Two weeks later
Although he had pocketed family support and evidence in the form of CCTV provided by his mother-in-law, did not necessarily make Tari report Tara to the authorities, he was still worried thinking about it.
"Darling, how come you're daydreaming in the morning?" said Surinala, disperse the reverie of Dance. "Let's dong finish his breakfast." he poured milk into his daughter's glass.
"Today there's a meeting, you're okay alone at home?"
Since leaving the hospital, Tari lived in her mother's residence, she did not dare to return to Tara's apartment, she also did not want to stay in her apatement because it reminded her of the incident on the emergency stairs, which makes him sad again. For now the most convenient place for him was his mother's residence.
Dancing drinking milk given by the mother. "It's okay, bund. Dance also today started meeting via zoom."
"Yes but don't be tired, you still have a lot of rest." Surinala snatched his bag and then he kissed both cheeks and then he left.
Fifteen minutes after Surinala left, Tari again heard the sound of a car coming into his front yard, he thought if his mother returned home, because there was a file left on the dining table.
Dari took the file, then ran forward. How surprised Tari, when he found out that it was not his mother who came, but Tara.
Dari tried to pull the crop top in his forehead to cover his stomach which began to look enlarged. Although the age of the womb is only 8 weeks, but because na*su eat a high, due to the food that Ranu routinely send for him, making the weight of Dance increasingly more.
Tari's attempt to cover her stomach in vain, Tara had already looked at her stomach fixedly.
Tara's.
Tara is here!
Dance's heart started pounding heavily against her chest. His heart started pounding out of fear for him, for hating him, and for missing him.
Tara's gaze slowly crept from her stomach to Tari's face. An expression of heartache surrounded her, as if Tari had just betrayed and stabbed her. He closed the car door, and walked towards Dari. "Dance."
Dance glued, one hand on her stomach as if she was protecting her baby.
"I'm not going to hurt you, Dance. I just want to talk to you." Tara's getting closer. Right in front of Tari, she asked permission to hold her stomach. Dance a little nod.
Tara took one step forward, then placed her hand on Tari's stomach while looking at Tari's stomach.
Dance closed her eyes, she felt the warm hands of Tara gently stroking her stomach. Although hatred towards her husband is mounting in the heart of Tari, but that does not mean that love is no longer there. Just because someone hurt you doesn't mean you can just stop loving them.
"Caira told me that if you're pregnant with our baby." Tara releases her hand from her stomach, and Tari opens her eyes again.
Dance is difficult to describe what she feels today, this is what a mother wants for her child, seeing the father of her child pour out his affection for the child in her womb.
No matter how hateful she was, Tari's outstretched hand stroked Tara's hair, while Tara continued to hug her body. Part of Tari wanted to scream and report Tara to the police for her actions, partly, she felt sorry for the boy who accidentally shot a gun to her brother's head to death, and caused his soul to be disturbed to adulthood. Part of Tari hopes to get away from Tara's life and will never see her again, but part of her wishes to apologize.
Tara took off the arm that was coiled around Tari's waist, she stood back in front of Tari. "Can we sit for a minute?" Tara glanced towards the chair on the terrace.
Dance nodded, she walked towards the seat, followed by Tara from behind.
"Wanna play honesty?" tanya Tari, she shifted her position slightly to make it more comfortable.
Tara nodded. "I don't know where to start, Tari," he said confusedly.
"What if you start with, 'I'm sorry for hurting you.'" Dance stood up, anger, and hatred overflowed from within her. "You don't know how much it hurts my body and my heart for what you've done? I almost died of a concussion drained of blood. You don't know how scared I'd be to die at the hands of the man I love? You're really mean Tara!"
Dari rubbed the tears slowly dripping on her face, she was really unable to look at Tara.
"Tari," he said. "I didn't mean to..."
"Shut up!" snapped Dance. "I'm not done yet" he said firmly.
"Yes, I still keep the music box, the figures Dory and Marlin gave Ranu, I still keep my diary, and I never tell you about the tattoo on my neck, because Ranu is the most important part of my life that I can't just lose. Although I still keep all that, but I never communicate and relate to him. I realize I'm your wife and I love you, I never betrayed our marriage. But why destroy the love I gave you? I hate you Tara. You bajing guy*n!!!
Dance adjusted her breathing, as she sat back down. "It's your turn!"
Tara got up from her seat, she walked over to Tari, then knelt before him and laid her head on Tari's lap. "My honesty will never be able to take back what I did to you, and I know you won't believe me again if I promise you again" she said.
"Dance, you are my world. When I woke up in the morning, you were no longer by my side, there was only the nagging and mockery of my parents. I came here to tell you how sorry I am. Today I will turn myself in to the police station as a form of responsibility for my actions. Sorry if I'm a little late, because for two weeks yesterday I went to Riau, finished my work. And now I'm ready to take responsibility."
Tara stroked the belly of Dance gently. "Dance, there's a part of me growing in your jaws, I love this baby more than anything in the world" Tara's cry broke, she hugged Tari's waist tightly. "Please don't take this from me. I beg you, Dance."
The sound of sobs Tara shook Tari's heart. Tara landed her lips on Tari's stomach. "Kumohon Dance. I love you both. Help me!! I'll take responsibility, but don't leave me."
Tara stood up, then grabbed Tari in her warm embrace. Dance remembers how Tara's embrace healed her pain, how her husband's body had the tenderness that Dance always craved, slowly Dance returned her husband's embrace.
As they hugged, from a distance Ranu saw her, his eyes fixed on the hand of Dance coiled around Tara's waist.
