The outdoor library is open to the public every day. Unlike the inner courtyard library and Yuansu Palace which had many high-level and most complete training techniques, the outer courtyard library only had magic techniques from the red to the yellow level only.

Training techniques for all professions are divided into seven types from lowest to highest. Just like the rainbow colors, there is the lowest level of red, followed by orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and purple for the highest.
