Bik Susan approached the bed, she then touched Grandpa Wira's hand. "It's cold, Neng," said Bik Susan, looking worried.

Gintani. Feelings of anxiety began to attack him. "Is it possible Grandpa soy sauce, Bik?" ask Gintani.

"Maybe, Neng." Bik Susan replied while rubbing the palms of Grandpa Wira alternately.

"Grandfather, Wake up, Cake!" gintani called out slowly to his grandfather.

But there was no movement at all from Grandfather Hero. His breathing began to weaken slightly, his heartbeat even slower. Gintani was very worried to see the condition of the grandfather who began to look pale.

"Sir, should we just take Grandpa to the hospital?" ask Gintani.

"But Neng, the mamang again called the doctor, we should just wait until the mamang comes home," suggested Bik Susan.

Gintani. Anxiety is increasingly evident in the look on Gintani's face.

Half an hour later, there was a sound of a motorbike being parked in the yard. Bik Susan immediately came out to see who was coming.

"Ah, it's finally coming too" Bik Susan said with relief.

"Where are you, Yi? Are you aware?" asked Mang Rakib to his wife.

"Not yet, Kang," replied Bik Susan.

"Yes already atuh. Come on in, Doctor Sir!" Mang Rakib invited doctor Iwan in.

Doctor Iwan nodded. He followed Mang Rakib into Grandpa Wira's room. Doctor Iwan was very surprised to see the state of Grandfather Wira who had gone pale. He immediately took out his medical equipment and began to examine Grandfather Wira closely.

A few minutes later.

"Sorry, Kang Rakib, we should take Mr. Wira to the hospital only," advised Dr. Iwan after finishing checking the condition of Grandpa Wira.

"But-But, why Sok? Is Mr Wira's condition so serious that he has to be taken to the hospital?" asked Mang Rakib, riled up.

Doctor Iwan whispered something in Mang Rakib's ear. Mang Rakib's face changed. For a while Mang Rakib was only able to stay still, until finally the touch of doctor Iwan's hand brought Mang Rakib to his consciousness.

"Then, let me borrow a village ambulance first, Mr. Doctor," said Mang Rakib.

"Don't be long, Kang. We need to get Mr Wira to the hospital!" doctor Iwan orders Mang Rakib.

Mang Rakib could only nod. With an erratic feeling, he runs his bike at a fairly high speed.

Gintani, who felt that something was wrong with his grandfather's condition, immediately entered his grandfather's room. "What's wrong with my grandfather, Doc? What the hell happened to him? Why does my grandfather look so pale?" ask Gintani.

The middle-aged doctor could only stare at Gintani with a feeling of pity. "Patience, Son Gintan. We'd better pray that your grandfather will be strong through all this" replied doctor Iwan.

"W-What do you mean, doctor?" gintani asked increasingly cluelessly.

"Sorry Nak Gintan, I can't explain my presumption. But I suggest, you can sincerely accept all the possibilities that occur," replied doctor Iwan patted Gintani's shoulder gently.

Gintani was surprised, he could only stare at the nanar of the grandfather who was lying helplessly.

The road was quiet, and within 25 minutes, an ambulance arrived at the hospital.

"You take care of the registration, let me take Mr. Wira to the ER," doctor Iwan ordered Gintani.

Gintani nodded, she immediately ran towards the registration section. While Iwan's doctor, he asked the male nurse to help move the patient to the hospital gurney.

Quickly, the two nurses moved Grandfather Hero. They then took Grandfather Wira to the ER room. Doctor Iwan ran small following the nurse's second steps. Although his heart felt pessimistic about Grandpa Wira's safety, but Doctor Iwan eagerly accompanied the nurses to the ER room.

Arriving there, Grandfather Wira was immediately given the first action. But God has other plans. The attempt did not work out well, because it seemed, Grandfather Wira had left since he was still at home.

The ER door is wide open. A doctor who handled Grandpa Wira approached the doctor Iwan and Mang Rakib who had arrived on the spot.

"How, Doc?" ask doctor Iwan.

"I'm sorry, we didn't manage to save the patient. It seems that the patient was gone for good by the time he was on his way here" replied the doctor who treated Grandfather Wira

Brak!

Unknowingly, Gintani drops every need of Grandfather Hero she has bought in the pharmacy. Starting from wet tissue, adult pampers and some bread packs.

"No...! It is impossible that my grandfather has left... The doctor was joking, right?" tanya Gintani held the doctor's collar.

"Neng, relax!" said Mang Rakib embrace Gintani's shoulder.

"How can Gintan calm down?! Grandpa is dead... He's gone for ever. She ... she could leave Gintan alone here. How can Gintan calm down, Mang?" Gintani's body feels weak, his legs are no longer able to support his body, until finally Gintani limbung.

Mang Rakib who was beside him immediately held Gintani so as not to fall to the floor. "Mamang understands, Neng. Mamang is also sad to see the reality" said Mang Rakib.

"For Gintan, grandfather is the most precious person. Gintan can not live without grandfather," said Lirih Gintani in the arms of Mang Rakib.

"Mamang knows, but Neng has to be strong. Neng still has the same mother Susan. Neng still has the baby. Neng must be strong for the sake of the child who is in the womb Neng." Mang Rakib tries to encourage Gintani.

"What's grandpa really, Doc? Why did he die?" ask Gintani.

"Your grandfather had a heart attack, son," said the doctor who handles Grandpa Wira in the ER.

"Neng, earlier Doctor Iwan also said that. It is likely that Mr. Wira has died while still at home. But Iwan doctor did not want to guess, so he asked Mamang to take Mr. Wira to the hospital to just make sure. And it turns out, it's true that Mr. Wira is dead," said Mang Rakib told him why he had to bring Grandpa Wira to the hospital.

"Grandfather.." murmured exclaimed Gintani.

"Already, Neng ... the strong, yes! Now we take care of the return of Mr. Wira's body. Insha Allah, he has calmed down at the side of Gusti Allah" said Mang Rakib.

Gintani.

After seeing his master's granddaughter begin to calm down, Mang Rakib and doctor Iwan immediately carried out the procedure of retrieving the body. Shortly thereafter, a hearse carrying the late Grandpa Wira hurtles to break the silence of the night.
