Heru Decision

By late afternoon, Heru arrived home. He immediately threw his body on the bed. Today's work makes her feel tired. What's more, his energy was drained from thinking about last night's incident with Gintani.

Sayup-sayup, Heru heard his phone stored in his pocket, ringing. He got up and immediately picked up the suit that was draped on the handle of the sofa.

"Papa," muttered Heru as he read the name on his phone screen. He immediately shifted the green button.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Pa!" greet Heru to Satria.

"Wa'alaikumsalam's chat. How are you doing, son?" ask Satria.

"Alhamdulillah, good news, Pa" answered Heru.

"Alhamdulillah then. Oh yes, my boy. Will you be able to go home this week?" ask Satria.

Heru scrunched his forehead.

"Where, Son. You can, right?" ask Satria again.

"What's wrong, Pa?" Heru asked back.

"You remember Tania, don't you? Daughter, Mr Darmawan?" ask Satria.

"Yes, the girl who wants to be betrothed to Aldi, right?" ask Heru back.

"Yes," answered Satria.

"What's the matter, Pa?" ask Heru.

"Honestly, Papa actually felt embarrassed by Darmawan because he did not match Aldi with his daughter" said Satria, lirih.

"Yes, what else, Pa. Aira has met, and it is impossible for us to force Aldi to marry Tania, while she still loves Aira," replied Heru.

"Yes, you're right Her. Therefore Papa wants to ask for your help," said Satria.

"I mean Papa?" ask Heru wonder.

"To maintain Papa's good relationship with the Darmawan family. Would you be willing to be betrothed to Tania?" ask Satria. It sounded from his voice if he had much hope for Heru.

Heru was quite surprised to hear his papa's intentions. For now, he could not give an answer either. Everything was so sudden.

"Pa, can Papa give Heru time to think?" ask Heru.

I heard a breath on the other end of the phone. Actually, Heru himself did not want to disappoint the father. But, to be honest ..this news came at an inopportune time. So, he asked for time to think.

"Alright, Son. But Papa hope, your decision will not disappoint Papa and Mama," Satria said before he finally hung up.

After that, the connection was cut off.

Heru put himself back on the bed. Now, his head is getting heavy. The problem with Gintani alone has not been resolved, a new problem arises, namely the plan of matchmaking himself with the son of the father's friend.

"Aarghh" Heru shouted as he ruffled his hair.

Meanwhile, Argha contacts Bram and asks him to find the best lawyer in his town.

"Is there really a problem do you want to use Edwin's lawyer?" bram asked as he took the time to meet Argha at his grandmother's house.

"I want to discuss my divorce case with Gintani" replied Argha.

Bram scrunched his forehead. "Don't be weird, Ar! Have you forgotten? You have filed for divorce with her. And Gintani himself has signed the divorce papers. So, yes you guys have officially parted ways," said Bram.

"I'm not sure, Bram," replied Argha

"Not sure how? You have clearly signed the divorce papers" said Bram.

"Listen Bram, at that time Gintani was pregnant, and divorce could not be done when the wife was pregnant. Right, right?" ask Argha.

"Yes, that's true. But have you forgotten, you've returned Gintani to her grandfather. You've dropped talaq on him. And you also have not provided Gintani with inner birth. Not just for three months, but years, and that includes you dropping one on her, Ar." Bram tried to explain.

Instantly, Argha silently heard Bram's explanation. But, for some reason, his heart seemed to reject Bram's statement. *anyway, I have to meet with Edwi*n's lawyer immediately, Inner Argha.

Someone who was none other than Alex entered the room.

"Please sit down, Lex!" decreed Heru.

Alex lands his ass in the front seat of Heru's desk. His forehead frowned slightly as Heru without cause called out to him.

"Can I help you, sir?" ask Alex.

"It doesn't have to be so formal, Lex. I just want to talk about family matters" replied Heru.

Alex then leaned back. "Well, what can I do for you?" ask Alex again.

"I was asked to go home by my father" answered Heru.

Alex smiles. This is not the first time Heru has spoken of his return.

"Oh." That's all that came out of Alex's mouth.

Heru scrunched his forehead. He did not expect that Alex was not at all surprised by what he was talking about.

"Is that your response?" ask Heru.

"Then what do I have to answer?" Alex asked back.

"Don't you want to ask me why I'm home?" ask Heru again.

"Do you have to?" Alex asked back.

Heru also scratched his head that did not itch. "This time I'm serious, Lex. I will go home, and maybe forever," Heru pressed on with his words.

Alex was shocked to hear Heru's statement.

"forever? You mean forever?" ask Alex wonder.

"I leave the company to you, Lex. I have to go home and take care of my parents. My brother found his wife back. I am their only hope to accompany them in their old age. They will also introduce me to a girl of their choice" Heru replied.

"What does that mean, your parents got you?" ask Alex, investigate.

Heru nodded.

"Then Gintani? What about Gintani?" ask Alex again.

Heru just turned his face. He himself did not know what to answer. The only thing he knew, if Gintani's heart would not be possible he could reach. Moreover, since the incident that night, her relationship with Gintani was getting less good. Heru feels that Gintani always avoids him.

"I will never be able to reach that woman, Lex," Heru replied.

"But why? I see, all this time the Princess seemed happy with your presence," said Alex.

Heru simply smiled in response to Alex's words.

"Here you go, I'll have Gintani with you Princess, yes, Lexi. Please take care of him after I leave here" Heru said

"Don't bother talking about it. No one can look after them as well as you take care of them, Her," Alex said.

Heru just returned smiling. "I'm sure you can take my place to look after them. I believe in you, Lex," answered Heru.

Alex silently heard Heru. He himself was confused as to what to answer. On the one hand, he never wanted to disappoint his best friend. But on the other hand, Alex is not sure if he can take good care of Gintani and his son. Alex's condition is not the same as it used to be. But Alex will try to keep his best friend's trust as good as possible.

"Alright if that's your decision, Her. I promise, I'll take care of them as best I can. I will also take care of this company. I'll never let you down" Alex said.

"Thank you, Lex."
