Rey's point of view
Danisa's asleep. It seemed like the effect of the medicine he took after breakfast had already worked well. Slowly Rey lifted a little Danisa's head and pulled her hand which had been used as a pillow for the sleeping wife.
He inched down from the bed and covered Danisa's body. She had a naturally beautiful and innocent face without that makeup. The back of his hand he stuck to his forehead, still feeling a little warm even though it wasn't as hot as last night.
Rey felt guilty. He should be able to think more about how busy their schedule, the winter weather that was not used to facing the wife, plus every night he could never stop to ask Danisa to serve him.
He smiled softly. "Sorry, my dear. You're sick like this." Slowly rubbed the wife's cheek.
Not bored he stared at that spotless white face. Almost every time Danisa fell asleep she always looked at him for a while like this. He still could not believe that now his life was so empty and gloomy, turned into this happy after the arrival of a cheerful little girl named Danisa.
Despite his age, Danisa has everything Rey has ever wanted to have by someone who became his wife. Danisa is so considerate, sensitive, spoiled, and most importantly the girl loves her.
Rey often cursed herself, why she used to be so stupid to be lured to a female player like Amanda. He realized that the woman had never really loved him.
His words were as sweet as honey, his touch making him opiate. But painful, all that he did not give to Rey alone, but to many men. His status as a legitimate husband, does not make Amanda give her loyalty to Rey.
Different from Danisa. The girl was so pure and what she was. Sweet words are rarely spoken from him, but somehow Rey feels so comfortable when chatting, joking, or just sitting in one place, doing nothing and doing their own activities.
Danisa rarely talks about love, but all her mannerisms and speech imply her love for Rey.
Attention when Rey forgets to eat because he is busy working, making small meals or just tea for himself when he comes home from work, chattering about the nutritional content Rey needs when they shop for groceries, until the dark circles around her eyes that always worried Danisa because Rey worked late at night.
Such things are the love that Danisa always shows.
That's the real love Rey now knows what she's supposed to be like. What he knows from a girl who is 12 years younger than him.
If he remembered how the love Danisa showed him he was always grateful that the girl could receive him who was more deserving of being his uncle. Girls as good and beautiful as Danisa, should be able to get a life partner who is not too far away. Who can still wait for Danisa to graduate college, just thinking of getting married.
The age of Rey who had stepped on the head of three made him no longer able to wait. Although a little pushy, and with a little ego, he was finally able to make the girl his wife. She became a wife at the age of 18.
Therefore, Rey promised herself that she would make the girl before her as the only woman who would accompany her until death separated. He will be happy, loving and loving with all his heart.
Therefore, Danisa who is now lying sick makes Rey feel guilty. He wants Danisa to get well soon. It was heartless to see him lying weak even though the pain was not severe and only because of fatigue.
He got up from the side of the bed and put on his winter coat. He intends to buy some extra red ginseng recommended by the doctor so that the health of the wife quickly recover.
He walked out of the hotel room. Soon he arrived at the minimarket. He bought a few extra packs of red ginseng and headed for the cashier.
Then Rey came out of the minimarket and intended to meet the wife immediately back in their hotel room. But when in front of the minimarket, a man greeted him with Japanese.
"Sir Rey?" The middle-aged man was not so sure.
Rey looked over and saw the figure she knew. "Sir Watanabe?"
They shake hands. Rey was not too happy with the meeting. "I didn't think we'd meet here. Are you in Korea? Is there a specific need? Well, there may be your clients here. That's great of you, sir. Your ability has amazed people from different countries."
He continued to chatter, while Rey could only smile awkwardly. I want him to leave that man soon.
"I'm not here working. I'm on my honeymoon with my wife." Rey finally got a chance to talk.
"I'm sorry I was in a hurry. Excuse um. " Rey said as she left the man.
"Sir Rey, I have something to talk about. Just sec. Can you come with me to the coffee shop on the corner? Just for a second." The man said a little forcefully.
"Sorry me... "
"Sir Rey, I beg you. Let me buy you a cup of coffee to make amends. After you returned to Indonesia I completely lost the opportunity to apologize directly to you, sir. I only need 10 minutes, not 5 minutes is enough."
Rey was silent for a moment, thinking. It seemed like it was okay if he chatted for a while. He also wanted to know about one thing from the man, who had been disturbing his mind.
He finally agreed. A few days later, they were in a coffee shop. They sat at the corner table by the window.
A waiter kept two cups of coffee in front of them.
"So what do you want to say?" Ask Rey straight to the point.
"Before that, let's drink the coffee first, sir. You look a little cold."
Unsuspecting anything, Rey grabbed the cup and drank half of it, wanting to leave immediately.
"Okay, I'll get straight to the point. I want to apologize to you directly for my inappropriate behavior that I had with my wife. I really regret it. I apologize profusely." The man who was much older than Rey was until he bowed deeply, truly regretting his actions.
"I've forgotten it. I'm divorced from Manda." Anyway."
"really?" The man was so surprised.
"You don't need to be surprised. I should have done it a long time ago. You know very well what my relationship with Manda is like." Rey's words are full of insinuations.
The man was nervous. "I don't understand what you mean."
"You don't have to pretend. I know you've been helping Manda hide her affair with a lot of men."
"I... "
"Not to be discussed anymore. I've forgotten everything. I am married and I am very happy now. It no longer matters what you do with my ex-wife. But there's one thing I want to ask you."
"Please ask me anything. I will try to answer it to my knowledge." His speech stammered.
Rey suddenly felt very sleepy. His eyes are heavy. He was suspicious of the coffee in front of him. He tried to stay awake.
"What..that you put...into that coffee?" Ask Rey limp.
The man was silent and did not react.
"Jawab, what this also has to do with... the CEO Amanda worked for? Mr. Akagi...?"
Rey kept trying to squeeze his hand so he could stay awake.
"Jawab, dammit! Is it your boss who's been keeping Amanda. Jaw... " Rey did not continue his words, because now he fell unconscious on the sofa where he was sitting.
