A pair of open red irises. The thing he saw was an opaque place. It was so blurry it felt uncomfortable.

Gu Yuena took a sitting position while rubbing her eyes to look normally. When he opened his eyes for the second time, the thing he saw was the rocks stuck to each other on the hard wall.

The man looks to be in his 30s. On his shirt, there was a special identification mark of the guild members. It seemed like he was a senior member, as it had a slightly different identifier than most members.

Bai Youzhe's connection wasn't messing around.

"Welcome, Young Master Luo. I've been waiting for you after all this time." The man warmly nodded. He looked at Bai Youzhe's appearance which was quite different from a few years ago. "Some years don't meet, you change a lot."

"Warren's inside?" Bai Youzhe was straight to the point.

"Of course, but lately he's been so busy that his hair is falling out. Since you've come all the way, how about we have a little chat? I have hot cocoa from the west, very rare!"

"Tell him I have business." Bai Youzhe resisted the pleasantries of making the man pout.

"Always like this." The man sighed. When his gaze was directed at the beautiful girl behind Bai Youzhe, he was quite gobsmacked.

But Bai Youzhe's cold gaze made her shrink before she could ask. He also directed the two of them to enter the guild.

There were very many alchemists wandering around carrying items in the form of medicinal plants and furnaces. It seemed like there was renovation work so they all looked very busy moving things around.

There are so many books. Not only books, there are also lockers with medicinal ingredients and some medicinal plants grown in pots. There was a circular staircase in the middle of the room, leading to the medicine garden up there.

A classic room that was very typical for an alchemist. There were even a large collection of furnaces at various angles.

At the end there, there appeared a middle-aged man with a thick mustache and beard. His hair had become gray due to his age. He was wearing round glasses, seemingly researching a potion powder on the table.

"Brian Warren, do you hear me?" The man ruffled his waist in front of the table of a middle-aged man named Brian Warren. Not many know his first name, because he is used to being called Mr. Warren or Warren.

The middle-aged man looked up at his chatty co-worker. When his gaze was directed at Bai Youzhe, he immediately rose from his chair and gave up all his work.

"Haha, Luo Youzhe, we haven't seen each other in a long time." He just walked up to the young man with a smile.
