2. The One Night Stand

He opened it, then was greeted by pools of blood and corpses piled on the floor. A frown appeared on his forehead, then touched one of the corpses. The corpses had a connection with the Ye Clan based on what he felt when he touched it.

There was no expression on his face. But suddenly his mind was focused on the woman he had met earlier. Not knowing what he was thinking, he closed the door and sealed the place so that the scent of blood did not come out. He went downstairs to find the woman.

She has a unique pair of blue night irises. His eyes moved, circulating the gaze in all directions, then following the faintly discernible fishy scent. He slightly ran to one side, then found the figure that was being sought in an enclosed room.

The woman seemed to want to escape through the window.

"How much do you know?" The man asked in an interrogating tone, but his countenance looked calm.

Gu Yuena frowned. Is he being interrogated? It seems like this is not just a matter of murder being committed. Unfortunately, he did not know what the man meant. "What do you mean?"

"The people who died in the second-floor room have something to do with the Ye Clan, don't you know or pretend?"

Gu Yuena narrowed her eyes. "I'm sure you're not from the Ye Clan, but what is their relationship with you? No, right? If someone dies, do you deserve to interfere?"

The man looked at Gu Yuena carefully, trying to assess something. He lowered his gaze, then sighed. "I don't know who you are, but I suggest you go far and not come back."

"I know and I'll do it." Gu Yuena had no intention of showing her identity.

"That's great." The man seemed to be ending this unimportant talk. Or actually he was wrong so he wanted to end it. He went up and said, "Take no today, you've never met me."

Gu Yuena looked at him for a while. He leaned against the support of the chair, then tapped his finger on the table before finally remembering that his back still hurt. Maybe there is someone who does not know him, he better ask a little help.

Gu Yuena smiled. He propped his head up with both hands, while looking at the handsome man in front of him with a look of admiration.

"Don't look at me like that." The man protested.

Gu Yuena's face became pouted. "Don't protest, I'm so frustrated."

"You're still angry at the Ye Clan?" The man tried to guess.

Gu Yuena shook her head. "More than that. I don't care about the Ye Clan or the Ye clan, but I care more about myself. I don't know how I got here. What am I supposed to do? Did I just run?"

The man had no response whatsoever. To be honest, he did not know how to persuade someone who was frustrated. He also did not need to care so much about this strange girl. They will only meet once.

The sweet taste of the wine on Gu Yuena's intoxicating tongue made the man even more deeply into the grounds. He got carried away, and lifted the woman's legs and pressed her nape. He did not even care about the wine jars that fell from the table because they were encouraged by their activities.

Because the table was too small and made it not free, he took the woman easily to the bed that was displayed not far from where she was. His gaze met a glance with Gu Yuena below him.

"I'm not someone who'll stop in the middle if you do something, so tell me from now on if you want to stop." He gave consideration while enduring the heat in his body.

Gu Yuena just looked at it. He smiled, then wrapped his arms around the neck of the foreign man in front of him. "We won't see each other again, it's okay to make a few memories."

There was no more calmness on that handsome face. The smell of wine on the woman's body was so intoxicating, it made her no longer able to stop.

That night will be a memorable one-night love and hard to forget.
