Tell me who did it?"
Agung turned his head towards Reino asking for approval but Reino could not do much, he just smiled wryly.
"I hope she says it" whispered Louise from behind her big hat.
"I hope not!" Reino said casually, John and Louise stared intently at him.
"What, where's the fault? Aren't you guys thinking about Ferdi's feelings?"
John snorted, "he should say, do you want to be the next guard in Ferdian's place?!"
Reino scratched his head, his hope turned out to be wrong. "Uups, the wrong answer apparently."
Agung was worried, he looked at Thomas who nodded faintly at him then looked at Ferdian. "I ... given the faint shadow, I'm not too sure of the reward but …,"
"Tell me Gung, who did it?!" Ferdian was getting impatient, his emotions peaking.
"He-heri, heri pah!" Finally one name was uttered from the mouth of the Great and it made Ferdian stunned.
His eyes stared perfectly round, he trembled, his knees barely supporting his body. Thomas wished his ears were wrong.
"God? But ... He said he didn't do it?!"
"Last Great saw that Heri was there, in the woods. Although faint, Agung was sure it was Heri." Said slowly.
"The last words of the spirits cannot be manipulated by Mr. Ferdian." Thomas chimed.
"Reino!" Ferdian shouted to his companion.
Reino was a little nervous because he never saw Ferdian in an angry position. "Yes, mom!"
"You are in charge of the Supreme, is it true what he said?!"
"Unfortunately so," Reino replied raising both shoulders.
Ferdian's jaw hardened, he turned to look at Thomas. "You betrayed our agreement, Thomas! You broke your promise to protect my family! I demand revenge for this, and I will punish them!"
Ferdian walked up to the two spirits who were supposed to be riding the carriage, "listen to me carefully, I will punish your son and do not expect me to forgive you!"
Ferdian opens the dimensional portal, his goal one is to search for Heri.
"I remind you Mr. Ferdian, whatever you have in mind .. Don't do it!" Thomas said seriously to Ferdian.
"You don't have to remind me after what you did to me, to my family!" Ferdian Sahut steps foot into the dimensional portal.
"Eh, where's Ferdi? Should I follow him?" Reino worried about Ferdian's condition leaving in anger.
"No, let him do what needs to be done." Louise said flatly, followed by a wry smile from John.
But Reino disagrees with the two, catches up with Ferdian and ignores warnings not to interfere.
"At least I can give him some spirit as a co-worker!" Kill it when you leave.
